Hidden in between two large snowy mountains, lives a clan known as Iceclan. Many generations ago, A young tom and his pregnant mate were looking for a place to settle. The both of them and their family's had grown up in cold and harsh conditions. But that was what they had adapted to over time. The tom, Bramble, found a rather large place in between two mountains. He then declared to his mate this was their forever home. From that moment on, their family grew and new cats from all around joined what Bramble decided to call a clan. Their territory today is run by Briarstar, who has intentions to make Iceclan stronger then ever. But with all the dangers lurking around, will the clan itself survive?

Briarstar| 37 moons|Leader

Briarstar yawned as she sat perched upon the high-rock. She felt tired and overwhelmed for reasons she didn't know. Her thoughts whirled through her mind, as if trying to draw a single conclusion as to why she felt this way. She hissed under her breath and gracefully jumped off the high-rock, looking at her clan. She felt a small spark of happiness deep inside her. The clan had gotten through leaf-bare quite successfully. With it being new-leaf, things would be much easier for herself and for her clan. Although she didn't know what the season's would bring, she was confident that everything would be ok. With a final look at her clan, she padded out of camp for a solo hunt.

Reedpaw|10 moons|Apprentice

Reedpaw walked out of the apprentice den, surprised to feel warm air for once. He cheerfully padded over to the fresh-kill pile, and stared at it hungrily. Maybe Otterflight wont mind if I have something... he thought to himself. He knew that apprentices weren't supposed to eat until the majority of the clan was fed. Ignoring the rules, he quickly swiped a small mouse from the pile, and carefully ate under the high-rock. He continued eating his mouse, until he noticed his sister padding out of the den, giving him a death glare. He flicked his tail in annoyance and pretended as if she wasn't looking at all.

Willowpaw|10 moons|Apprentice

In alarm, Willowpaw dashed out of the apprentices den. She had over slept being it was already sun-high. She desperately found herself looking around for her mentor, in hopes she wasn't in trouble. From the corner of her eye, she spotted her brother Reedpaw eating a mouse under the high-rock. Maybe the clan had already eaten? she wondered, shooting him a glare. She watched as he dismissed her and pretended she wasn't there. Willowpaw rolled her eyes, and walked over to the fresh-kill pile herself. It didn't look like many had eaten. She turned and walked away to sit in front of the apprentices den. She quietly began to clean her rather matted fur.

Stoneclaw|38 moons|Warrior

Stoneclaw walked into camp, passing his leader at the entrance. He carried a rabbit in his jaws which was to be deposited in the fresh-kill pile. As he did so, he looked around for his apprentice Foxpaw. I suppose I can try to teach him a few more fighting techniques He thought. He carefully placed his kill on the pile and walked around camp looking for him. His tail flicked in annoyance, wishing he would've found him earlier. It was already sun-high.

Foxpaw bounded through the leaves, nose in the air as he sniffed for the yarrow he was asked to find.
He was woken up before sunrise by a bad dream he could no longer remember because he had been out running errands since then. He found it easier to relax running through the forest, even if it was just to find some moss or herbs. There were always interesting sights and smells to stop by and investigate on the way and as a bonus, he'd be able to relax a bit later at sunhigh.
The young tom opened his mouth slightly, tasting the bitter tang of yarrow in the air. He padded forwards, sifting through the plants, trying to find the right one. Foxpaw pricked his ears as he heard a rustling behind him, then the scurrying footsteps of a squirrel. He turned slowly, carefully placing his paws so the leaves wouldn't crackle underneath them. Foxpaw carefully crouched, tilting his head slightly to pinpoint where the squirrel was again. It was a miracle--it still hadn't noticed he was there. Foxpaw shifted all his weight to his haunches and lifted his tail from the ground, unable to keep it from twitching. He sprang forwards in a flurry of leaves, but he could feel his claws sinking into the squirrel's flesh. He pinned it down and bit into its neck, licking his jaws clean. Foxpaw bowed his head slightly in thanks and picked up the limp body gently between his teeth and began to trot back to the clan, tail waving happily.
