"Yeah, Shallowpaw. I'm no medicine cat!" Shadepaw teased

Silverlight smiled and said slowly "I need burdock root, comfrey, and dock leaves... who wants to get what, well all go together but it will be like a scavenger hunt"

Shallowpaw smiled a bit at the female apprentice, amused. He walked with them outside the camp.
After hearing the instructions, Shallowpaw closed his eyes as a voice was calling him.
He couldn't quite make out what the voice was, but the scent of burdock root filled his senses. He could tell it was nearby.
As if the voice was leading him, he darted to the left, the voice calling him closer and closer as the scent became more distinctive. Sure enough, when he opened his two dull blue eyes, the root was in front of him. A whole splurge of burdock plant!
He took as much as he could carry back to Silverlight and Shadepaw, dropping it at their paws. One down.

Shadepaw complained, "what's burdock root? What's comfrey? What's dock leaves? I'm lost!!!"

"Good job, Shallowpaw...how did you find them so fast?" Silverlight said very impressed at her apprentice "Burdock root curs rat bite infection, comfrey soothes wounds and broken bones, Dock helps cuts" she explained

Wolfpatch was out hunting when he saw the three cats hunting herbs and smiled

Shallowpaw nosed the burdock root towards Shadepaw. "That's burdock," he said softly.
Suddenly, the voice was calling to him again. Suddenly, he could hear it. 'Comfrey! Comfrey! This way!' It chimed, the scent filling his senses. Comfrey didn't grow close to the camp entrance, though...how could he smell it from all the way over here?
He motioned for Shadepaw to follow as he followed the voice, eyes closed as he was still deep in thought. He ran faster and faster until the voice stopped chiming.
He opened his eyes and sure enough, a small amount of
Comfrey was sprouting beneath him.
When he got back to Silverlight, he blinked. "I'm...I'm not...sure..." He murmured. How did he find them so fast? Was it that weird voice?

'Is it him?' Silverlight thought 'is he one of them from the prophecy?' "Shallowpaw will you come here?" she asked her head spinning "Shadepaw keep looking for the herbs"

Wolfpatch walked until he reached the edge of their boarder and sat there breathing in the scents of everything around him waiting for any sign of prey and when he found it he closed his eyes seeing exactly what it was going to do and was able to counter it

Shallowpaw nervously padded over to Silverlight, his mind itching to lead him to the dock. "Y-Yes? Have I done something wrong?"
