First of all, I apologize for not making an announcement or anything (I guess it didn't cross my mind) but faithdakitty is in fact a mod, she's not just mini-modding. Her and I are best friends in real life and she is often a mod in most of my roleplays. In a way, you could say we're good cop and bad cop. I hate conflict or upsetting people at all, whereas she thinks she's a sass queen. So often times when stuff like this happens, I shy away a bit and she takes charge. I apologize if she was a bit much. I should have said something earlier.
Alright, so since I hate any sort of conflict, so I'm just going to list out what's happening, and then offer my opinion on it. Okay? Okay, cool.
- 1. Perfect Drift did post Bumblepaw first with Oakpaw being listed as his sister. No, they did not ask to reserve a spot for Oakpaw, however, it was implied that they were going to add Oakpaw as she was not listed as being dead.
2. ohm. submitted their Oakpaw first, however, they listed her as being Bumblepaw's sister, which they did not ask permission from Perfect Drift to do.
3. faithdakitty tried explaining things, but was a little harsh about it (she has no filter).
okay, so here's what I think.
@Perfect Drift - Disregard what Faith said about the role, if you want her to be a hunter then I will add a new spot for her. (The whole limited spots thing is only temporary anyways.) I do agree that you had the name first, and I'd love for us to just peacefully resolve the whole thing, okay? c:
@ohm. - It's not a big deal that you both named your character's the same thing (it happens all the time), however, you should, for future reference, ask someone before making your character their character's sibling. After all, you don't know whether or not they had plans for that character.
Your character seems really interesting, and you seem like you would be a great addition to the roleplay. If you maybe just wouldn't mind changing her name and relation to Bumblepaw, then everything could be all set and we could all go have fun roleplaying together? c:
