001. tsunamiclan is a group of cats who live in an island that was
once a gathering place for other clans before stormclan split. the
water that surrounds them is salt water.
002. these cats were once one half of stormclan, but the waters
settled on a different path for them. these cats were typically
once the swimmers, a special rank in stormclan for those felines
especially good at fishing or catching crabs while hunting. they
are lean, mostly short-furred, and not afraid of stormy waters.
003. tsunamiclan cats are excellent crafters and generally more
curious of the world. they seek adventure, thrills, and love the
water. they are open to strangers, kittypets and rogues alike. of
course, there are some exceptions. but the thing that knits all of
tsunamiclan together is their belief that the rightful leader of
stormclan, or what's left, is pearlfinder.
004. the ranks of tsunamiclan are different from traditional clans.
they don't follow a structured hierarchy and believe any cat has
the right to challenge pearlfinder's decisions. because of this,
there is no deputy but a council formed by votes that the clan
made who can overthrow pearlfinder's choices and when she
dies, the council chooses the next leader. there are no queens
in tsunamiclan, or kits.
