Dancing Souls, a Lit Wild Horse RP

○ The sun begins its slow rise over the rolling green hills that dot the horizon, and your
○ nostrils flare as you breath in the crisp autumn air. Your mate trots up next to you,
○ their eyes bright in the glow of the sun. Their hooves leave soft depressions in the
○ dewy grass where they've stepped. A soft wind nips across the plains, causing a
○ shiver to make its way across your flank. Your mane and tail are lifted with the cold
○ air, along with your mate's. The threads of hair tangling together in an intricate
○ and loving dance. Turning your heads towards one another, you touch noises. Exhaling
○ out as one, the conjoined plume of breath reaches out in tendrils to the rose-
○ colored sky, dissipating after a mere moment. Turning your head back to its original
○ position, you take in one last glimpse of the sunrise before making your way back
○ to the herd with your mate. As you pass grazing mares and frolicking fillies, some let
○ out greeting calls, while others simply roll their eyes at "young love" and continue
○ the task they're occupied with. If horses could smile, you would be flashing the
○ widest one you could. After months of wandering alone and lost, you finally have a
○ home. You finally belong. And your adventure has just barely begun.

Roleplay Rules

2. No Hate- make love, not war
3. Drama is encouraged, but please talk
to me and the players that would be
involved before initiating the event
4. You get three warnings with
godmodding, because I hate to see good
players go to waste. But do not test me
because I will use all three at once if I
have to
5. When covering or foaling, fade to black
6. No cursing
7. This is a Lit Roleplay, so please post
at least one paragraph of nice, long,
detailed sentences.
8. No Mary Sues or Gary Sues. Horses may
seem perfect, but believe me when I say
they're not
9. HAVE FUN

Herd Rules
1. Lead mare is in charge, her word is law
2. All colts/stallions over three years of age born
into the herd must leave
3. To challenge lead mare, you must be at least four years of
age, or the current age of the lead mare
4. You may only adopt a foal if its mother has died and you
are lactating. Starving and ultimately killing the foal is
unacceptable
5. Stallions are in the herd for the sole purpose of defending the herd,
breeding, and bringing in more mares. They are an important part of
said herd, and should be respected.
6. When lead stallion(the only adult male) changes from one to
another, all foals not belonging to him will stay with the herd until
they are three years old
7. Only lead mare can breed freely, all others must ask permission
or leave to start there own herd to have as many as foals as
they wish
8. If foals stray from their mothers and are lost, a group of at least
three may go out to find them. Safety in numbers
9. When danger arrives that is not the horse kind, you will not
stay and fight. The herd will outrun the danger, asses it from afar,
and decide what to do next
10. If a mare, foal, or stallion die(please pm me for permission, it
needs to have a believable story relating to the situation the herd
is in), the herd may have one day of grieving before moving on,
as to not be caught by predators when they move in
10. ANY LAW THE LEAD MARE COMES UP WITH(that I accept) WILL
BE ADDED HERE. WHEN LEAD MARE CHANGES, THE LAWS WILL
STAY UP OR DOWN DEPENDING ON THE NEW LEAD MARE'S OPINION
