As I said, take your time. If it takes you a long time to calm down, that's fine. I know this doesn't sound helpful but try not to over stress, okay? Stress is only going to make it all much worse and tire you out. Find something to relax you. Repetition and rhythm helps. Need any comfort, help or ideas, I'm here.
