Baxter stepped aside as he heard another wolf approaching. It was the older brute. One who he respected. The male wolf looked at Amaro and his maw was agape. He was taking the dressing off of the fae and completely fixed their job and made it look and probably feel 10x better. "Well that goes to show that I'm no healer.." Baxter scoffed himself and felt bad for the fae. He probably put the poor fae in more pain than he intended. "I'll find the Chief." He stated with a bow of his head before he was off. Quickly sprinting into the forest then shifting back into his eagle form. "There I go again, breaking my own rule. I new it wouldn't last long." With a sigh, Baxter flapped his large black wings and flew above the tree level. The temple where the Chief resided wasn't too far.
Landing on the steps of the temple, Baxter shifted back to his wolf form. "Chief Dakotah? Are you here?" He asked curiously as he slowly walked up the steps and kept his ears perked. "We have crashes here on the island. One of them is badly injured while the others have a few cuts and bruises. I thought you'd want to come and.. well, do your thing?" Baxter said as he looked around. "Chief?" Baxter asked curiously.

Ivory was sick of all of this already. She let out a low growl and looked a Akela. "So apologizing is showing a sign of weakness? Are you kidding me? Just admit that you're wrong for one and just apologize. This can all me done and over with. He has the age, and is a hell of a lot smarter than we are- no offense Amaro." Ivory said in a fit of anger. "Yeah, you're cool and all but like cut out all the extra bull crap. It's old, and it's offly annoying." The fae said before turning her head to Amaro. "Thank you for saving my life more than once, I don't quite deserve it." She said with a nod of her head before laying down and resting her head on her paws.

The brute eyed the leg of the oddly small fae as she limped towards him with the others. He waited to see what they could've possibly wanted and how he could help even though he really didn't have the patience to do so at the moment. "The name is Kane. A shifter. You are...?" he sternly introduced. Still not moving an inch from his spot. Even when the coastal breeze flew by every minute, which started to send a chill up his spine, โ€” something he couldn't stand for long โ€” he kept his focus on the wolves. Glancing at the ones that were laying down, before the fae asked what he could do to help. "If you're looking for someone to fix that swollen leg, I'm not your guy." Kane said without hesitation. He didn't want to help anymore 'wolves in need'. He wanted to be left alone, honestly. Kane clenched his jaw as another coastal wind blew up his spine. "However, you'll need stinging nettle leaves for that swelling. And beech to hold it in place" Kane informed. He took a seat on the black sand and gestured, with his paw, a patch of stinging nettle a few feet into the forest, where the sunlight shined upon it through the trees. "Is that all, other than your leg?" Kane asked

Sanaa listened to the brute who's name was Kane. His voice was kind of stern. She assumed he really didn't want to help them due to his voice. Sanaa took a seat on the beach and seen that her arm started to bleed again, on a little bit though. Sanaa licked her cut clean of anymore blood coming through. She licked her lips and looked back at Kane. She looked in the direction that he pointed. All she could see was a sunlight shining through some trees. Maybe that's where he wants us to go. To that light over there. I wonder if what he's telling us about those leaves will actually work. Sanaa thought to herself.

