life has always been unfair. What can anyone say?
It's just the circle of life. So I guess you could call
abandonment bias. But pets rarely handle that
type of situation poorly, cats, for example, have
mastered living in a city for over centuries; hunting
the local vermin, and avoiding any trouble with the can-
openers. But it's also very rare that the city has something
wrong with it as well. It could be the plague, or some
infection that started to spread, or maybe even a
natural catastrophe. Whatever it is, you really don't
want to be thrown out again.

rules
- this takes place in the old city of san juan, puerto rico.
if you are thinking of joining, you must be familiar with the
environment, so I recommend looking up on google images.
- this will have limited spots, reservations will last up to two
days, no more no less. If your form isn't up in that time, the
position will be reopen.
- obey all cs rules
- this is only for semi-lit role-players and higher. I expect a
good two paragraphs per post, each being a nice five-seven
lines.
- only one cat per person, since there are limited spots. but
if we are low, then if you want, i will allow you take another
cat.
- swearing is only allowed in cat language. but remember this
isn't a warrior role-play. this is pure street cat and warriors
are only real in the books. real life.
- keep violence to a certain limit, i don't want this locked.
- i want drama, but let's not only center it on that.
- send in reservations through private message, I can keep everything
organized through there.
- since this is real life, there is no little clan or group. stray
cats rely on anything but other cats, except of course, if it's
their mate.
- fade to black when mating and such.

we all know that lovable disney character,
well, mack has devoted himself to be just
like that. A hit with the ladies, courageous,
smart, but terribly stubborn and arrogant.

she's merciless and quick, so don't let looks
deceive you. mercy is no trustworthy cat, she's loyal to
herself and that's just it. But her skills may be

this feline is all talk and barely no bite, but
everyone should be careful because alexander can
get anyone wounded in a fight. he's annoyingly
intelligent, but his curiosity can very well get the
better of him. / played by me

our pretty queen here is quite the soft spoken
stray that is usually too frail or too intimidated
to hunt normal mice and rats. kimba has to bring
herself to scavenge and rub against can- opener's
legs for food. / played by Rose ;

charlie will one day grow up and stop getting himself into
trouble with that rebelliousness and attitude, and not
to mention, his ever growing curiosity. this kitten has his
ways though, even though he is small and lonely.

queen, azaelia has nothing to fear with her territorial nature; she's
spunky and wants nothing to do with anything except food and

little can-opener family that had picked up his mother when she
was about to kit. the queen had three other kittens that were
considered the runts, however alexander was his mother's pride
and joy. all the time during his kitten-hood, alexander would
be curious enough to try understanding what the television would
say, or even read the newspaper. his brothers and sisters all
looked up to him as some sort of intellectual that was even smarter
than their mom, when it came to humans that is. his mother warned
her bold and clever however arrogant kit to not mess around in the
can-opener affaires, but alexander was only getting started. he
became uncontrollable, more than once, he would always make havok
with the chickens or smash a vase, and when his owners became very
weary of him; they threw him out once he was old enough, a good
twelve months old. from there, alexander learned and became less of
a kitten that was full of himself. he learned to fight, but the cat
will always have that bit of arrogance and the know-it-all complexion.

