I would like to start by saying a few things about Watership Down. I discovered this film first when I was a child, and I fell in love with the realism of the animation. It wasn't a fairy tale world. It was a beautiful work of art, and you could only imagine how amazed I was to discover that it was based on a novel by Mr. Richard Adams. That novel is now sitting on my bookshelf in my room, and I have read it 3 times. I cried at the end the first time I read it, awestruck by its beauty and how attached Adams managed to make me towards the characters. I created this roleplay in honor of Mr. Adams who passed away shortly after I wrote him a letter explaining my gratitude for the creation of this novel. Rest in peace, Mr. Richard Adams.

➣ While a few generations have been brought onto this planet since the Great Escape, the rabbits inhabiting the new warren forget little about their ancestors. Their great feats and accomplishments are implanted into their brains and they run through their veins like blood. With winter approaching, food sources running out, and new home development closing in the rabbits of both Efrafa and Watership Down must continue their alliance in order to find new means of a home. Like Fiver once before, a descendant of his is now possesses the same ability to receive visions.
In the new den, there is a Monarch who oversees the overall activity of the warren. The Executive, Patrol Leader, and the General report to him and he has the overall say on most important decisions, although the Executive usually aids in giving him advice and offering additional insight on daily and unusual problems that may occur in the warren. The Executive assists the Monarch and also has general authority over the den, including the General and the Patrol Leader. The Executive settles most minor discrepancies between fellow rabbits, however he must first consult the Monarch before making a final jurisdiction. The General is in charge of training soldiers in order to prepare for combat against wild predators, humans, as well as preparation for evacuation plans in the case of an emergency. The General reports to the Executive and the Monarch in order to talk about plans and strategies. The Patrol Leader is in charge of scheduling and leading once daily patrols around the perimeter of the dens, as well as the outskirts of the forest that encompasses the den about a 3/4 of a mile away from the center of the dens. The Patrol Leader also had access to leading patrols to the river that runs south of the warren and loops around to run through the middle of the forest. The rest of the landscape is fields and hills, with some houses scattered around.
