There is a legend of two clans that goes back centuries. Once upon a time, there were two cats; a brother and a sister. They were known as Illusion and Mirage. Mirage and Illusion lived together in a big forest. They did everything together. They hunted together; fought together; and they thought they would die together. But as they grew older, things changed. Illusion wasn’t satisfied with the life he and his sister had. He wanted power; the power to lead and to make decisions. Mirage didn’t like this idea. She was opposed to the idea of Illusion bringing more cats into the forest. But Illusion was persistent, and eventually Mirage gave in. Illusion created Illusionclan became known as Illusionstar. He brought rogues, loners, kittypets, and any cat in between to join the clan. When he asked Mirage to be his Deputy, she accepted hoping to get to spend more time with her brother. But Illusionstar was no longer interested in family ties. He only wanted power. Mirage was becoming worried about her brother.

One day, a handsome Starclan Warrior came to her in her dreams. His name was Flamesong. Flamesong had come to warn Mirage. He told her that she was in grave danger. Apparently, Illusionstar had become so power-hungry that he was now forcing cats to join his clan, and on top of that he was stealing territory from the other cats in the forest! Those who defied him were dealt with permanently. Mirage was horrified that her beloved brother could have become so… so tainted! But what could she do? Flamesong urged her to recruit the cats who weren’t loyal to Illusionstar and create her own clan; a clan of good, decent cats to combat Illusionclan’s evilness. Flamesong wanted her to kill her brother. Mirage balked at the idea. She knew it was the right thing to do. Ridding the world of Illusionstar could only make the world a better place. But she wasn’t sure she was powerful enough, and despite everything she still loved her brother.

But Flamesong refused to give up on her. He begged her to reconsider, and then he offered her a gift. Flamesong would give Mirage the power to defeat her brother if she led her clan fairly. Reluctantly, Mirage agreed though she was skeptical about what this meant. The next morning, she began her work. Every day, Mirage watched her brother’s warriors. Those who lacked loyalty, she recruited for her clan. When at last she had enough cats, Flamesong came to her once more. He gave her nine lives, and named her Miragestar. And he told her this, “Your brother’s downfall shall be his lack of Faith. Starclan has attempted in the past to speak to Illusionstar but in his refusal to listen, he did not receive his nine lives. With these lives, I give you a very special power. I cannot tell you what this power is, but you will know when the time comes.” And then he was gone. That very next day, Miragestar met with her warriors and moved them to a new camp. She named her clan Mirageclan. When her brother found out, he was furious. He demanded she return his Warriors, and when she refused, he vowed to get his revenge.

True to his word, exactly one moon later, Illusionstar launched his attack on Mirageclan. The battle took place above Mirageclan’s camp, at the highest point in the forest. On one side of them was the forest, on the other a steep cliff that dropped off into the Mirageclan Camp far below. A horrible, bloody battle ensued and many lives on both sides were lost. When at last Miragestar faced Illusionstar across the battlefield, she suddenly knew what Flamesong had spoken of. Through thick and thin, even when Illusionstar was threatening the wellbeing of her clan, Miragestar had only felt love for her brother. And as she faced him now, she still felt only love for the cat that had disrupted their lives, and the lives of many others. Flamesong had given her the power of Sacrifice, and with that Sacrifice there was responsibility. And so it was with great sadness, but also love, that Miragestar launched herself at Illusionstar and sent them both sailing over the cliff to their deaths below. Because of Miragestar’s noble sacrifice, Flamesong blessed both clans. Each cat was given a power; some elemental, some mental, and others specific to their place in the clan. To leaders, he gave four powers each. To Medicine Cats, he allowed three powers each. The powers ranged from controlling fire, to reading minds, turning into another animal or even super strength. Even to this day, Mirageclan and Illusionclan thrive in their respective territories. But as tensions rise between the two clans and a Prophecy is unearthed, it will take the powers of five cats, and the love of two, to keep darkness from rising to wipe out the clans forever.

