She was new to this pack, and unsure of what to do. Out of the wolves she had met so far they all seemed very pleasant, but to say she spoke to them would be a bit of a stretch. It was more like a nod of the head in their direction as she wandered past. Heaving a sigh she decided that she may as well familiarise herself with the woods, since she had nothing else to do.

He woke slowly, the sunlight feeling like it was burning through his eyelids. His mind cleared quickly as he rose, eyes darting around the clearing he was in. It appeared he had decided to sleep in the forest again last night, rather than the pack dens. Once it was clear there were no other wolves around he relaxed slightly and began trotting in the direction of the pack.

"That is very unfortunate Cyas." His words were kind but he understood that the past was the past and nothing could bring them back. "I hope you can come to peace with it my friend.. I am going back to sleep until first light" He nodded and turned back to his usual spot in the den where he would curl up and try to keep warm. The ground was colder now but the grasses were helping.

Her Teeth were still bare as the brute attempted to indimidate her. Which was something so laughable and Naive that she almost could not stand it. Ares was never intimidated and never stood down to a scruff, especially not when she was as hungry as she was right now. "Get out of here now! How dare you cross the border!" She belted with all the force her lungs could handle. Snapping her jaws again she moved closer and closer to the wolf. By this point she was nearly standing over him in defense.

Willerd had caught sight of Nora, from a vantage point just under the bushes on the other side of the Den site. And becoming curious he slipped out from under the bushes and circled the around the edge of the den site to Nora. "Curious are we?" He asked pleasantly. He sat down, his silver eyes flicking back and forth from the forest to Nora.

She turned to see Willerd, a fellow pack member of Artemis. She sat down, sending a sly grin in his direction before looking over the dens once again. "Just never been in a pack s'all, so I'm bound to be curious. Half the time I don't even know what's going on!" She ended her statement with a chuckle, the grin still dancing on her features.

"In time you'll get used to it, they always do. I myself was born here, in this pack, my father was the lead scout, best of his time too. Sadly he got a little too much grey in the muzzle to continue, and that's when he passed the privilege down to me. Oh, I'm Willerd by the way." His gaze returned to the forest once again, "And who might you be?" He said, his gaze never leaving the forest.

"I, am Nora. Pleased to make your acquaintance." She shot a look in Willerd's direction before continuing her little speech. "I myself was a loner - living with my parents after we deserted the old pack. We ran into some difficulties at certain points... And that's how I ended up in this fine pack - honouring their memory an' all." Her gaze was set on the camp - surveying.

"Interesting..." He trailed off as he was speaking, leaving Nora's side and silently slipping into the forest. He hadn't gone far, merely a few meters into the brush before he had found what he spotted a few moments ago. A nest, a snake's nest, to be precise. Luckily the mother was nowhere to be found. He dispatched them quickly, smashing the shells and the snakelings inside them. They were close to hatching, which was odd, because snakes didn't usually lay eggs this close to winter. He left the thought to rot along with the smashed eggs and returned silently to Nora, whom he hoped hadn't noticed him leave.
