Shallowpaw heard the gathering being called forth and tentatively padded into the clearing, trying to be hidden by the crowd. The fluffy medicine cat apprentice stayed close to the edge of the cats, softly glancing around until his eyes landed on Shadepaw. The hyper little she-cat seemed way too crazy and arrogant for him to approach but he wanted to get to know her better. Even after the fox battle, Silverlight did most of the work. What else was there to do? She was an apprentice like him, anyways.

"Shallowpaw? do you want to ask to be excused?" Silverlight said kindly seeing him watch Shadowpaw. She knew how lonely he has been feeling and was upset she couldn't do anything

Shallowpaw sat in thought for a moment before shaking his head as dull blue eyes gazed into the she-cat's eyes. "...May I stay here with you?" He asked softly.

Tanglemask nodded towards Willowstar. "I hope you don't mind if I clean you up while the gathering is happening," she said, her voice muffled by the dripping moss.

Shadepaw glanced at the medicine cat apprentice, startled. "Uh sure." She scooted over to make room for him.

"Thanks, Tanglemask."

Willowstar and Breezeflame were on the highest cliff. "StarClan has kept us well. We are thankful for our strong apprentices, and loyal warriors. We have peace." Willowstar thought about the prophecy. "And if danger comes, we WILL overcome it!!!!" She yowled, and lashed her tail. "Breezeflame, do you or any other cat have anything to add or ask on this sacred night of the full moon?" She questioned.

Echomoon sighed when Stormclaw didn't follow after her but shrugged it off. Her gray eyes darted up to where Willowstar and Breezeflame were sitting and sighed again. It was just the same old, same old.

Shadepaw stood up. "I know I'm just an apprentice, but I have something to say- I've heard about the prophecy, but no one in the clan knows what Willowstar plans to do about it. We are one clan. We shouldn't have secrets. I say we discuss what to do, and make plans. So we feel safe."

Willowstar paled. "What a speech.....and you may be right...."

Silverlight wrapped her tail around her apprentice smiling "You can always stay with me"