*Be realistic with your cats. No rainbow fur, freaky Mohawks, or names like Fairybreath or something like that o_o.*
*Don't overdo it with the powers. Also be SOMEWHAT realistic. A kit won't come into it's powers until it is 4 moons old and won't be able to completely control it's powers until around 9 or 10 moons, sometimes not even until they're a warrior.*
*No controlling other peoples' characters and no killing without permission! Also, no perfect characters. It gets boring.*
*Put Sunshine in other if you have read this far.*
*No being your own crush or mate*
*Only one high ranking cat each unless you have my permission. Also, only one Prophecy Cat each and yes you can have a Prophecy cat as well as a high ranking cat.*
*Each cat has an emotional trigger that ties into their power. This trigger basically is the emotion that makes them tick and lose control of their powers when they are younger, at least until they can control their gifts. In the other section, instead of Sunshine put your emotional trigger. Make sure that they aren't the same! Not ever cat can be triggered by anger. There's love, hate, jealousy, surprise, fear, and about a million others you can choose from.*

Doepaw (Doespring); A small white she-cat with black and orange marks on the top of her head, and one large mark along her right side. Her left eye is blue, and her right eye is gold. She has the power of controlling water and her trigger is surprise. (Peachsmoothie)

Icebird; A pretty white she-cat with a slender build and lovely blue eyes. Her power is controlling negative energy and her trigger is negative energy such as anger, hatred, violence, etc; (Metamorphose)
Silentecho; A pretty white she-cat with hints of silver and pale ginger tabby in her thick fur. She has blue eyes. Silentecho is a Telepath, giving her the ability to speak to others’ in their thoughts and occasionally slip into their thoughts. Her trigger is pain.

Goldenblaze; a handsome red Bengal tomcat with green eyes. He is mate to Moonberry and father of her kits.

Honeykit; a gorgeous cream and white Bengal she-cat. Daughter of Moonberry and Goldenblaze she sadly never made it past her 3rd Moon before succumbing to Green Cough. (Open)

Lightpaw is Mirageclan's beloved Medicine Cat Apprentice. A sweet and friendly She-cat, she holds the power of the Light in her paws, a rare gift bestowed upon her directly by Flamesong of Starclan. Her best friend is Illusionclan's Medicine Cat, a misunderstood tom who she connects with on a level even she doesn't understand. She has control over the light, making her stronger during the day and because of her powers she can create illusions to confuse her victims. She can also summon Starclan Warriors at will to fight beside her.

Darkbird is Illusionclan's misunderstood Medicine Cat. A dark, quiet cat his only true friend is Lightpaw, Mirageclan's Medicine Cat Apprentice. He will do anything to protect her, no matter what. He has healing powers, as well a powers over darkness and even evil spirits. He can also curse others.

She is the Flame's Sister. A sweet and calm she-cat, she has surprising control over her powers despite her youth. Her powers far surpass those of most, to the point where she can control water and manipulate the weather. She is a very friendly she-cat who is good friends with Lightpaw but doesn't trust the Steady Rock.

..:: GENERAL DESCRIPTION ::..

A simply gorgeous feline and the exact opposite of her name in appearance. Looks wise, Lightpaw is anything but light. Lightpaw is a very rare species indeed. She is a Charcoal Bengal, and a purebred at that. Most Bengal Cats resemble mini Leopards. This is not so true for charcoal Bengal cats, which sports much darker fur. She has a strong, lithe body packed full of muscle. Though she is on the smaller side of the size spectrum for most Bengals, she still has the Bengal’s powerful back legs that allow her to jump much like a gazelle, and the regal face that distinguishes these rare beauties. Still a very young cat, Lightpaw’s fur is just beginning to go from fuzzy to sleek. Lightpaw’s spin is solid black, white the area around her nose, muzzle, eyes, chest, and ears are a pale tannish gold. If you look closely, you can see darker rings of black around her tail and the darker rosettes along her body that distinguish the Bengal cat. Her chest and neck are a slightly darker gold than that of her face, and sport sleek black tabby markings against the gold background. Her legs, as you can see from her picture, are much lighter than her back, bordering on a mix of golden brown and black with the jet black tabby markings ringing her legs. Her paws are a dirty brown, darker near her pads. Her pads and nose are both black and she has incredible green eyes, flecked with a brilliant amber that, in some lighting, makes them resemble newly turned leaves in early Autumn.

