Loki paced easily through the halls of the large stone castle, on the cliffs that over looked the kingdom of Luminatra. The castle was always gloomy and cold, but he knew with the recent change of ruler that this would soon change. He began the slow descent to the tower, that stood highest of all above the castle that had been built years before. He reached the top and pushed the door open and stepped out onto the windswept Solar to find his queen and best friend. The Queen was standing silently, her sea green eyes starring off into the distant sea's. The gold orb about her neck, glowed but not in the way it did when she wielded her gift. Astryl could be, one of the most terrifying beings Loki knew, but she had never harmed a hair on his hide, so he would remain by her side loyal and true til his dying breath left his body. May it be tomorrow or 200 tomorrow's away. He waited silently til she turned her head, her pricked ears lifting slightly as she looked at him.
"You come with news My friend, I can see it in your eyes," Astryl said softly her voice always reminded Loki of a soft spring rain, something they'd not experienced sense coming to the cold island of Luminatra.
"I have, Prince Warpath sent a messenger on this morning, to announce a gathering of the 9 kingdoms to discuss the state of matters and I have informed said messenger, that we shall be there." He said bowing his head low.
She blinked those sea green eyes, and moved, with out her armor on, one could see the queens multi colored pelt swirled with a blueish white color that had always given his friend a very amazing look. She looked delicate as if these strong winds could lift her and float her away. But even Loki knew better then that, Loki knew how fierce the tiny Fae could be.
"Wise, brave Loki you always know the right words to speak, when they are needed, indeed we shall be there, go prepair the carriage, I will ready myself, and be there shortly" She said softly before walking past Loki and down the stairs. She trusted Loki's decision making as her own mind was too often lost in the ether. She was a good, fierce warrior, and a strong queen now that she'd taken the throne, but Loki was her hand, her loyalest supporter. He would never lead her into harms way she knew this for sure. She spent her time getting ready, and soon she mounted the carriage with Loki beside it, wearing his armor that matched her own, and they set out for Warpath's castle. The soft glow of her golden crystal the only thing that kept her as calm about this journey as she appeared to be.