[ MOOD ] annoyed, neutral [ TAGGED ] Amaro, Ivory [MENTIONS] Amaro, Ivory
indentationThe brute growled lowly, glaring slightly at Ivory as she ranted about weakness, how she didn't deserve life, how he was annoying.... blah blah blah. But for some reason, his mind urged himself not to retaliate on the fae. Not to disrespect, disappoint or anger her. To apologize (for once), and tell her that he really did care. But why was he thinking that? He met her less than an hour ago, under negative circumstances. It was unfortunate that the brute's heart was just so cold that he let his words slip so easily, letting them do their damage without thinking twice. Yet, Akela felt odd about this female. He couldn't understand why, but when he looked away and looked back, all he saw was.... her.
on His first mate, the only female he could trust- or thought he could. She was quite beautiful, just like Ivory was, although her fur was the slightest bit grayer than Ivory's. She had the voice of an angel, which was ironic seeing she was in a pack called the 'demons'. Akela remembered when she was a loner. She was three years, he was four and a half. He had just killed his parents the month before and was slightly broken when he killed his only brother during his fit of rage. He pictured their bodies, torn to shreds, mutilated. He finally got revenge on the two wolves who had brought him into the world and neglected him, only to involve Azazel in the mess. He was still breathing, Azazel. I left him there to suffer without even thinking twice. He shook himself quickly of his thoughts, returning to reality but only to see his mate once again. Thus, he had a flashback.
indentation "Sir!" The guard yelled, speeding towards the alphas den and waking Akela from his rest. The brute lifted his head, only one of his orbs responding when he glanced at the sound. His left eye was bloodied and ripped, and the orb itself turned an ice blue. Jagged scratch marks swelled across the entire side of his face, freshly made and still partially bloody. Akela lifted his body slowly from the ground, dried blood underneath him and on various areas of his body, most noticeably across his chest and legs. "There's a loner here, sir, and she's crying for the alpha. I don't recognize her, and her paws are swollen. She probably came from a long distance." So Akela trekked towards the borders, where he was met with a thin-looking fae with salty tears running down her cheeks. Akela looked her up and down. At this point of his life, he was usually accepting of loners. "What's your name, sweetheart?" The brute slurred, his voice deep and husky and dripping venom. He was always pissed off at this time. The fae looked up and locked eyes with him, where the brute would always remember the sight of her soft hazel orbs, eyes that haunted him at night. "A-Amery, sir." She whispered hoarsely. Akela gulped, clearing his throat and blinking a few times, suddenly unable to speak clearly due to a strange sensation running throughout his body. "Well, um, Amery," He replied, finally looking back at her. "Welcome to the demons."
indenWhen the brute was finally capable of breaking from his thoughts, he found himself staring at Ivory in silence, although he couldn't break his glance. The fae looked confused when suddenly her figure flickered and soon became Amery, giggling and rolling her eyes playfully. Akela could hear her voice. "Come here, darling." But all he did was harden his expressions, growl, and remember what she said. "So apologizing is showing a sign of weakness? Are you kidding me? Just admit that you're wrong for one and just apologize. This can all be done and over with. He has the age, and is a hell of a lot smarter than we are- no offense Amaro." He glared, as her words repeated in his head. "All of this bickering and dominance crap needs to just stop. We all have our weakness and our strong suits, we get it Akela. You're a damn good fighter, which is nice. And Amaro is a healer, and a great one at that. If it wasn't for him I'd be dead but as you stated before hand I guess you don't really care. Well, that's a shame for you. If you don't care then you're just going to grow old and lonely. Maybe you will have Adryan, but didn't you just say you didn't care about any of our lives? Ironic huh? Yeah, you're cool and all but like cut out all the extra bull crap. It's old, and it's awfully annoying." His muzzle slowly clutched together as his lips peeled back in a growl, exposing his pointed canines. "Thank you for saving my life more than once, I don't quite deserve it." At this point, Akela had a ton of snarky remarks in store for a devious reply. You're right, you don't deserve it. You pathetic, weak-minded pup. You're [removed] right, I don't care. I could care less about your stupid leg and your little fits. You should've stayed unconscious, you ungrateful brat. I did my best and all you can say is cut the crap? I should've left you for dead, [removed]. But he couldn't help but think of one sentence she said, one that repeated in his head over and over. "If you don't care then you're just going to grow old and lonely." It reminded him of something Amery had said. Not to him, but to Adryan right before she killed her. "If it wasn't for me, your dad would've grown older and become more lonely. You should spare me, I'm all he's got! You're nothing to him, and quite frankly he's already forgotten about you. I'm the spotlight in his life. And I'm carrying his pups. But in those moments, Adryan didn't care. "Oh, darling, I don't care for your pathetic life. You tried to take mine, so I will take yours. Amery was killed soon after.
.Akela finally broke from his thoughts, a snarl escaping his maw as he walked closer to Ivory. He didn't know whether to quit, to yell, or to rip her throat out and Amaro's as well. "Listen up, you ungrateful brat," he spat, unable to control himself. "I tried my best to heal you and just because I said apologizing is a weakness you forget that?" To Akela, apologizing was a weakness, and his father made that clear to him every time he beat the crap out of him. "Apologizing is a weakness. We do it so often, the word is thrown around like a greeting. You are apologizing only because he yelled at you. Are you scared? Do you feel humiliated in some sort of way? Grow the hell up. Open your damn eyes. You think I care if I grow old and lonely? No wolf I've ever met is worth my time-" Lie. "No wolf I met I've truly cared for." Lie, and don't forget about your daughter, Akela, regardless of the fact she's not truly blood. "You might as well stay with Amaro for a bit, seeing he clearly has you like that. Don't bother about your beta position, because even though it's not really a pack it can still be replaced nonetheless." He went to speak again, but he couldn't. He couldn't form the insults and spit them out onto her like she was nothing. There was a piece of him holding himself back. He was infuriated at this moment, but he just stopped. The brute's chest heaved up and down, a pissed off look clearly expressed on his face. He grit his teeth, before barking in her face and snapping down his jaws. He couldn't.... attack her. It didn;t feel right to him. That's it. She's giving me these mixed emotions only because she reminded me of my past relationship. I have to kill her. I cannot become distracted like this. But all the brute did was turn around and stomp out of the den, both angered and confused at once.

