Hadley is a luminary who spends most of her time working in the dark.
She tries to avoid contact with people due to her physical character-
istics. It isn’t as if her features are a dead giveaway that she is mutated.
After all, the planet is full of radiation. It does however keep her more
on the skeptical side. She can be nice to strangers, but she isn’t the
most outgoing and friendly. Hadley can be headstrong and adventurous,
often times getting her into trouble. She speaks her mind without much
hesitation, and doesn’t sugarcoat her words. She prefers to work alone,
but if a job calls for more than one person she will do whatever it takes.
She tries to help those in need, but her safety always comes first. She is
well aware that luminaries are viewed as dangerous, so she tends to bou-
nce once things get out of hand. Being as stubborn as she is, it can lead to
a lot of dispute when it comes to her taking one for the team or retreating
for the better good. Hadley could be your greatest ally, or worst enemy.
Treat her wrong and she can become ice cold. Show her respect and she can
be a loyal friend. Take your pick.

Carter works as the president’s protector, doing whatever he can
to make sure that he stays safe. He has also been known to follow
his boss’ orders, whatever those may be. He isn’t one to strike up
a conversation but will voice his opinion when he needs to. He can
come off as harsh and insensitive, and truth be told he could care
less. Carter knows that the luminary are responsible for the rebel
movement throughout the city, and will do whatever he can to stop
them. Most people try to avoid him at all costs. Those who cross his
path are pushed aside like they are nothing. In fact, they mean no-
thing to Carter. He knows all of the rumors whispered behind his back,
and knows that most of them are true. He is cold, heartless, insens-
itive, cunning, and manipulative to everyone except those ranking a-
bove him. On the other hand, he has a silver tongue and is a damn
good flirt. Anyone who falls into his trap be warned, after he has had
his fun he will leave without a single ounce of regret.

Living in a broken world has taken it's toll on the young woman, her only hope left being the hope that she tries to inspire in others. When the nuclear blasts hit the first time her father didn't make it to a shelter, the second time her mother didn't make it. With the world spiralling out of control Rowan hasn't had time to grieve and perhaps she doesn't want to. It wasn't until after the war that her mutations began to develop, her voice slowly changing into something alien, and a pair of antennae growing from the top of her head as if two strands of hair sticking up out of the top of her head. Gaurded, Rowan uses her voice to get what she wants and to gain acess to places she normally wouldn't be able to get.
