birdtail was born into this clan. she accepts this as well. her apprentice-hood was basically the time she grew to know herself. her mentor went insane though and ran away, her name was yellowfoot. she and yellowfoot were good friends and since birdtails mother had left the clan for disrupting the warrior code she had no motherly love. yellowfoot basically was there for her. as she went through training she found that she wasn't into the fighting or the hunting, but more in it for the adventure and the fun she could experience. she went through hard times with yellowfoot, hearing about the loss of her mother to a badger and her father never returning from his hunt. often she run off herself and would refuse to come near anyone when she having her little fits. though often yellowfoot would come to her aid and talk her out of her issues. right before she was going to become a warrior, yellofoots mate grew old and died. the loss of just one loved one sent her into an insane craze. causing her to try and attack anyone she suspected of killing him, including birdtail. eventually she left during the night and never came back. so no one really know what happened to her. afterwards though birdtail continued on to becoming a warrior by being brought up the rest of the way by the deputy.

birdtail had a bit of a messed up history, though it wasn't as bad as some others. though most of it was the six-eight months she was an apprentice. she would often roam the woods trying to figure herself out, eventually realizing she was a mixed character. sometimes she would be playful and loving, and others she would just want to be alone and think about her past, or where her life is going. normally she is adventurous and curious about everything. wanting to know what is further out of the territory, or what other cats are thinking about her and others. sometimes others think of her as a very mature and grumpy cat. always serious about every situation she may come across. though truthfully she isn't, she is normally a fun loving cat when you catch her at the right time. you just have to catch her perfectly.

birdtail is an american shorthair. her coat is a tortoiseshell which some refer to as a calico with no white. she stands at about 11 inches tall and weighs about 10 pounds. so she is a small cat, though she has claws at the ends of each of her paws and a good set of teeth in her maw. her coat is fairly healthy, though sometimes can look a bit dirty from normal wear and tear. her eyes are a beautiful yet common yellow color which seem to pop out against her coat color. she has an unusually bad right hip, but it hardly ever stops her. when it does hurt you will know and she won't get up. it's almost as if her whole back gave out and she just can't seem to move.

littlepaw has basically just started her life. born to a persian and an american short hair she once belonged to a lovely family. though she was not an inside kitten, her mother who was the american short hair had given birth to her and her two brothers underneath a house. as they grew older it seemed like the space grew a bit smaller. that was when another female came by and asked to take littlepaw[who was called precious] to somewhere safe. at first her mother was hesitant but soon was okay with the idea of the other cat taking one of her kits so she could have a better life elsewhere. as littlepaw was carried away she was scared for what might happen to her. when she arrived she realized she was not by any humans, but in a forest. the smells were different and everything seemed so much bigger. especially the other cats around her. that was how she was named littlekit/paw. she was just so much smaller than the other kits and other cats. as she grew older she just seemed to stay just a few steps behind everyone else. to this day she still wonders where her mother is with her two brothers.

littlepaw was always not bold. being born as the runt of the litter, and thought to not even make it past a week she was always stayed to herself. hardly ever talking to anyone and hiding from every scary thing on the planet. which makes it hard for her to even talk to her mentor who is one of the only cats she is semi-comfortable around. though she is basically a ticking-time-bomb. bottling up all her thoughts and not speaking her mind, there is going to be a day where she bursts out and screams. possibly shocking anyone she may come around. she is always always worried, worried about everyone elses safety and her mothers and brothers. as if every time someone leaves they may die and never come back. which always throws her into a dark thoughtful state.