Ivory growled and stood up to meet him. They were face to face. She wasn't afraid. "Ungreatful brat? Is that all you got? Do you forget that I said thank you for the poppies?" Ivory said with a slight growl before letting out a short laugh. "You think I'm scared? Of him, or you? I've been stuck in the hands of humans that can do more damage than you ever could. We crash landed onto an island that can very well kill all of us. Do I look scared to you? Do I seem weak to you?" Ivory asked as her face hardened.

"You think I care if I grow old and lonely? No wolf I've ever met is worth my time-" Lie. "No wolf I met I've truly cared for."
She listened to the brutes words, words that seemed to be glazed over. There was hint of sadness so deep within the brutes words that it's almost not there. Ivory backed up a little, and she flattened her ears. "That's a lie." The white fae whispered. "First off you have Adryan, you clearly care about her. Did you see the look on your face when the two of you got reunited? Don't lie to yourself Akela. Also, I can see the pain, that pain that you've so expertly hidden from yourself and from everyone around you. What was her name?" Ivory asked as she laid her ears flat agasint her cranium.
The white fae watched as Akela stormed out. He was definitely angry, possibly something else. She sighed. "I wasn't done talking with you yet!" The fae yelled it to the male, but wasn't sure if he'd return.

astro nodded his head in greeting. he stood back, eyeing her as she landed. "adryan," he woofed. "what're you doing here, at this wreck?" he swung his head around, facing directly at the impacted plane. he imagined he was on the plane, trying to find a way out. he let out a low grumble, not wanting to remember him and the others crashing here. don't remember. the brute looked away, meeting adryan's gaze again. "are you trying to find something, or just exploring?" probably finding something. he thought quietly. "if you are looking for something," astro sighed. "what is it?" now, he just found himself helping out. usually, he'd be doing all by himself. but this time. . . helping out. astro sat on his haunches, waiting for an answer from the fae.

By all things heavenly and supernatural, was it possible for someone to get so mad they actually succeeded in cursing someone, literally?

Amaro wondered this, because if it was true? Than the Reaper would be coming for someone at this point. After ranting and, stating what was, in his mind, was absolute truth and relevant facts, he stood before Ivory and Akela, silent. But nothing needed to be said; his body language denoted everything. His single chocolate orb was glimmering with withheld rage and disgust; his graying maw, stained crimson and brown with blood and concoctions was twisted into a snarl that would give any soul nightmares; and his body language appeared deceptively relaxed, but his claws flexed, clearly hungering for, and to some degree, expecting bloodshed. However, it didn't come. Instead came a very good look at why the ebony brute simply couldn't be a healer. "You sit there for the longest time complaining and rolling your eyes at Adryan and Kane bickering, yet your so quick to give me a speech completely directed at my so-called 'arrogance' and 'stupidity'." From the half-eyed tone, Akela had clearly attempted to tune him out, shrugging his shoulders to Ivory and trying to plan nonchalant, rolling his eyes and scuffing the dirt whilst the older brute had spoke. But judging by the way he was looking and trying so hard to act bored, Amaro had - whether it be by the very prospect of speaking up instead of scurrying away, or the brute simply not bearing the power to shut his ears off - gotten his point across and irritated the younger brute in the process. I'm a fighter and a pretty damn good one at that. I have zero knowledge about healing. I understand your frustration with me, as you clearly know more than I do. I heard orders given out for her to eat poppy seeds, so I thought she should eat poppy seeds. Innocent mistake." And that was a lie. [removed] the older brute stated simply, the snarl falling off his face, as Amaro realized he shouldn't even waste his facial muscles dealing with wolves such as this. "You knew exactly what you were doing - don't try to weasel your way out of it. Because your nowhere near clever enough to do so.

