.:Winterpaw:. / .:Tanpaw:.
---
Winterpaw snickered. He looked over at her, her breathing heavy. "If I had known you weren't a miracle worker I would not have invited you. You should not let other cat's know your little secret. It makes you a whole lot less exciting." His smile returned and then faded again, as he looked back over the false cliff. "It's an empty dream." he sighed. "Rules, and restrictions equal life, lone cats with no clan to back them up, especially a small cat like myself do not last long in this harsh world." He looked down at his paws "It's not fair." ... and with that he jumped towards the base of the rocks. His body moving with ease once again. "We should head back." he mewed effortlessly .. "Having to deal with you set me back, We are out much later than we usually are. We are far more likely to get caught, and if I get punished at have to stay in camp for the rest of my life - I will blame it on you forever."
Tanpaw watched the two apprentices, sitting just below them on a lower shelf. Unlike his brother he did not much care for the height, and freedom of the rock. The uncertainty, and instability of the loose rocks terrified him, though he would never admit it. He admired the ease by which Winterpaw was able to speak with, and even poke fun at the other. He would just as soon bite his tongue than try to make sport. As a result, he followed behind, not once uttering a word - happy to be invisible.
.:Galefeather:.
--
Galefeather's interest intensified as she saw the other warrior fall. She moved closer towards the cluster of cats, only catching the end of the fallen warriors words, but they had been chilling. Unsure what to do, or how to make herself useful she stopped just a few feet in front of the small progression awaiting orders.
.:Leopardmoth:.
---
Leopardmoth took the large rabbit with appreciation. Watching Sparkfeather with with a faint hint of regret. He was sorry to both loose the company, but also to not receive a duty of his own. He did not have time to be disappointed for long however, and he soon sensed the approach of Ravenpaw. He nodded towards her with a smile "Good morning Ravenpaw." he spoke his voice warm. He then looked over towards the fresh-kill pile "You should eat. I would say that we could go get some training done after the fact, but there seems to be some sort of commotion. It may not be a good time to leave the camp."
