Owlstar chuckles at the old tom. "Of course, Badgerclaw." She smiles, nodding to her uncle. "I'll see you around, Troutsplash." The young leader nods to the elders. "I'll have the apprentices bring you fresh kill at sunhigh, or when you are hungry." She purrs out, flicking her tail at the two toms. "And I'll make sure you get a few more friends in here with you so you don't get lonely." She chuckles, though she was kidding. "Come, Wolfspeckle. They need to rest." She says, padding out. She hope, so very hoped the two toms would be alive when freckle's kits were born. They were such good story tellers.

[ well the gathering thing is tonight. the gathering is pretty much where owlstar tells the clan about any dangers or new things that will change or something in the clan. it happens in a cave really high above, in the mountains. so.. yeah. ]

As Owlstar spoke to the elders, Wolfspeckle nodded, making a note to try and catch a bit more prey later. Badgerclaw had always preferred eating a fresh kill, and it wasn't unknown that the tom complained when it was more than a day old. "See you, Dad," Wolfspeckle rumbled, before padding out of the den. The tom was quiet for a brief moment, before looking over at the tabby she-cat, whiskers twitching as he grinned at the she-cat. "If I may, how many times has Troutsplash told you that?" he asked, flicking an ear. "He seems over the moon that you've taken the position."

Owlstar chuckles, "Only a hundred times." She smiles. "Just everytime I go in there." She tells honestly- just about the only honest thing she could tell. "Ready for the gathering tonight?" She asks, smiling. She was thinking about telling the clan her secret, but decided not to. Sighing, she slips up the rocks to her den, looking back to see if the tom was still following.

Wolfspeckle laughed at Owlstar, nodding in acknowledgement of what the leader had said. "Oh trust me, I understand that feeling, completely," he chuckled, shaking his head at the thought. "Dad's just as bad, honestly. 'Oh! My son's the finest warrior you'll ever get! Perfect specimen, that one.' Never gets old." The warrior flicked his tail, pausing as Owlstar asked if he was looking forward to the gathering. "Always. It's always a nice walk back, too." As the leader wandered off, he watched as she made her way up to her den, looking back to see if he was following. Wolfspeckle was unsure, but decided there was no harm in doing so, skittering up the rocks and coming to a graceful halt next to the tabby cat.

"So, got anything exciting to share, tonight?" he asked, genuinely curious.

The tom nodded, but then stopped to think for a moment. Will she be able to make it that far? he was concerned, but didn't let it show. he didn't want to give anything away, and didn't want to risk what would happen. flicking his tail towards the entrance of camp, "Shall we be heading there? if we're lucky, we can make it there before sunset," He meowed. The warrior noticed he was much taller then the queen, and probably two moons older then her. He started to pad towards the entrance of camp, his black tail waving behind him like a snake.

freckle nodded eagerly moving towards the camps entrance. she paused, nodding briefly to owlstar and a tom she believed to be named wolfspeckle as they left the elders den. the elderly felines that lived in the den, troutspalsh and badgerclaw, provided her with many stories of the clan and she hoped that when her kits were born they would still be around to do the same for them. as if in agreement, the tiny bodies shifted in her stomach, and she beamed radiantly at rustripe before moving past him. clearing the entrance, the young queen glanced first to the left, then right before turning in the direction of the beach. the sun was still relatively high in the air, and though they wouldn't have much time near the water, it would still provide ample exercise for the pregnant female.

Owlstar shrugs, "Just the normal meeting. Everyone gathers up in the cave, I tell them the clan has no current dangers, and hunting is good. Then the 'it is almost leaf-fall, so prepare yourselves for the worst!' And then we all exit and go off to bed." She chuckles, flicking her long tail. "Every once and a while, i'll have an apprentice or a queen, maybe even the deputy. I will have have freckle up tonight, if she'd like. I'm sure every one wants to know the names of her kits... that will be born soon." She purrs, smiling down at the nursery.

Huge spotted tabby, white feet. He towers over most warriors, is very muscular
under his long pelt. His bright green eyes are striking to most clan mates making
him quite a ladies tom. Although he has a lot of scars,
Personality ;;
This brute can come across as harsh at first, but when you really know
him he is a good hearted, sarcastic warrior, broken by history. He is very
loyal and protective to his clan. He is also know to case away and kill foxes on his own,
this is how he came to the clan. His massive body makes some cats not want to get
on his bad side, so he rarely has enemies.

"No," Foxpaw hissed, "You can kill your own daughter, you mouse vile of a leader!" Hisses rang
through the camp. "Who are you to talk to your father like that?!" the heated leader spat back, slapping Foxpaw
to the ground. He knew his father was on his last two lives, and he'd be hard to kill but not impossible. He wouldn't
let his little sister down. "You backing down from a fight, Foxpaw?" the leader spat. "Never!" Foxpaw leaped up scratching the leaders face. Foxpaw was dragged to the ground, "Give up, you fool!" Foxpaw had never
heard his father talk like this, burning with fury he pussed the leader away. "NO!" Foxpaw fangs dug into the
leaders neck, taking one life. He can't remember much after that, but he knew he killed his father
and took his kit sister. After a while this clan found him, and took him in, they fished his train and
gave him his name, Foxstride. This is history, he never liked to share.

Very beautiful smoke colored cat. She has a scar on her left flank from her horrible father.

She is very very sweet, she is loved by most warriors, and she is very special to Foxstride.
Smokepaw is very smart and trains fast. She is kind to all clan mates and loves kits. She hates
when cats thinks she a soft fur ball that never fights, watch you flank if you make that comment.
She is a big dreamer, she love to sit and wonder about things. You can often find her staring at
the sky from the trees, she dreams of flying.
