Kalii- she frowned. "No one deserves that." she sighed. "No one deserves what I had either." she adjusted her paws. I am not going to tell this foolish young dog my past! one voice told her. But she told me hers..... another voice said. She shook her head. "Do you want to hear it?" she murmured, embarrassed.

Kalii- she sighed. "I never knew how cruel humans could be. Once i was born, i was stripped from my mother and taken to a place where they use dogs to pull these things that called "sleds". I was just a puppy then, but I was hardworking and determined for them to like me. But even with that, they just whipped me for fun." her eyes filled with tears. "And then I was sold to a vicious man named Hearl. " she shook her head slowly. "Hearl made me fight. Sometimes other dogs, sometimes even humans. Snakes, boars. It's where I got most of my scars." she sighed. "Once I was fighting a snake, and I judged my attack wrong. I missed and both of his fangs." she blinked. "Right into my eye." she said. "That's how I lost that eye, and the sight that came with it." she shrugged. "I'm just rambling now, you probably don't want to hear any more of my misery." she gave a half-hearted smile.

Rain snuggled closer to Kalii and gave her a sisterly lick "but it has made you stronger, it is horrid, but then we couldn't have meet and been friends" she said,nudging her playfully on her shoulder "bad humans will pay for what they did, the cruel things they did to animals"

Age: She is about 3 years old. She was born in about August, when the summer days were just starting to get colder and the leaves were beginning to lose their green color.
Breed: Pitbull Rottweiler Mix.

History: Roselynn used to be in a dog fighting ring. She regretted every time she had to hurt another dog, but she did it only to stay alive. She had a pup while she was in the ring, but sadly the pup was thrown into the fights too early and died during her first battle. Roselynn went into a depression from this. Her owners attempted to cheer her up, but Roselynn no longer had any will to live. Instead of letting her die in her last fight, Roselynn's owners dumped her on the streets. There she has been for about half a year.

Personality: Roselynn is incipiently mean and solemn. She does not seem to trust other dogs or humans because of her past. She is timid and jumpy; she does not like to be near other dogs or people. She will attack if threatened; and there is no losing to her. She has been trained to attack skillfully and quickly. She does not like knowing how to kill off another animal so easily, but she will timidly use it to her defense if needed. If you're talking to her, she is sarcastic, rude, and straightforward. She is quick to protect pups, however, because of her past pup. If you can get onto her good side, she can be chill, caring, and protective.

Nickname: He is only called Duo.

Age: About 2 years. He is just out of puppy stage, but still acts like a puppy, hyper and friendly.
Breed: Red Husky Mix.

History: When Duo's mom was younger, she was a pet. But once Duo's mom got pregnant, she was casted out to the street, becoming a stray. She had Duo in a small, rundown dump, along with two other puppies. One, a male, died at birth, but Duo and Dakota survived. Thier mom was with them for about 6 months, until she was killed by another stray. That stray chased Dakota and Duo to the shelter, where they spent a few months. They were adopted together, but just recently was left by them when they had to move. They are once again strays, living on the streets.

Personality: Duo is a very entergetic puppy. Even though he is out of puppy stage, he still acts like a pup. He is very friendly and open towards humans and dogs alike. He is not wary of other animals. He is eager to jump into anything and everything, often leading both himself and his sister into trouble. He likes to talk and will talk your ear off if you let him. He never knows when to be serious.

Personality: Dakota is the brains of the two pups. She is more cautious of other animals, people and humans alike. She is very playful with Duo, and often sarcastic. She always seems to be having to get him out of trouble. If you come across her, she will be wary at first, but will easily warm up to you. She is still only a puppy at heart; she loves to chase small animals and even her tail sometimes. She has no problem catching wildlife for her and her brother. Once she warms up to you, she is very friendly and accomodating. But she is slower to warm up to females; she doesn't want her brother getting in over his head with other dogs; especially female ones.

Age: 7 months. He was born the runt of the litter, and almost didn't survive the winter months he was born into.
Breed: Austrialian Shepherd Golden Retriever Mix.

History: When Patch was born, he was the last puppy of a litter of nine. He was the runt, and was picked on by the other puppies and the humans that took care of them. When the puppies turned seven months old, they were put into a box with a label stating "Free Puppies!" Patch was the last in the box, never to be picked. When night fell, it started to rain. The box got soggy and fell apart; leaving Patch to defend for himself.

Personality: Patch is not very good at staying alive; he cannot seem to find food or stay safe from predators. He warily stays away from people, but he does not run away if a child comes up to him. Large dogs scare him, but usually his curiousity gets the best of him. He is very talkative once he warms up to you. He needs a protector in his life because he may not be able to live long on his own. He is very fond of snow, but he hates lightning. He wants a home, but if he cannot get one, he wants a parent-like figure in his life.

Kalii- she automatically flinched at the touch of Rain, but forced herself to not get up and walk away. "Yeah." she said awkwardly. "Thanks..." she whispered, meaning it this time. "I just hope that now we are free, your pups will never have to bear the pain that we did." she comforted Rain.
