the white mare speckled with black snorted as she looked about. she wasn't exceptionally bored, but it led her to want to talk to others. the smaller mare trotted over to the large clydesdale who shared her rank. she nickered before she approached as she was moving upon him from behind. "hello, angus." she greeted him quietly. "i just wanted to discuss some things about us sharing the rank, since we are not mates." she spoke quietly as she usually did. she wasn't one to approach others and discuss items with them. but this was a bit of a burning discussion. she figured they should also take it up to the lead.

Angus lifted his head strait away hearing Dillon's voice he smiled as she nickered him,he nodded and nickered her return and smirked happily."Yes sure what things shall we discuss?"he asked her knowing that they weren't mates but things still had to be evened out between them.Angus waited patiently and smiled as he flickered his ears to the sounds of the birds and the wind as it blew threw his mane.

the mare listened to him speak in response. 'yes, sure. what things shall we discuss?' He questioned. dillon snorted and watched him.

"well, i thought we should clear up what happens should one of us get a mate. i wanted you to know that if you got a mate, i will step down, obviously. actually, should you want me to stand down at any time, i will comply. i do think that if you'd like me to stand down, we should take up such a matter with the lead stallion. do you agree?" dillon spoke quietly, just wanting to clarify the facts. they may have laid these down when they were both promoted, but dillon does not remember.

Rose looked around, as she raised her head and munched on some grass. She shook herself off, as the sun shone down onto their hood. She swung her head, and nipped at her shoulder, then perked her ears a little bit more as some stallions whinnied for attention. Rose gave a soft snort as she felt the same way, she gave a soft whinny back, then lowered her head to munch more grass.

King ran around from boredom. He looked around for any mares he saw one by the name of Rose he beleived. Well this was his time! Go flirt! He chuckled to himself and began to trot over slightly his mane blowing in the wind. As he approached her he smiled and said ''Hello there,I'm King." He said sweetly. (wb)

Angus nodded and looked at Dillon calmly and flickered his tail gently,"I agree but Dillon just remember I would want you to know that I want you to feel comfortable and not feel like you should have to do it because you feel like you have to,I am not saying you should have to stand down though"he said to her kindly.Angus bobbed his head up and down quickly and flickered his ears to the sounds around them,"But if you'd like to do it then I wouldn't mind at all but the question is what do I do if you get a mate?"He asked her quietly and lifted his left leg up a bit and stomped it down on the ground gently as he waited patiently.