The story of Azaelia, the tortoise colored tabby queen is rather long. Her life has never actually been easy, even if she's only been walking this earth for 2 years. Through those two years, she has learned a great amount, some would even consider her wise, well if they could get past her spunky attitude. Let's just start off with how she acts. Azaelia, Lia for short, does not get along with other cats very well. She basically sees everyone around her as a pawn, they all do something for her, even if they don't notice it. That's the only reason she really talks to others, for her own personal gain. Though growing up like she did, you'd understand a little bit why she is like this. She never really can see the bright side of things, she is more of the glass if half empty then half full. Lia can be pretty nice, in her own way. There is most defiantly a different between the true 'mean' her and the 'nice' her. Lia always has this sort of sarcastic attitude about her, always making snide comments when she takes the time to talk to someone. Lia is very stubborn, and wont let anyone get in her way, or put her down. Azaelia thinks she is perfectly fine the way she is, she has all her needs and wants and that's good enough for her. She always says she can only rely on herself in the end because everyone else will leave. So you could say she is pretty cold to others. Azaelia's past isn't a very happy story, and could possibly bring tears to even the stubbornest tom's eyes. Her life actually started off in a warm home. Yes, she was born with can-openers. But things changed quickly when she grew sick and the can-openers threw her out in fear she'd get the other cats sick. Azaelia was taken in by a stray cat, who later died from eating rotten food. Azaelia vowed from that day that she wouldn't bother herself with trying to make connection between her and other cats. Ever since then she's been using cats to help her out in life, and when she was done using them, she cut them out of her life. You see Azaelia never really planned to be like this, but she didn't really know how to coop well with what her life was dealt so she just turned cold.
Azaelia is rather small for her age, only looking like a one year old when she is in fact two. Her fur is a soft orange and a sorta very light gray, Lia also has short hair so it's easily kept clean. Lia has pretty light green eyes that stand out against her orange and gray fur. Her tail seems to be a little longer then the normal kitty tail, which is how most tell it's her and not some other cat.
Azaelia has no real love life. She keeps a mostly solitary life, rarely seen with any other cat. So, Lia has no crush, no mate, nor any kits.

overall mercy is sneaky and you can't trust her. she likes to make cats think that you can trust her until she steals from you. her skills are great, and her personality is okay. when you give her a chance she is very nice and sweet though she will give you no pity. she doesn't feel sorrow for cats or any animal/human unless they need it. she would say suck it up if your a little hungry, your a cat on the streets, of course you are. she is also very stubborn and never gives in, she won't do anything for anyone else unless they need it. but then she's also funny, she will place you on her friend list or not on her friends list, and right now.. she has a lot of enemies that have tried to trick her but have failed.

Meet the street-wise alley cat Mack. The ball of fluff might
not look like much when you first see him walking in his dancing
sort of way but give it a moment or two and you'll learn. This is
not the cat to tango with, in the bad sense of course. He's a
fierce cat and has never been a stranger to occasionally fighting,
he grew up doing it after all. Due to all this fighting for food he
has become quite the brave cat and will often jump at the chance
to save another cat if they should need it. But don't mistake his
braveness as a sign that he cares for you, he'll mostly be looking
out for himself when it comes down to it. The only reason he saves
others is to try and make himself look good, so unless you're a
female don't expect much from him. After all, Mack has always
strived to be a lady's man and so far he has succeeded. It is very rare
that when around females Mack isn't flirting with them, trying to woo
them in his favor. He has learned his ways around the street and thus
has become quite smart, almost cunning if you will. He knows his
way around the can openers as well as the streets. But he's a bit
stubborn and believes his way is and will always be the best one. Don't
expect this tom to change his ideas, it's very rare that he agrees
someone else's way is the right one. What most don't expect but
quickly learn is that besides being arrogant Mack is also vain. He
over-exaggerates himself and is often told he takes too much
pride in his appearance. He doesn't see it but figures the way he
cleans his fur so often there must be at least a bit of truth.

Mack may appear to be a fluffy cat but he is not as fluffy as
most think. Along his body the hair is actually some what short but
along his back legs, neck and face, as well as his tail the fur is slightly
longer. Due to his constant attempt at upkeep his hair is actually
clean, for a street cat that is. He has a typical orange tiger coat. His
base color is light orange with slightly darker, thin stripes along his
body. His coat is similar to a tabby but the stripes are much thinner
and less noticeable then they might be on a tabby. His mouth also has
white on the underside but it doesn't extend to his chest or the
surrounding areas. His eyes are one of the typical colors of a cat,
appearing to be green. Under the correct light you can see a bit of
yellow in them as well so they may appear hazel. Mack isn't much
bigger then other cats, he only rises about an inch past the average
cat. The thick size of his body and fur length make him appear a little
bit bigger then he actually is. Like most street cats he does have his
share of scars. Most of Mack's scars are small and aren't even
noticeable below his coat. He does have one that is noticeable along his
nose from a fight. The only other noticeable thing is his slight limp on
his back right leg. It isn't very noticeable but if you pay attention it
causes him to slightly sway when he walks, almost like dancing,
something that Mack has gotten his fair share of jokes about.
