I wonder how this year's December Re-release is gonna be affected! Any guesses?

In the last 7 months I tracked 100 pounds, and out of almost 102,000 pound pets, there were NO OMGSR in the pound!
Same thing the previous 200 pounds I tracked.
Yet from July 2021 to March 2022 I saw 4 OMGSR in the pound.

I wonder if this will effect the pets that appear in the pound? Previously OMGSRs pretty much never appeared in the pound but now a bunch of '09 VRs are OMGSR... we'll have to see next opening!

Woah, that's so interesting! Im honestly hoping with the update there is more pound OMGSRs, one of my pound VRs turned ER with the update but I'd love a pound OMGSR!

thank you to nick & any other staff who contributed to this change! especially the ability to adjust the display of rarities, really shiny and will be nice to adjust them if they feel hard to see at any point, or i just want to see something new, haha.

i feel a bit of a possible re-interest in the site, especially the trading aspect as well, given rarities are way more spread out and i won't be anxious about trading away stuff that definitely feels way rarer than previously marked. (so many new VR/OMGSR and many are well due changes, in my opinion!! some of those pets are for SURE oldies!!)

interesting thought! i figure it'll simply start at the rare category but only time will tell. i think thats the most realistic idea but i'm curious to see anybody elses thoughts? i also think it may give everybody a chance to get "higher rarity" pets that were previously only marked VR/under valued such as advent 08 pets. fun! it should be even more beneficial to everybody this year, knock on wood LOL.

I noticed that although some of my Rares went down, some of my Uncommons went up and I have the same number of Rares before and after, with a small margin of gain as some of them became Extremely Rare. Very cool.

Also, curious to see if Grevy's Zebra is still the rarest pet on the site.

It is SO NICE having more precise rarities, this is going to be a blast for trading. Also, welcoming some new rares+? I'm always happy with having more haha.
