« King » and « Queen » The King and Queen are the current/immediate rulers over the pack. They control what every does, how they act, etc. They create the Kingdom Law. The King and Queen are a married or mated pair together and must stay together until death do them part. Married and Mated by the Witch and Prophet, if the pair breaks their marriage and become disloyal to one another, the disloyal wolf shall either be sent to live among the Servants, the Peasants, or sent directly to the Executioners. Considered the 'Alphas' of a regular pack environment. *See Marriage section for more information on the ceremonies, and rules.
« Prince » and « Princess » The Prince and Princess are two whom are going to be married buy the Witch and Prophet of each Kingdom. Once the Prince and Princess get married, the two will take over the rule of the now singular Kingdom, and rule alongside each other until death do them part. If either member is disloyal, the pact made by the Kingdoms will break- and it is up to the Kings and Queen to decide how they shall rule the Kingdom from that point forward. The disloyal member will also be sent directly to the Executioners. « Duke » and « Duchess » The Duke and Duchess are an unmated pair whom are second in command after the King and Queen. They have more authority over the Kingdom than the unmated Prince and Princess. The Duke and Duchess may choose to get married, so long as the King and/or Queen approve. A ceremony is held. This pair takes over once the King, Queen, Prince, and Princess for their Kingdom passes away. They can be placed in charge temporarily by the King and Queen. Considered the 'Betas' of a regular pack environment. *See Marriage section for more information on the ceremonies, and rules.
« Witch » Witches do not have any magical powers whatsoever. They heal the sick, and oversee Marriages. They are one of two closest wolves to Lupus, and they receive prophecies alongside the Prophet. A Witch may not take on a Marriage, and is frowned upon should a female Witch choose to take on a mate. The King or Queen may choose to demote female Witches should they take on a mate. A male Witch may take upon a mate, since it will not hinder his abilities to heal. Considered the "Healer" of a regular pack environment.
« Prophet » A Prophet is a wolf who is in charge of performing Marriage ceremonies alongside the Witch. The Prophet is one of two of the closest wolves to Lupus, and receives prophecies and dreams. A Prophet may not take on a Marriage, and may not take on a mate. The King or Queen may choose to demote the Prophet should they see fit. No considered rank in a pack environment.
« Executioner » The Executioner is a wolf who is in charge of killing wolves of high ranking, along with anyone ordered to be killed by the King and Queen. The Executioner must follow through, or may be severely punished. They are not to take on a Marriage or mate, however are not frowned upon should they do so. Considered an 'Assassin' in a regular pack environment.
« Knight » A Knight is a wolf who is trained to fight, protect, and guard the Kingdom. They go out on patrols and assist the Executioner in mass killings. Knights may not take on Marriages, but may take on mates. Considered a 'Fighter' in a regular pack environment.
« Forager » A Forager is a wolf who is trained to hunt and gather things such as berries on branches should prey be running low. They go on daily patrols in search of food and new hunting grounds. Foragers may not take on Marriages but may take on mates. Considered a 'Hunter' in a regular pack environment.
« Servant » A Servant is a wolf who does all the jobs no one else wants to do, such as cleaning dens, helping the elderly, and may be used as target practice for Knights in training. They may not take on Marriages or Mates. They will be executed should they do so. A servant my broadcast their skills to the Duke and Duchess in an attempt to become higher ranked, the Duke and Duchess then inform the King and Queen and the King and Queen re-ranks them. Considered the 'Omega' in a regular pack environment.
« Peasant » Peasants are lone wolves that travel through the Kingdoms. If found, they are often sent to be executed by the Executioner and the Knights. Used as killing practice for the Knights. Not allowed to be Married or Mated. They can attempt to plea for their life to the King and Queen in hopes to join the pack because of their skillset. Considered the 'Loner' in a regular pack environment.
« Marriage » This is reserved for the King, Queen, Prince, Princess, Duke, and Duchess. No other ranking is to be 'married' by the Witch and Prophet. Marriage is a life-long commitment by the two parties involved. It involves a ceremony before the pack. The King, Queen, Prince, Princess, Duke, and Duchess may only take upon another mate with another marriage after their current partner has passed away, been executed, or re-ranked. Marriage is different than mating in the sense that if a mated pair shows disloyalty, they will not be executed, however if a married pair shows disloyalty it is up the the loyal partner to determine their fate.
« Mates » Mates are wolves who reproduce together, they can choose to stay together for life, much like a marriage, or for one season only.