" I would've given you the benefit of the doubt, but you've already blew that. I'll put it into context as to exactly why. You bear no knowledge, as you JUST admitted. So why when, directly after I said no poppies, you fed her poppies, in addition to telling me what I should and shouldn't do about her condition? That said, your pathetic excuse doesn't hold water for a moment. A pup could see the discrepancy. In one sentence you admitted that while you knew nothing, you fell as though you had authority to act over me, which you clearly don't. Great job on setting yourself up by trying to justify [removed] you tried to pull," the older brute said, his chocolate eye flickering in mild amusement at Akela's next sudden outburst. Clearly that whole nonchalant thing hadn't worked. "But please, oh please, spare me the talks. I don't care for what you have to say, and you are making a big deal about the younger wolves bickering on when you're just as bad as them. Take over- because unlike you I don't care for herbs and I don't care for the lives of others. But will you just shut up? You're annoying, and if you're just going to trash talk younger wolves then go and act just like them, you're no position to talk about them so negatively. Spare us the [removed], and if you want the job done right then do it yourself." Amaro nearly died. Literally. He damn near choked on his own slobber in disbelief at this brute. I think he hit his head on the plane and knocked all common sense and intellect right out of his cranium. It was then, based off of those comments, in addition to Akela's comments to Ivory in saying "Darling, just do what he asks. He'll finally stop talking and acting like a pup when he gets his way. And don't apologize- it's weak and in this situation, highly unnecessary." made Amaro wonder just how idiotic this brute thought him to be, or just how passive he assumed Ivory to be.

"First of all, I will not shut up. You are not my alpha. For two, your as bad a liar as you are a leader, as you clearly fed her poppies just to undermine me, and in addition you said you don't care about herbs or the lives of others... so why even bother to try and heal her, hmm? Thirdly, I'm not acting like the adolescents I mentioned. They were bickering over honor. Me? The only reason I'm even talking to you is because you just damn near killed an innocent wolf trying to prove superiority in a field you have no knowledge in. The adolescents were bickering over who's tougher and stronger - something entirely different. Lastly," the ebony brute fell into a dark chuckle, shaking his head and simply stating, "that's what I've been trying to do the whole time. If you could've sat there and just minded your own business instead of butting in like your the healer, than this would've been over. I mean, maybe I was wrong about not needing to run tests on everyone else. Clearly you hit your head harder than I suspected and can't remember, think or even function half decently." Amaro then glanced at Ivory, falling silent, not even bothering to respond to Akela's last statement, as he wondered what the fae would do. He wasn't going to speak for her, as she had a maw and mind of her own for a reason. Her initial response surprised him; her later response didn't. "So apologizing is showing a sign of weakness? Are you kidding me? Just admit that you're wrong for one and just apologize. This can all me done and over with. He has the age, and is a hell of a lot smarter than we are- no offense Amaro. All of this bickering and dominance crap needs to just stop. We all have our weakness and our strong suits, we get it Akela. You're a damn good fighter, which is nice. And Amaro is a healer, and a great one at that. If it wasn't for him I'd be dead but as you stated before hand I guess you don't really care. Well that's a shame for you. If you don't care then you're just going to grow old and lonely. Maybe you will have Adryan, but didn't you just say you didn't care about any of our lives? Ironic huh? Yeah, you're cool and all but like cut out all the extra bull crap. It's old, and it's awfully annoying." There was a lot Amaro could say to that. After all, she had referred to him - in a positive manner for once, yaay for him - and had noticed the same thing as him, in addition to saying a lot that the brute could elaborate on. But he kept his silver maw shut fast, for this wasn't his battle. He'd said what he had to say. This was between Akela and Ivory, as the aforementioned had just order her what to do - twice now, first Ivory listening in taking the poppies and now the demand of her to not apologize. I wonder how Ivory will take this. He is trying to control her, not only by merely giving orders of what to do, but now what to say. Will she accept and allow him to do that, and continue to interact and associate with him? Or try to keep up this pointless arguing?

The fae obediently lapped up the yarrow, and then stated, "Thank you for saving my life more than once, I don't quite deserve it," before vomiting - right in the den. There we go, being unprepared again. Great job Alberic, Amaro thought, glancing at the disgusting multi-hued glop that now sat right in the middle of the medicine den with a sense of exasperation. Oh well, I didn't have adequate time. At least she won't die now. In acknowledgement to her thanks, the ebony merely dipped his head, and stepped out of the den to go retrieve moss, as he wanted no part in what was becoming a head on argument between Akela and Ivory. While he wasn't directly involved in their argument anymore, he could still hear their angry voices floating over the din of dinosaurs outside, echoing in the emptiness of the temple. "I tried my best to heal you and just because I said apologizing is a weakness you forget that? Apologizing is a weakness. We do it so often, the word is thrown around like a greeting. You are apologizing only because he yelled at you. Are you scared? Do you feel humiliated in some sort of way? Grow the hell up. Open your damn eyes. You think I care if I grow old and lonely? No wolf I've ever met is worth my time-" Akela's voice hitched, clearly indicating a lie, but Amaro continued to grab moss from the branches, merely making a mental note, "No wolf I met I've truly cared for. You might as well stay with Amaro for a bit, seeing he clearly has you like that. Don't bother about your beta position, because even though it's not really a pack it can still be replaced nonetheless." So he's basically told her how to interpretate apologies, said that because I did my best to help heal her which required her cooperation "I have her like that?", and is still trying to keep up that superiority act. Did he undermine me just because he wanted to say he'd tried to heal her? But even so, that blatantly contradicts him saying he doesn't care about anyone - twice, as he just clearly contradicted himself about the whole herbal incident. Hm...

