the world has gone to... well nothing. only few scientists had survived in the world, because they had been hiding out in a bunker, being little scared-y cats. but now, wolves have become... well un-extinct, to make it simple. dire wolves from long ago have been hiding. but now, they have powers, almost. the water, now radioactive liquid, contains sharp like creatures. the sky doesn't have normal clouds, and the sky is green. it rains acid- based rain, and the ground is barren black. in these wolves' territory, prey is only weird, deformed buffalo, and they live under ground. a cave was hollowed out, and long strands of the only living lichen and moss hand here. there are mini caves for dens in here, and blue crystals shine for light. powerful wolves, these creatures are, and they defend their home land with their lives. scientists want to capture them. test on them, and they have been unsuccessful so far. one bite or scratch from these wolves and their skin bubbles up, boils, and goes into their blood. the land is surrounded by giant mountains of black ground. no trees or plants grow, not even other life than the normal wolf or buffalo. powers these wolves have- they are resistant to rain, but not the water in the spring or summer. when the water gets hot, it becomes terribly toxic. in the spring, they have no choice but to cross it to get prey. near them, they have a giant circle pond of the acid water, but it has stepping stones hanging just above the water, so they can sit on it and jump in the water in the winter and fall. in their cave, there is the only good water left- a spring of fresh water. their caves are too high up for scientists, but just low enough for the wolves, since there are stepping stones leading to the dens. life is hard for these wolves. welcome, to the ancient times pack.
