the year is 2208 c.e. the earth has become cold and most places are
uninhabitable. mountains have been eroded into perilous peaks, but
humans, although risky, have found shelter within these structures
by hollowing out circular habitable zones and establishing maze-lik
e cities. the government took over what is left of the human race, m
onitoring them under strict control. dogs are no longer allowed as p
ets, but instead sent to the government organization for training. th
ese dogs are used to keep order within the cities and will use force
without hesitation. since the organization has turned the canines in
to savage and corrupt animals, the citizens began to fear them. half
of the canine force are machine apparatuses, and are fully controlle
d by the organization. the organization rules with power and fear an
d they use the dogs to implement such fear. the canines are not trea
ted like kings and queens, but are instead treated like mindless milit
ary slaves. when not being trained or patrolling the city, they are loc
ked up in bar-less cages with only one window, housing about three
dogs per cage. most canines have mechanical parts to them simply
because they humans find it more effective. if a dog has a broken pa
w, the organization simply replaces it with a mechanical one. it is ti
me that we find a way out, find a way past the mechs and the human
s, and become free again. it won't be easy...but it will be worth it.

the organization produced the mechanical dogs as a form of cont
rol, something that will listen to them no matter what the circums
tance. these 'mechs' are programmed to control the citizens of th
e city, and also to train and capture the domesticated canines so t
hey too will learn to keep the citizens under check, making sure t
hat no rebellions occur. the mechs were created by corruption, th
ey live by corruption. they are not living organisms, but instead li
ving 'machines' made out of countless parts. they were created fo
r the sole purpose of controlling and directing these dogs. these
apparatuses take the job of training the dogs and patrolling the st
reets so that the organization doesn't have to deal with such lowl
y matters. the once domesticated dogs that have been taken und
er the organization's control have been stripped of their freedom,
and what they learn is to attack any human who is out of line. the
mechs listen to every command given to them without hesitation.
the electrical pulses wired within them are what the ogranization
uses to control them, and with that the mechs control the dogs. if
a dog has a broken leg, the organization simply replaces it with a
mechanical one. if a dog has internal damage, the organization s
imply replaces it's entire internal structure with mechanical devic
es. if a dog is old, the organization simply replaces their dysfunc
tional parts with apparatuses. if a dog has no use, they are killed.

one. all site rules apply, as well as mine. please respect each, too.

two. about characters. try and keep genders even, no dating your
own character, no gary/mary-sues, no powerplaying/gomodding.
feel free to make your character gay, bi, straight, etc. no pups, s
orry. also, if you wish to play a mech, that is fine, but they are not
considered main characters. for example, i will not make a form f
or a mech, but i may play one at times. max 2 characters per rper.

three. if you join, please do not join and then never return. that
happens to me a lot and it's a little rude. if you are going to be g
one for a while, just shoot me a pm and i will understand!

four. i will not be making forms, for i want to see how creative e
veryone is. the basics are needed, such as name, age, gender, br
eed, personality, history is optional, the part of their body that w
as replaced by a mechanical part [it is rare for a canine not to ha
ve a replaced body part], and anything else you want to add.

five. about literacy, i would like a chunky paragraph minimum.
