The new brute settled down, his body near sinking into the earth from his completely relaxed stance. Sure, he heard the howl close by that warned for possible dangers, but it was no matter to him. Besides, he didn't smell anything unusual, and frankly he didn't care. The wolf was positive he could beat any predator trying to ruin his lovely soon-to-be nap, and of course he would not allow that. Shae parted his jaws, sliding his ruby tongue over his maw as he did often; it was a habit he wasn't bothered to fix, and it usually just gave the same nonchalant message. With this, Shae released an apathetical sigh that rose from his chest and out over his curling tongue; and, soon, he had rested his head on his front legs and attempted to rest. Although, he was certain it wasn't the proper time for that.