"Ungrateful brat? Is that all you got? Do you forget that I said thank you for the poppies?" She then said something else he couldn't hear, but Amaro could already guess she'd called him out on his very obvious lie. Apparently he wasn't the only one that detected the hitch. "First off you have Adryan, you clearly care about her. Did you see the look on your face when the two of you got reunited? Don't lie to yourself Akela. Also, I can see the pain, that pain that you've so expertly hidden from yourself and from everyone around you. What was her name? Then a pause. A few seconds later, Akela stormed out of the temple, his face, for once, devoid of any malice. Just anger and confusion. So he is capable of something other than arrogance, disgust and rage. Good, I'll be sure to exploit that if he ever crosses me again. "I wasn't done talking with you yet!" snapped him out of his thoughts. And with that, the ebony brute took a deep breath, trying to ease his nerves. After all, he had to be rational. If he acted half as bad as the behavior he'd just seen, well, then wolves would die at his paws. Its like watching a domestic disturbance between two individuals in a dysfunctional relationship, Amaro thought for a second, but immediately shook the immensely disturbing thought away, grabbing all of the clean moss he'd gathered and padding back in. Seeing as Ivory probably was still very stressed (which wasn't good at all he noted) and probably wanted to think on what had just occurred with Akela, Amaro didn't utter a word. He wove her a new bed made of clean moss, went into his den to obtain the lavender stalks he had twined in his nest and added them onto hers (the fragrance would help her relax), mopped up the vomit, duping the soiled moss outside. He then placed the clean, freshly-woven bed right beside Ivory. "Lay down and eat the rest of the thyme. After you do, I'll run the tests, and then I'll leave you and you won't have to see me until tomorrow," he said simply and flatly, his deep voice now devoid of emotion. Sitting beside the bed, Amaro waited for her to cooperate so he could get this over with and move on, his single orb now focused on the entrance to the temple.

Her howl petered out premature, and she erupted into coughs. After the fae known as Sanaa replied with a cordial, polite "Hi. Nice to meet you," Lucia simply nodded, the gesture in and of itself slow and uncoordinated, as her energy was still steadily waning. It felt as if she'd just run a marathon instead of howling for a few seoncds. Where am I even injured at? the former huntress thought. Her body had gone numb, but she had never identified what was ailing her. I must either be suffering from a head injury, an internal injury or severe blood loss. At the thought, Luia shuddered, deciding that, for now, she should focus on staying awake. It was then she replied to Sanaa, simply stating "L-likewise." However, she stammered out her reply, her tongue feeling thicker than ever. I don't have long, she thought fearfully. In the back of her mind, she'd always been prepared to die for a worthy cause or packmates, but that didn't fall into either of those categories. Why? Why must things be like this?

However, before she could stress any more, Lucia was suddenly enveloped in a distracting warmth. Turning in surprise, Lucia felt unending gratitude, as Percy had just curled himself around her in an attempt to keep her from freezing to death, laying his cranium upon her hindquarter and focusing on her. And it helped. The huntress would never know if it was because it actually helped her moderate her temperature of boosted her spirits, but the gesture most definitely helped. "Thank y-you," Lucia murmured softly, offering the brute a genuine yet tired smile. As he began to speak, she pricked her ears, finding solstice in his words. "I used to dream of places like this," Percival uttered in a surprisingly gently, enchanting tone. "Wondrous worlds full of creatures that no one had ever seen, only to be discovered by me." Lucia felt herself laugh softly, even as pain reverberated through her head. You dreamed bigger than anyone in my pack or family ever has. "What a foolish young thing I was. I fear these are monsters. Even worse, I fear I won't make it to get a good look at them." The huntress was both fascinated and mortified at this. Clearly Percival regarded them like herself - with a healthy degree of fear and subsequent respect - but at the same time... your curious. Curious enough to perhaps face them. "What did you dream?" For a second Lucia was silent, contemplating her... dream. It was broad, complex and yet simple at the same time. Meeting those inquisitive golden eyes, the huntress found her smile growing a bit wider, but her eyes took on a distance look. "I dreamed of freedom," Lucia uttered, not even realizing that for the first time in awhile, she'd actually spoke without stammering. "Just freedom to be myself, to breathe, to think without someone else shoving ideas down my throat. Unlike you, I never possessed the courage to dream of discovering new lands. I enjoyed serving my pack, the feeling of accomplishment it brings, but back in one of my o-old homes..." the dark brown fae paused for a second, thinking hard on out to word it, "everyone had to be perfect. You functioned as a unit, and daring to step outside of those boundaries, even if for the simplest thing, bore severe repercussions I never dreamed of what I'd do with that freedom. I always wanted to obtain it before I planned ahead." Lucia would've spoke more, but a strange brute approached, rendering her silent. Her bright emerald eyes flickered to him in a vain attempt to focus on his outline, but he was just too far away for her to see, as he'd stopped a safe distance away, clearly wary of them even though he was capable of shifting into a beast beyond her wildest imagination. "You looking for help?" he asked warily, regarding them as if they were somehow threats. However, that didn't stop her from feeling a bit of hope - certainly rather safe than sorry, right? Yet when he didn't venture forth, even after it was clear none of them could harm him, Lucia felt her initial joy fade a bit.