Feisty; it is perhaps one of the best words used when describing Lightpaw. She likes to have the last word in and loves to play rough with her littermates and friends. Lightpaw is a fierce and feisty she-cat who stands up for what she believes in, no matter what. Second-guessing herself simply isn’t in her nature. Stubborn; is another good word for Lightpaw. She is one of the most stubborn, hardheaded she-cats you will ever have the pleasure of meeting. She rarely listens to reason, and if she is particularly irritated with you she will often go out of her way to defy you, just out of spite. She hates being told what to do and dislikes authority figures very much. Impulsive; it is perhaps the best descriptive word for Lightpaw of all. Not only is she impulsive, but she is very rash. Lightpaw has a tendency of jumping headfirst into dangerous situations without hesitation. The saying “Curiosity Killed the Cat” would be a good motto for this one. She has an unquenchable curiosity that gets her into more trouble than her clanmates can deal with! She also has a bad habit of speaking before she thinks and sadly, her thoughts aren’t always very nice. Intelligent; it is why she is such a brilliant Medicine Cat apprentice. Lightpaw has a sharp memory and an insatiable thirst for knowledge. She is constantly asking questions. She loves to investigate new things. She is quite the detective. She is Fearless; or so she claims. Unlike most cats, Lightpaw isn’t afraid of water. In fact, she is attracted to it and is a very skilled swimmer and fisher. She is very talkative; truly your regular chatterbox. She is always chattering about something or another. It really doesn’t matter what the subject is. She can talk about the weather, hunting techniques, or the easiest prey to catch in during a certain season for hours, sometimes even days (with interruptions of course) on end. She is energetic; a definite athlete. She loves to run and jump; climb trees and swim in ponds. She is very sweet; a regular sweetheart. If you’ve earned her love she is very affectionate, loyal, and devoted. Those she cares about and trusts she will protect with her life without hesitation or reservation. But break her trust and you’ve got a formidable enemy on your paws! She is a grudge-holder and rarely forgives once her trust has been violated. However, Lightpaw isn’t all sweetness. She is short-tempered as most fire-wielding cats are, and can combust at a moment’s notice. You never know what will set Lightpaw off, but once angered she’ll lay into you like there’s no tomorrow. She has a sharp tongue and an even sharper wit. When angered, she has a dangerous habit of being brutally honest and tends to blurt out things she doesn’t intent to blurt out. She is definitely a force to be reckoned with, especially when angered, and I’d advise you clear a path when she is on a rampage. Despite this, she is a great cat to be around. Witty and charming with a great sense of humor, she is sure to capture your heart in an instant!

Lightpaw was born in Mirageclan. Right from the start, she was a very special cat. Her mother and father were both purebred Bengals. Moonberry was a silver Bengal who controlled water, and Goldenblaze was a red Bengal who controlled fire. Despite her parents’ obvious differences, they loved each other and they loved Lightpaw, her brothers, and her sister. Still, even in the beginning Lightpaw was different from Blazepaw, Bravepaw and Nightpaw. At the four moon mark, her siblings came into their powers. Blazepaw was, as expected, a fire-wielder. Nightpaw could see into others' thoughts and dreams. And Bravepaw… well, Bravepaw was an incredible fighter, quick and strong and rarely getting hurt. But Lightpaw didn’t get her powers, and as time passed, her parents feared she would never come into her powers. Her parents, and her clanmates, assumed it was because she was blind. Lightpaw was born with a very rare condition that caused her to lose her eyesight shortly after birth. When she turned six moons, the Medicine Cat took her on as an apprentice due to her excellent memory and intelligence. Training alongside her mentor, Lightpaw showed a great skill for healing. She was intelligent, careful, and took a genuine joy out of the work she did. When Lightpaw was only 7 moons old, tragedy struck the young she-cat. Her mother and father were cruelly ripped away from her, killed by a family of foxes lurking in the area. Lightpaw was, naturally, devastated but not so much as her siblings. Unlike them, she could visit her parents in Starclan whenever she pleased. Lightpaw took it upon herself to console and reassure her brothers and sister, and because of this they began to look up to her as they once did their parents. Still, Lightpaw hadn’t found her powers and even she was beginning to believe she would never find her true place in the clan. But Lightpaw never let this discourage. She still worked diligently alongside her mentor, learning more and more with each passing day. Despite her lack of powers, Lightpaw was earning a name for herself. Usually, how much respect a cat is given is determined by the powers bestowed upon them by Flamesong, the ancient Starclan Warrior who saved Illusionclan from destruction and urged Miragestar to create Mirageclan. But Lightpaw was making a name for herself with her skill as a Medicine Cat. It no longer mattered to her clanmates that she was different, because she was truly talented. And then the day came when she finally received her powers in a very peculiar way. Flamesong himself visited her dreams, and bestowed upon her a very special gift; the gift of life. He told her that one day soon, her special gift would be needed to save the clan and that she must learn to harness her abilities before then. Lightpaw became revered among her clanmates. It is believed, even now a moon after receiving her powers, that Flamesong bestowed upon her the power of Starclan itself.

