You're a wolf in your usual woods, when you see a flame in the distance. The flame grows and grows, consuming life as you know it. You know you have to run, but don't want to leave your pack behind. You spot them in the distance, surrounded by flaming trees. "JUST GO!" They shout at you. You know you have to make the heart-wrenching decision to leave them behind.
You sprint through the woods, trying to dodge the crashing, white-hot trees. You manage some singed fur, but you made it. You look back, but all you see is a shroud of mist.
You decide to camp out after walking for a couple hours. You are long away from your home now; whatever you have known is lost.

Suddenly, you hear a small noise. You stand up from your place of rest. Someone is here. You turn in a small circle, looking to see who's lurking in the shadows. You feel something on your back...
You spin around to see a bright white wolf emerge out of the shadows. You notice she has electric blue eyes,and a small smile on her muzzle.
"Welcome to Darkness Falls," she says grimly, her voice icy and smooth at the same time. "Good luck."

The white wolf, Luna, has invited you to stay at the camp. Will you accept, or will you continue in the unfamiliar woods alone?

"What do you mean?" you asked, unsure of the poetic words flowing out of her muzzle.

Markus is dark brown, with darker fur on his paws and face. His eyes are turquoise blue.

Powers: 1*Energy Manipulation; He can channel energy into other beings (plants and animals) or take it from them. He can transfer energy into light, heat, or sound. 2*Shapeshifting; He can change from his natural form as a wolf into a hawk, providing an easy alternative to trekking over rough terrain. However, he can only use this power once a day, as it saps his energy and while in that form he cannot use his first power.
Personality: Kind-hearted, Loyal, Honourable, Merciful and Fast. Markus never kills or hurts without cause, and is loyal, never wavering from his path and always prepared to help his pack in whatever way he can. He has sharp eyesight and moves fast, making him a formidable foe.
History: Markus never knew his parents. He was found and raised in a small pack where he was Omega, but he knew he could devote his skills to the pack if he had the chance. He ran from his foster pack when he was three and didn't look back.

Winter has pure white fur, with not a single blemish. Her eyes are tropical blue, vibrant yet piercing.

Powers: 1*Hawk Eyesight; Winter can see the patterns of a beetles shell a half kilometre away. 2*Colour Vision; Alongside her exceptionally detailed vision, Winter can see in colour, however it is bleaker than it appears to humans.
Personality: Curious, Alert, Friendly, Honest, Confident. Winter is not afraid to tell others of her opinion, and offer advice. She is empathic and knows how to put herself in other wolves' paws so she can help. Despite her honest, sincere and helpful nature, she is constantly alert and is not drawn into traps of others taking advantage of her. She has one major downside though; she loses her temper fast, and often regrets what she does in the anger that ensues.
History: Winter never had anything unusual in her life. She grew up in a safe small pack, with a large family. Upon turning one she left, curiosity and adventurousness driving her. I have lived on my own since, travelling and just living in peace. I discovered my power when I was a pup but I have always kept it hidden.

Powers: 1. The ability to control the weather, but only when the form of weather occurs naturally. She can then make them stronger and overpower them, allowing her to shift and bend any form of precipitation. 2. An ability she likes to call "Seeing beyond." This gives her the power to read other animals thoughts and pick up emotions with more ease. An excellent skill to use in battle, as she can predict her opponents next move. Depending on the intelligence of the target, it becomes more of a challenge to read them. 3. Her third power is very simple, yet very useful. She is able to run faster than most, and for longer periods of time. She can do the same with jumping, witch gives her the advantage of aerial attack.
History: (Striving to make this short!) Wayla's mother was killed by a cougar, and her father was gored through the skull by a buffalo. She has always felt that the deaths of her parents was somewhat her fault, even though she knows that nothing she could have done would have saved them. After the death of her parents, Wayla moved up a few ranks in her pack, changing her position the Delta wolf. But the horrid fire came to quickly for a celebration.
Other: She is kind and wise, thinking always about the well-being of others. Friendly toward animals other than her species, witch makes her seem a bit strange. Quick to react and has intense bravery when it comes to those she loves.
Siblings: She was the only pup, for all the other had died of sickness.

A jet black pelt with ember orange coloured eyes, has a few silver streaks through the fur on his back. his left side has slightly thinner fur up near his shoulder area due to the burns.
Desired Rank: Scout/Hunter
Powers: Able to bend shadow around him to hide or cause illusions, only works if the shadow is already there. Strongest at night. He also has heightened sight and hearing
History: Born and raised in a normal pack, had 3 sisters and a brother. He was very close to his brother, as they grew older they became the closest of his family and even his pack. He would always go hunting in a pair with his brother. But when the event of the large forest fire, he had to pick the fate of his brother or his pack. When the fire started Rei and his brother were the only ones outside at the time and did what they could to help, till a rouge tree buckled under flame and trapped his brother under it. Rei had to choose save his brother or pack, he choose his brother has he pushed the fallen tree off burning his side. His pack howling in agony as they told them to leave them. Rei helping his brother away from the flames and the heat. After the flames had died days later there was nothing but ash, and his brother died to the burns he had suffered. Alone he left the forest that was his home.
Other: as he grew up he was very up beat and joked around with his brother very relaxed and easy going. Now he has fallen inside himself and tried to block out the memories. He's now quiet and focused on life as more then a game like when he was younger. The new pack has his full dedication and respect and will do anything to help keep it safe but old memories do come to the surface that will shut him off as he will go quiet and wonder of for alone time.
Siblings: had 3 sisters and a brother, though his brother Spirit has been brought back from beyond he doesn't know this fact.

Age: 3 and a half
Appearance: She has rusty orange fur with white markings on her face, paws and tail. Her eyes are watery blue. She has a lean build, but she is petite.

Powers: she has poisonous fangs and claws (but she can choose when to secrete venom)
History: She was not the only one devastated on that night. Her whole family had been resting in the den while she found some rabbits for them to feast on. By the time she returned, the place was already up in flames. Dropping her kill she rushed to get inside and save her family, but when she got there, they had already perished. Overwhelmed with sadness she staggered around trying to escape. She was burnt multiple times and hit one too many. After struggling she managed to reach safety. She ran as far as she could before collapsing, her only thought 'I didn't get to say goodbye.'
Other: Her sense of smell is weak due to the smoke.
Siblings: None, they all perished along with her family in the fire.