That is, if these... mutated wolves still have any sympathy left for regular wolves. However, before her hopes could ebb any more, Lucia laid her head down on Percival's paw. That, and another fae limped in from the wreckage. Even though Lucia didn't know her name, she immediately found herself liking this fae. Even though the newcomer was injured, she stepped before Percival and herself protectively; it was as if they were pack mates, although Lucia didn't even know her name. Thank you, Lucia thought, even as her stomach took an odd twist, as she hoped this brute would understand their wariness and decide to help them anyway. "The name is Kane. A shifter. You are...?" Not good... he sounds angry. "If you're looking for someone to fix that swollen leg, I'm not your guy. However, you'll need stinging nettle leaves for that swelling. And beech to hold it in place. Is that all, other than your leg?" Licking her lips, Lucia hoarsely spoke up. "N-no. All of us are severely h-h-hurt... we need a safe place to lay and a healer. C-c-could you please assist us?" Well aware of how pathetic and helpless she sounded, Lucia instinctively shifted closer into Percival's warmth, keeping her inquisitive, slightly glazed emerald gaze locked on Kane.

Zavia's eyes flared with anger. How dare a wolf badmouth the banshee? The fae admitted that Adryan and her didn't exactly always get along, but Zavia felt there was a little respect between the two and that was all that mattered. In her anger she had to bite back her tongue, avoid saying something to others who otherwise may be of use to her. They have been here for a lot longer than any of the new crashers, but she still felt the urge to pierce skin with her fangs. Keeping her distance, Zavia just watched the fight, baring fangs to the other wolf and silently encouraging Adryan.

After the show had ended, with no clear winner, Zavia followed the rest of the pack, sniffing the soil and trying to take in what this new land offered. She had heard about the different creatures to avoid, and she best planned to do so.

Arin watched the show from afar, laughing at the brute for going at Adryan. "Man, you're gonna become Banshee food." Keeping his voice down he walked off, watching the new crasher's curiosity and chuckling to himself as he remembered his first time on the island and the adventure that followed.

I needed to take a break, get some air, have some time to myself. And now you're here." She replied, not really caring if the last parts came off as rude. I suppose it'd be interesting to talk to someone for a bit, maybe go hunting. I can't always spend my time alone. It's good to be independent sometimes, but I just need a little break. Perhaps he's only here for some small talk, and then he'll leave. "if you are looking for something," she heard astro sigh, then quickly add, "what is it?" I didn't particularly think I looked as if I was searching for something. I was just flying. "I was just slightly bored, that's all. I'm not looking for anything, but I will probably gather a bunch of leaves and other bedding materials, seeing as we have more guests to worry about. If your free at the moment, I suppose you can join me and help me gather extra supplies. We need a ton of leaves and possibly some sand for bedding. Look for larger leaves, and make sure it's not poision ivy or anything."

