The young apprentice nodded to Ravenstar as she left the medicine den. Frecklepaw looked around, and decided to drop in to see Rosebush for a few seconds. "Hello Rosebush!" she said, and two little kits, Littlekit and Lionkit brush past her. "Hello Rosebush!" she said with a smile. She sat down in the doorway, and looked at the queen. She knew that Rosebush was expecting kits, and she was so excited! How she loved playing with kits. Hawkpaw came into mind, but right after her stop with Rosebush she would attend to him.

The two kits brushed past Frecklepaw, and bounded out of sight with giggles. They saw the massive warrior, Foxfury, and they smiled. Littlekit was the first to reach him, with her swiftness, and pounced on his tail, pawing at it. Lionkit reached the tom and pawed at his paws, giggling. "Cant catch us!" Rosebush purred a little when Frecklepaw came in. She smiled at the young she-cat. "Hello Frecklepaw. How are you? Enjoying your medicine cat apprentice duties? Oh, did Smallfoot send you to check on me?" She meowed to Frecklepaw. Rosebush could feel the excitement coming from Frecklepaw, it came off in waves. It made Rosebush even more happy and impatient for her own kits to arrive. Rosebush turned her head to see Foxfury come in. She smiled once more and purred at the tom's presences. Then Hawkpaw came in, the nursery hadn't been this lively for quite some time. "Oh Hawkpaw, would you mind fetching me some? That would be greatly appreciated." Rosebush said to the apprentice.
