Lily stood rigidly and listened to the alpha. She heard the command and obediently fell to his flank, picking up the pace as soon as a seemingly invisible line was crossed. She didnt like something about Haunted, and she walked quite rigidly from being so on edge about the other male. She didnt move too quickly in case Marrack wanted to discuss something important, but she did move with haste. Knowing the pack is hungry made Lily feel horrible. It is her job to ensure that the pack stayed full, and she had failed. More often than not, she was much too harsh on herself, but how could Lily expext perfection when she herself was failing? Her eyes filled with worry and thought, and she wanted nothing more than to bring the kill to camp so she may feed her pack.

Haunted wriggled out from under Bear, following Marrak. So, the alpha is my new warden. Good. This is going to work out exactly as I planned it. The black wolf followed quickly, his left front law leaving red pawprints. Bear woke up. He saw Star's gaze on his face, and smiled. "Bituin." He mumbled, using all his energy to speak. "In case I pass, I'd like you to know something." Bear coughed up a bit of blood. [Drama!] "I... I h... I hav..." The rest were inaudible mumbles as Bear went unconscious again. Haunted thought about the wolves he had killed. He thought about the wolves he didn't kill. Haunted thought about Bear. Stupid fox faced rat.

Suwanee snarled at Haunted and would have chased him off if Marrak had not taken him away. In the back of her mind, she worried for her Alpha, but she would never voice her concern in front of the others. Plus, she had a job to do. When Bituin came to her with cobwebs, she took them and plastered them over Bear's gaping wounds. She growled softly to herself, frustrated. "Saifali, where's my yarrow?" she called, her frustration and annoyance slipping into her voice before she could catch it. "Bituin, can you please go help him find the yarrow I sent him for? It may be mixed with a few similar plants so it's probably a bit hard to find without practice," she continued coating Bear with cobwebs in hopes of stopping the bleeding. She tried not to worry about Marrak alone with Haunted, but what she saw before her caused her to worry even more. And where was Ciqala? She attempted to only concentrate on Bear, but the fact that she had not received her yarrow distracted her slightly. "Hurry!" she said, talking to both Bituin and Saifali.

Ciqala glanced back at the pretty white wolf and ten turned back forward, smiling to himself. But then they got nearer to camp and he heard his sister's snarl. He also heard Marrak, Haunted, and a few other voices. Ciqala had never been fond of Haunted, but it sounded as if the dangerous Omega was with the alpha. He stopped short and turned to Cyanea. "I want you to stick as close to me as you can, and stay slightly behind me. The alpha is with a dangerous wolf right now and there is trouble in the camp. But I still have to take you straight to the alpha. Whatever you do, do not look him in the eyes and do not even acknowledge the other wolf. I will do whatever i can to keep you safe, but Marrak is my alpha. He is the black wolf," he explained this quickly and then headed for Marrak's voice. He spotted his alpha with Haunted and checked behind him to make sure Cyanea was close. "Alpha," Ciq called calmly, making sure his head was lower than his alpha's. "I found someone in the forest while I was collecting herbs for my hip. if you are busy, I can take her back to camp and we can wait for you there," Ciqala ignored Haunted completely, pretending he didn't even exist.

(Oh I know, she wasn't showing him the cobwebs, she was showing him the yarrow, I just forgot to put the name in there, was focusing on trying to work around Rotten's hiatus :))

Cyanea nodded once, straightening herself.
"Got it," the white wolf answered simply. She gave her pelt one last shake in effort to keep it unruffled, it was an odd habit. The white wolf was certainly not oblivious, and caught on quickly to the situation. This Alpha was not a wolf to be underestimated, she got that, but nor was she. Her soft triangular ears could pick up a few voices easily, as well as there treading paws. She knew something must had have gone very badly for a high ranking wolf to be escorting a lowly ranked wolf who knows where. Just the urgency in Ciq's words told her she had to stay on her guard, and keep in good manners. She would abide these rules as required, for now that was. As she followed the healer, she made sure to walk neatly, each paw stepping in careful order. To her, it would be rude to maker unneeded noise, and being polite may be the best option. She stayed near Cigala's side, but just behind him to show she was not equal to him, she did not dare to raise her head high, or meet the eyes of the Alpha. Yet that was. Still, a tiny rebellious light glinted in her eyes like a shining star on a dark horizon. She had a strong dislike of rankings in a way, and considered a wolf ranked for their worthiness of justice. Ignoring this for a moment, she let herself keep a ready but relaxed pose, following in sync of Ciq's actions of ignoring the wolf near the Alpha. It was difficult to decide what actions were the best choices, as she was unsure of what the pack leader would prefer her to do. So, in short she just stayed silent, polite, but bold enough to show she was not afraid. She certainly didn't want to cause anywolf harm on her intrusion.

Haunted glanced at Cyanea. Whenever he looked at her he felt a deep, raw, sadness and he didn't know why. Haunted looked away and padded after Marrack.