indentation"I wasn't done talking with you yet!"
indentationAkela swirled around, pissed. He couldn't control the frustration and anger dwelling up inside of him. He turned around, listening to what Ivory said first. "Ungreatful brat? Is that all you got? Do you forget that I said thank you for the poppies?" It's all I have to say, yes. And I don't recall ever hearing you say that. "You think I'm scared? Of him, or you? I've been stuck in the hands of humans that can do more damage than you ever could. We crash landed onto an island that can very well kill all of us. Do I look scared to you? Do I seem weak to you?" Blah blah blah... I do think you're scared. I see it in your eyes. From my experience throughout the years inflicting pain and fear upon others, I can tell when someone is frightened from the slightest glimmer in their eye to the smallest crack in their voice. You may not be completely fearful, but you're nervous. Anxious.
indentation Now he listened to Amaro. Great job on setting yourself up by trying to justify [removed] you tried to pull," Quite frankly, I don't feel as if I have authority over you, you old, retarded fool. You're plain annoying, and I'm trying to get rid of you as if you were a flea in my fur. You're a pain in the ***, and you need to learn when to shut up. Lastly, that's what I've been trying to do the whole time. If you could've sat there and just minded your own business instead of butting in like your the healer, than this would've been over. I mean, maybe I was wrong about not needing to run tests on everyone else. Clearly you hit your head harder than I suspected and can't remember, think or even function half decently." I could make up some snarky retort, but I tuned out more than half your words. I told you, honest mistake. I have no problems with anyone on the island so far, nor is anyone on my hit list. But keep getting on my nerves and you'll be the first on the list.
indentation "Just shut up!" Akela barked, standing inches from Amaro's face. "You are so [removed] annoying! Just leave, you are so comepletly useless. I told you it was a mistake, accept it, and quit talking about it! But no, you never shut up and you just keep on talking and talking! I have nothing to say to you, nor do I care for what you have to say. You are worse than a whole litter of pups! You can never bring talks to me about other annoying wolves ever again." He panted, but a grin formed on his face as he broke into chaotic laughter. "I know nothing about healing, you are correct. I don't specialize in that particular field. But you are making a big deal out of an innocent mistake. I keep repeating to you over and over it was a simple misunderstanding, but you can't seem to let it process through that thick skull of yours! Do I have to repeat it some more? Do you want me to speak to you in sign language? Can you see my words, see what I am mouthing?" He continued to laugh, speaking once again after settling down ever so slightly. "I am quite fine, actual. But cut the [removed] about me and my superiorty and all that crap! Never have I said or indicated that I am of higher authority towards you. I have made it fairly clear that I made a mistake and that you're annoying. You can't seem to shut up. Yes, the juveniles before us were bickering about irrelevent situations, but you keep talking on and on about the same thing. No matter what I say to you, or how many times I repeat it, you can't seem to let it go." He grew serious, his expressions hardened, but neutral, not wasting his muscles on such pathetic occasions. "So for the last [removed] time, just shut up!" His bark echoed off the temple walls. They pierced the noisy air, which seemed to go silent at his voice. A few birds fluttered from their trees in fear, while a bunny hopped back into it's burrow. Akela, once again, broke into psychotic laughter. It sounded so menacing, so evil. It seemed like an indication of insanity, but there was venom dripping behind the sounds. At last, when Akela finally settled down, he listened to Ivory's words.
indentation"That's a lie. First off you have Adryan, you clearly care about her. Did you see the look on your face when the two of you got reunited? Don't lie to yourself Akela. Also, I can see the pain, that pain that you've so expertly hidden from yourself and from everyone around you. What was her name?" None. Of. Your. [removed] Business. He thought, but soon replied. "Yes, of course I care about Adryan." he started, rolling his eyes and walking closer to her. "There is no pain. There was a female, yes, but she was just terrible and things didn't work out. Either way, it's none of your business. Focus on you. Don't worry about me, thanks." He didn't leave this time, and he didn't quite know why. He felt connected with her somehow, and it wa- No, you don't. Kill her off, she's a potential distraction.

Re: Kane & Sanaa

K A N E
โ™˜โ™˜maleโ™˜โ™˜5ยฝ yrsโ™˜โ™˜shifterโ™˜โ™˜combatโ™˜โ™˜tags; Amaro, Lucia, Percival, Sanaa, Rhetta

Kane looked back down at the sandy brown fae that barely spoke up. He knew eventually he'll stop tending to everyone's needs. He wanted to have time by himself but it seemed as though, he just couldn't get away and the day wouldn't end much faster than he wanted. Maybe she has post trauma. Might explain the reason as to why this fae constantly stuttering. And it's highly aggervating as well. She can't just talk straight and clear? Post trauma or not? Kane thought to himself as the fae spoke. "I'm not much of assistance, but I will go get the healer." Kane told her. He tried to think of where they all could possibly lay other than by the temple. But with them all claiming to be severely hurt, they shouldn't be allowed to walk too far just for medical assistance. The area by those stinging nettles seemed pretty safe for them to lay. Then again that meant, Kane would have to go back and forth making two stops just for medical assistance. One stop to those nettles, another stop to the temple, and then back towards the nettle area. Kane decided maybe they should just go towards the temple anyway. He figured Amaro would still be there tending to that seizure patient plus its a straight shot walk through the forest from the beach. "Come along. I'll take you to the temple. The healer should still be there with a previous patient" Kane ordered.

