Don't get too close,
It's dark inside.
It's where my demons hide.
Jiro smiled as the mare's nose touched his own. In response, he touch his nose to her cheek, smiling warmly at the mare. The black stallion again noticed the nearby mare who still appeared to be waiting on him. However, he decided to get Paint settled before going to converse with the other. "Follow me. I'll take you to meet my other three mares," he said. And with that, Jiro led Paint over to Fiske, Blossom, and Vintage. They all appeared to be content right now. Jiro nickered a greeting, then directed their attention to Paint. "Fiske, Blossom, Vintage, this is Paint," he said, stepping back a bit to reveal the new mare to them all. Again, Jiro could feel the patience of the other mare slowly ticking away. The black stallion had seen the mare earlier, during the events with the colt. So Jiro did not see any reason why she would want to speak with him now. But, nonetheless, he didn't want to keep her waiting. "If you all would be so kind as to excuse me, it seems I have a situation to handle," he said, flicking an ear towards Paradise. Jiro did not need to worry about the mares being nice towards one another. They were all great mares, each one so friendly. The black stallion nodded a farewell, adding in an, "I'll be back soon." And with that, Jiro was off. He stopped a bit away from Paradise, bickering to get the mare's attention. Then, he simply waited for her to come and speak to him.

You don't know her

You'l never
understand.
Kimaya still held the colt, ignoring her father's look. He did not control who she conversed with. Or helped. However, the colt's last words shocked Kimaya. "Do you realize what will happen to you? You won't last long if you leave. Just come with me. I'll deal with my father later," she said. Truly, her voice held more of a commanding tone than a pleading one. This colt had already come close to dying once. And the black and white filly was not going to let his stupidity get him into another situation. Possibly a fatal one.
