The sunlight beat agents his dark pelt as he sat there, the wind wrapping
around his pelt, rustling it slightly. Closing his dark brown eyes, he took in a deep breath.
It was then that the scent of a female came into his nose, and his eyes snapped open.

Jumping to his feet, he lowered his head in anger. Who was this in his pack? A loner?
Was she a threat to his pack? Or was she safe? Cactus Water had to find out. For the
safty of his own pack. Slowly, he rose to his feet.

Padding through the woods, the smell of a fresh kill came into his nose as he padded
though the woods, his nose close to the ground as he took deep inhales of where the
female was. Skidding to a stop, he saw a brown female standing before him.

Stepping out of the shadows, he stood next to a small bush. "Hello Ma'am." He stated,
his kind voice flowing like hunny. "My name is Cactus Water. The alpha male of the
Boomerang pack... May I ask why you are in my pack's territory?"

She stopped and looked at the wolf. She, although angered that she had been spotted by the alpha, was actually glad that she had been caught by the nicer one out of the two. She knew he could still be gruesome and could fight yet he was still calmer than that of his brother. She set down her prey so she could speak clearly. " I know who you are so you do not have to tell me that. Also, I am here because I wanted to be here at this point in time. " She said. Then she picked back up her rabbit. She quickly glanced around, looking for any good escape routes. She noticed several ones that would be of use incase she needed to get away quickly.

His eyes flickered down her body, from the tip of her ears to the claws of
her toes. But then his burnett eyes flickered over to the hair that hung from her jaws. "You
can eat if you wish wile we talk. I do not mind." The brute said.

"Do you have a name miss?" He said, wondering what happened to politness now adays.
"Just tell me if you are okay here, I dont want you to be scared of me." Cactus Water said,
a small smile coming to his cheeks as he looked at her in the eyes.

"No need to be afraid." The brute stated again, letting the smile on his face grow wider as he
stood there. Gently, he lowered his haunches down to the ground so he was in a sitting
position, where he wrapped his bushy black tail around his front paws

She place the rabbit back on the ground as she sat down. She placed it in between her front paws, to keep it safe. She wouldn't start eating it because if she had to leave quickly she couldn't take a half eaten rabbit with her, blood would get everywhere. " Of course I have a name. Every wolf has a name. My name, which must have been what you were intending to ask what is but misworded the question, is Izzy. " She said. She wasn't one to trust wolves right off the bat, especially ones that acted this nice. No one could be this nice and oddly speaking as if he had been trained in talking the way he had. She, with wolves she didn't truly know, was kind of always on edge. Her words were normally short and simple to the point but not always.

His eyes wandered over her face as he watched her. It was hard to tell, very hard to
tell, but it was clear that she was rather... was worried the word? No, it was more ready to
do what she needed to do. Such as sprint if needed. It was clear she didnt trust him.

Well Cactus Water wanted to change that. "Would you like to go to my pack with me? There,
we can talk. You look like you need a pack. And I have a pack in need of wolves. It clear that
you are a strong independnt wolf, and I like that. You might like it there."

Cactus Water continued to talk as he shifted from paw to paw, "If you dont like it in my pack
feel free to leave any time you want. I wont hold you back if you dont want too."

" I rather stay here and talk. Anyway, I would like to ask you some questions. Like how many other packs are in the area. And do you have any family like a father or any siblings and where they are now. " She was asking questions she knew the answers to. She just wanted to hear what he would say. She wanted to know what were rumors and what weren't. She had heard rumors but she didn't know which of them were true. If he didn't answer she wouldn't stop herself from asking him again because she was very persistent.