He didn't move just yet, making sure that nobody was limping too bad or dragging dead limbs behind. Once they all were able to stand he started walking, leading them into the shady, yet sunny forest. Kane turned into his fox form right in front of the injured wolves not giving a damn if he shocked them or freaked them out, or possibly even amazed him. Their reactions were certainly not in his best interest. Kane's small black paws padded their way through the forest, stepping on soft, sandy soil as the land converted from beach to forest. His fuffy black tail hung low and parallel to the ground but not completely touching it as it swayed from side to side. Kane's stomach created one awful cramp as it reminded him that he hadn't eaten in the past three hours. His metabolism makes it hard for the brute to go about his day without feeling hungry and eating every two hours, always digesting his food faster than your average wolf. His stomach started growling now. Kane huffed heavily; irritated at the fact that he needed to eat again and soon.

Once Kane was able to see the temple from a few yards away, he switched bodies again; shaking out his fur once the formation was complete. Kane looked back to check on the 'bait' behind him. They were...hanging in there. Kane stoped and looked at his surroundings. The ground floor at the moment was clear of any large sticks and rocks. Just some fallen leaves and a boulder covered with moss that faced towards the temple. He figured it was "safe" enough for them to lay. "You all can lay here and the healer will kindly be at your service" Kane said sarcastically but not showing the sarcasm in his tone. He walked a few more yards into the forest, reaching the temple. Again. He saw Amaro still with that fae from earlier. What did I say? Kane thought to himself. Knowing he was right from the start. Kane walked on over to the elderly wolf and the ivory fae next to him. "Oh, Amaro!" Kane sung. "A few crashers are in need of you're assistance. I would so deeply help them but...I have much better things to do than to tend to their every need. I've did my service and now I'm done." Kane stated as he so grimaced. The brute took a seat and dreaded this day. Impatiently waiting for the day to end and for all these crashers to stop showing up out of the blue and looking for medical assistance. Kane chucked carelessly as he rolled his eyes. "One of them has a swollen leg, so I thought, if you had them with you, she'd need chewed up stinging nettle leaves to compress the swelling and something else to be used to hold it in place" Kane informed. "One has a minor cut and the others I didn't really examine." Kane continued before waiting for a response and opinion."They're this way so come on" Kane stood up and led Amaro back to the crashers who were injured.

Sanaa walked behind the brute who didn't quite have the caste for helping them. She felt she better bite her tongue before this brute snaps. Sanaa felt hungry and was ready to figure out more about this place. She didn't care if anybody was willing to come along our not. She just wanted to explore for the moment. Not much was going on that really interested her. Eventually Kane stopped and said that they could last down. Sanaa looked around. It seemed safe. It wasn't anything on the ground that could easily impale them, and so far no wild animal threats. If you say so Sanaa thought to herself. She slowly laid down, resting her white face on her paws, waiting for a healer that she obviously didn't need, due to the fact that all she had was one cut on her arm. The others were the once will actually medical needs.

The white fae looked to the old brute and nodded, before eating the herbs that he offered her. Laying down seemed like a good idea as her leg was throbbing. "Thank you." She said again with an apologetic smile. She soon obliged and laid down in the den, hoping to rest her leg but not a moment later Akela came storming into the den.
Ivory held back her growl but shot up from her laying position and stood face to face with the brute as he stood in front of her. "You're right, is none of my business, which is why I asked what her name was. It was a question. One you can answer, or just completely ignore. That's entirely your decision." The pure white fae stated in a calm manner. She wasn't afraid of Akela. At least not anymore. Ivory looked up into his eyes. One was hued over white and the other looked maybe silvery blue- but she couldn't tell. He was standing in front of the sun which made his face darker. Another lie is just so easily spilling out of his mouth. Ivory looked at him and her face hardened. "Akela." The white fae began in a soft, quiet voice. "I know you cared about her- whoever she was to you. You don't have to lie to me." Ivory began and her face softened. "I can see your pain, it is quiet easy really when it's the only thing that I see. It's the only thing I've seen for two years." She continued speaking in her soft and calm tone, hoping Amaro was out of ear shot. "Was she really that horrible that you try to forget her? What did she ever do to you that she deserves to be forgotten?" There, it was clearly visible on the fae's face. Sadness, pain, sorrow. For whatever reason she felt it for this brute and the fae he is speaking of. Ivory chuckled softly at his last statement. "Don't worry about you? That's funny. You seem to try to only care about yourself and Adryan but I know that if you truly didn't care for anyone else, there wouldn't have been a second thought about helping me. I know that deep down somewhere in that heart of yours, that you do care. I can worry about you and whoever else I decide to worry about." Ivory said as she glanced down at his chest before returning her eyes to his.
