❦ TINYSTAR
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
xxxxtinystar was always an early riser. she thought it fit to be awake before the clan, incase anything were to happen. she was laying in her nest, her tail drawn over her nose. as she saw the sunlight peeking over the gorge, the long furred she-cat slowly stood, shaking her pelt free of moss. she quickly groomed herself, before stepping outside. her den was up high, giving her an advantage of overlooking all of the camp. very few cats were up, and tinystar began to make her way down the gorge. as she reached the bottom, she made her way over to the fresh kill pile. she grabbed a small bird, and made her way over to the meeting rock. she sat, and began to eat the bird she had taken from the pile. while she was eating, she was silently going over what to do today in her head. she couldn't think of anything, before something finally dawned in her head. driftpaw needed her warrior ceremony! the young she-cat had gone through so much, she deserved a wonderful ceremony. of course! tinystar quickly finished her food, and pushed it off to the side. she stood, and shook her pelt out once more. she crouched, bunching her muscles and jumping on the rocks. she cleared her throat, before yowling; "all cats old enough to climb the gorge, gather beneath the rocks for a clan meeting!" she then sat, drawing her tail over her paws. she looked around the camp for roseheart, her deputy, before turning her gaze to the sky, closing her eyes as a small breeze flew by.

Crookedfoot
43 Moons
Warrior
Mentoring Driftpaw
Single
With Tinystar, Wolfstep, and Driftpaw
At Camp
At first glance, he was nothing more than a motionless ball of white fur nestled comfortably into a bed of soft, dried moss and surrounded on all sides by fellow Warriors in their own nests. The only indication that he was alive at all came in the form of the rhythmic rise and fall of the pale tom's flank. Crookedfoot was fast asleep, and he had every right to be. Morning had barely begun. The sky had already lightened considerably and bore a pinkish hue from the sunrise that was not quite observable yet. It was a blissfully tranquil scene.
"All cats old enough to climb the gorge, gather beneath the rocks for a clan meeting!"
Tinystar's voice was unmistakable, but the fact that this yowling came from Crookedfoot's Leader did little to quell his initial reaction to such a rude awakening. He knew she preferred to wake up early, but this was getting ridiculous. Crookedfoot moaned groggily and pinned his ears back against his skull in protest, but it took only a minute or two for him to wake up enough to regain control and have some patience for Tinystar. Whatever the reason was behind this early-morning meeting, it had to be worthwhile. He might as well hear her out.
With all traces of reluctance gone, the tom pushed himself up to sit in his nest, pausing just long enough to lick down a tuft of stray fur on his chest before padding out of the cave that served as the Warriors' den and into the pale dawn light. Wolfstep had headed out shortly before him and Crookedfoot could see the grey-furred tom just below him, settling into a spot to wait for the rest of the clan to arrive and hear whatever it was Tinystar wanted to say. Since most of the clan had not yet gathered, Crookedfoot felt no pressure to rush just yet, so he limped down the rocky path at an even pace. His paw ached a little this morning, but he felt fairly certain that the discomfort would vanish once he had a chance to stretch his limbs properly.
Crookedfoot had nearly made it to the open space at the base of the rock pile where Tinystar waited when he spied a familiar young tabby taking her place as the second cat to arrive at the meeting place and he strode confidently to her side. Seeing his Apprentice gave Crookedfoot an idea as to what Tinystar might be intending to share with the clan, but he thought it odd that she had not informed him ahead of time if that were indeed the case. Crookedfoot shot an inquisitive look up at his Leader, searching her face for clues. Maybe it was something else after all.
"Good morning, Driftpaw. You're looking well-rested this morning.", Crookedfoot purred, turning towards his Apprentice.
There was only one way to find out what all the hubbub was about, and that was to wait. Of course, that did not mean Crookedfoot needed to sit about, idle and tense, while he waited. A little conversation would do just the trick to keep the atmosphere casual and positive.