Lightpaw likes many things. She loves the sun, and enjoys taking advantage of it whenever she can by finding a warm rock to nap on. She likes swimming, surprisingly, and doesn’t mind getting wet all that much. She loves her best friend, the Illusionclan Medicine Cat, as well as her brothers’ and sister. Lightpaw loves to have a good time, playing games or running through the forest. She especially enjoys her job as Medicine Cat. Lightpaw does not enjoy being blind. In fact, she hates it; hates the darkness. This is probably why she loves her powers so much. With them, she has the ability to see, but only when the sun is at its highest point in the sky. She doesn’t like bullies, being vulnerable, arrogance, or thunderstorms.

Lightpaw’s strengths are many. She is incredibly smart, with a great memory that makes her the perfect healer. She is great at her job, especially since she genuinely enjoys healing. While her blindness does leave her vulnerable, her sense of smell and hearing far surpass those of her clanmates. But her blindness is a weakness, and while muscled, Lightpaw isn’t a skilled fight. She never really learned, between her blindness and being a Medicine Cat’s Apprentice. Surprisingly, however, she is an incredibly accurate hunter. She has a natural ability to sense where her prey is, and where it is going to be when she launches her attack.

Lightpaw’s fears are many, though she’d never admit it. She is afraid of darkness; ironic since she’s blind and all. This doesn’t mean she lives in perpetual fear. Actually, Lightpaw is afraid of always being blind; of never regaining her eyesight. She is afraid of being useless; of Mirageclan no longer needing her. She is afraid her best friend, Illusionclan’s Medicine Cat, will turn his back on her. She is petrified of thunderstorms. The noise is too much for her overly sensitive ears. And most of all she is afraid of Failure.

Blazepaw is a very handsome Bengal tomcat with brilliant amber eyes. He is about average, size-wise when it comes to Bengals which means he is a large cat with a well-muscled body and powerful back legs. He has large, hefty paws built for dealing hard blows. Blazepaw is covered in a gorgeous coat of golden brown fur, much like his father was. The coloring is rather light around his face, chest, legs and belly, but along his spine the golden brown coloring darkens considerably. His sides and back are covered in black and dark brown rosettes that ate normal for Bengals, while along the ridge of his spine he has tabby markings that pun from nose to tail tip. He is a very regal looking cat, as is common for Bengals, and generally stands tall and proud. His legs and belly are tinged with white and covered in tabby markings as well.

Like the fire that blazes in his paws, Blazepaw is a fierce and temperamental tomcat. But he isn’t just defined by what his power is. Behind those beautiful amber eyes lays a complex and thoughtful young. Blazepaw is a slightly arrogant and cocky tomcat. He is a very proud cat, and he is constantly showing off for his friends and family. He is a hopeless romantic, surprisingly. He is a dreamer and believes wholeheartedly in true love and soulmates. Despite his arrogance, Blazepaw is a very sweet and thoughtful cat who will jump to your aid in a heartbeat, no matter what. He is brave and bold, though unlike his sister he usually thinks things through before taking action. He is very loyal, and will protect his clanmates no matter what! He isn’t much of a flirt; if he likes you he will stick with you rather than flirt with all the other She-Cats. It’s kind of funny because if he truly likes you, he will become very shy and nervous around you. It’s adorable!

