Apollo nervously sat about a metre away from Elizabethene and considered her question. "I have two sisters Artemis and Athena, which you know. I am two and a half and I am blind." He stated the obvious not really knowing what to say, he was a bit uncomfortable and wouldn't sit still, getting into a more comfortable position he finally sat still. He thought for a couple more seconds before quickly adding. "I want to be a fighter." He wasn't sure if should have added that, Athena had taught him a few basic fighting moves for self defense but they hadn't told anyone not sure if he was allowed to. He had secretly practiced them and even made up a few of his own but no one knew that his sisters had an incling.

Artemis laughed. "I am lead hunter, of course I can, it's my favourite form of solo hunting." She said slightly surprised that he knew how to but she quickly got over it and didn't show that she was. She walked over to the creek and jumped onto a stone further in, the fish were bigger deeper in. She saw a flash of silver and soon had a largish fish in her jaws, jumping back onto the shore she placed it on a flat rock. She stood back letting Channing have a go, she wanted to see how good he was at it, if he would make a good hunter or not.

"No it wasn't you." She said, it wasn't exactly the truth but she couldn't just go up to him and say, Oh it's your fault, you're making me break down and I can't look at you without melting inside. She took a deep breath. "Yeah can we get a drink and then do you want to come to my den to talk for a bit?" She asked nervously.

He felt the tension in his body fade, he wouldn't question her any further. Instead he nodded "I'd love to." he remarked, cocking his head to the side with a slightly goofy smile, hoping to make her smile more genuine than the last.

She couldn't help but smile for real this time. She turned around to the closest creek and bounded into the trees hoping Nightshade would follow. Her fur was finally begging to lie flat on the back of her neck and as she felt the cool water on her tongue she fully relaxed for the first time in who knows how long, she was in a good pack, had a good family and a "brother" that she loved to be with so much she thought she might actually like him a bit more that a friend.

Night leapt after her with a small chuckle, his paws hitting the ground firmly but silent. He was relaxed and why shouldn't he be. He loved his pack and his new "sister" might even be more to him than he had ever dreamed. He kept close, feeling the cool water on his tongue as he joined her made him realize just how wonderful life was becoming.

Kat's eyes narrowed as he spoke, nodding her head at his question. she completely understood him -- he took the words right out of her mouth. "I was just about to say that," she sighed, again giving a nod of her head. "but let me say this -- i am not one to talk. rarely will i try to start a conversation with anyone." explained the fae with a slight flick of her tail. "but i want to get to know you. i know we are alike in many ways." her words were soft but inside she hated expressing her feelings to anyone. her gaze switched to the ground, before giving a dip of her head respectfully. "would you like to go for a walk?" she offered, not looking at the brown-furred brute in front of her. "if not then you dont have to." inside she wanted to lash out and hurt every wolf in her sights but she knew she had to keep her aggravated feelings inside and hidden. but, she liked this brute, she feels that everything she told him, he would understand.

"Of course, stupid question," Channing replied with a slight chuckle and his usual charming smirk. He watched as she hopped on the stone and he was about to protest because he didn't know if she could swim or not. But once she came out with a fish in her mouth he smiled ever so gently. "Warning -- I may just amaze you with my skills," he joked with a swish of his tail. He then hopped onto the rock that Artemis was previously standing on. He heaved his chest out and took a deep breath, before he dove in to the bottom. He grasped a large, blue fish in his jaws and swam to the top, a grin replacing his smirk. He made sure it was dead before he got out and shook the water from his pelt. He tossed it over to her with a flick of his ears, "you want it?" he offered, "I don't want it."

Jinx sighed as Alek came to him, breathing out stressful breaths. "Alek, I think you dont like this anymore than I do. if you want to hang out and get to know each other then thats fine." Jinx muttered, cursing himself under his breath. "But in just warning you, im not a brute that is all nice and sweet. Artemis shook her head. "No thanks, I have my own but you could take it back for someone else in the pack if you wanted." She said going over and picking up her fish again before anything else got to it. She couldn't say that he wasn't good at fishing, he was actually quite good for a warrior. She decided to take the fish back for the pack she wasn't that hungry and she preferred to eat after she made sure that there was enough food for everyone else.

Standing back up she shook her head getting the water of her muzzle but making sure none hit Nightshade, some wolves got annoyed if they were wet by someone else and she didn't want to find out the wrong way if he was.

Nightshade dipped his paw into the water, playing with it as she finished up. His claws drawing circles in the stream. He glanced over at Athen as she shook her muzzle and pulled his paw back under him, lifting his head and looking up to her. "You ready?" he asked gently, his fur ruffling in the breeze.
