echo woke at the time she always did; when the sun was just peaking above her twoleg house. she yawned and stretched. the she-cat got up and shook the moss from her dappled pelt. trotting slowly out, she headed toward her usual herb-gathering spot.

there, she nipped away at some rosemary. gathering the calming herbs in her jaws, she began her regular journey back to her den, past the royal family's home. that's when something out of the ordinary happened. a thick fog had covered the castle. a vague outline of a cat came towards her. they collided and her herbs scattered. “i'm so sorry!”

He winced and squinted through the dense fog, making out the rather flustered shape of a shecat.
"My apologies, madame-

What a disgrace this is!
Noticing the herbs strewn across the damp soil, Coriander delicately began picking them up.
It wasn't easy, as the plants were small and the mist made it hard to see.
"Here you go! I should hope this is sufficient. Again, my apologies!"