Blazepaw was born in Mirageclan to Moonberry and Goldenblaze. From the start, Blazepaw was an incredible young cat. Firstborn in the litter, he was like a ring-leader. Lightpaw, Nightpaw, Bravepaw, and Honeykit would follow him anywhere. He was adored by his littermates, and especially by his mother Moonberry. Blazepaw was a regular Mama’s boy. He was very close to his mother, and in fact she was appointed his mentor when he became an apprentice. Blazepaw was also very close to his sister, Honeykit. She was the runt of the litter, and he loved her more than anything in the world. Blazepaw was Honeykit’s protector. While the others ran off to play some game or another, Blazepaw would hang back and play with Honeykit. It didn’t matter that she was smaller than the others; nor did it matter that she liked girly games and wasn’t very keen on running around like a madman. None of this mattered because to Blazepaw, she wasn’t just his smaller, weaker sister she was his best friend; his companion; his playmate. He didn’t care if the others were off playing a game he longed to join in. if Honeykit wanted to pretend she was the mother cat and he was her kit, he was right there beside her. When Honeykit fell ill, Blazepaw remained faithfully at her side. When she got so sick that she was removed from the Nursery and placed in the Medicine Cat’s den, and Moonberry refused to allow him to go near her for fear that he too would get sick, Blazepaw would sit right outside of the Medicine Cat’s den, talking to her through the lichen. He never gave up, and when no cat was looking he’d sneak in to visit her. He’d always come bearing gifts; a freshly caught mouse, a ball of moss or a leaf to toss about. How Honeykit looked forward to his visits. And Blazepaw looked forward to visiting her. And then, the day came when Honeykit no longer answered his greeting. Blazepaw was the one who found her, curled up in her nest as if she’d fallen asleep, her spirit slipping off in the dead of night. Blazepaw was devastated. Out of all the other cats in the Clan, he was most strongly affected by her death. It took a whole two moons for Blazepaw to even smile after Honeykit passed on. Even when he found out he was a fire-wielder, Blazepaw felt very little joy. It only made him think of Honeykit more, and how she would never get her powers. Eventually, Blazepaw began the healing process. When he became an Apprentice, he actually gave a genuine smile, for the first time since Honeykit’s death. Blazepaw was taken on by his mother, Moonberry, due to a shortage of Warriors in the clan. Moonberry was a fair mentor, but she also held her son to a higher standard, challenging him to be the best he could possibly be. Blazepaw blossomed under her guidance, learning not only to fight and hunt but to harness the gift Flamesong bestowed upon him. In the one moon that Blazepaw trained with his mother, he became a surprisingly skilled apprentice. And then, tragedy struck and Blazepaw lost his parents to a family of Foxes. He was devastated, especially after the still-recent death of Honeykit. When Lightpaw stepped up, promising their parents and sisters were thriving, he turned to her for guidance. After all, she was the only cat in their family who could visit Starclan and their parents. Blazepaw’s training was transferred to Briarfall, and under her guidance he has become a skilled and formidable opponent.

Nightpaw is nothing like her littermates, especially Lightpaw! She isn’t confident or outgoing. She is shy and withdrawn and often gets nervous around cats, even her own clanmates! Nightpaw is never sure of herself and often annoys those around her because she is constantly questioning herself. Perhaps it was because she grew up as little more than Lightpaw’s shadow. Perhaps it’s something more. Whatever the reason, Nightpaw is the polar opposite of her sister, Lightpaw. When asked a question, even if she knows the answer she will stammer and stutter through a reply. Her eyes are often downcast, avoiding the gazes of those around her. She is a very sweet she-cat, and amazingly good with kits, but she second-guesses herself too much. It’s killing her and her spirit. Her shyness will likely be the death of her one day. She is easily frightened, especially by loud noises. However, she blossoms when she fights. She is an incredible fighter; swift and sure. When she is fighting, she never second guesses herself. It is like she is a whole other cat!

Now Darkbird here has a couple of powers. First off he has amazing healing talents and can help fix shattered bones or settle infections down by licking them and such. There are a bunch of other things that have to do with this power, but that's the basics of it. Next, he is a cat that has control over darkness. He can make curses and jinx others and cause one to have a day or so of misfortune. Also when he steps into the shadows he becomes completely hidden. All his abilities are enhanced at night, including his spiritual and healing abilities. If you notice, I mentioned spiritual in there. Yes, Darkbird is a spiritual cat who can talk to the dead by going to their realms in his dreams, both Starclan and the Darkforest. However, this cat is often talking to the spirits of the Darkforest mainly because of how dark he is. Don't think he's a bad cat, it's just that the Darkforest is a refreshing area for him and the others don't mind him much as long as he avoids the very bad cats like Illusionstar. Often the spirits help him or give him advice, though he must be careful for some of the dead merely want to use him.

Darkbird does not live up to his name or to his abilities and personality for that matter. He is a tom of the purest white, a phantom that stands out in the darkness he surrounds himself in.His fur is a bit short but it's fluffy and is very soft and feels quite amazing to the touch. A cat with good fur for sure. He's a little bit small for a tom but not by much. He is however, quite frail. It's a bit hard to see with his fur but if you look closely you an tell he has a bit of a delicate figure. A cat that was not made for fighting but who is light on his feet. Darkbird's most noticeable feature is his two different colored eyes. His right eye is a lovely deep blue while his left eye is light grassy green. You see Darkbird is a Turkish Angora, a breed of cat known often for having different colored eyes. Darkbird generally has a moody aura around himself and he never smiles and is always glaring at others. He's surprisingly quite intimidating.

Darkbird is the definition of negative. This cat never has anything positive to say and even if on the rare occasion he does say something positive, he'll still sound bitter and not pleased in the slightest. He always looks unamused and angry and often has this very dark and intimidating aura that makes others shy away from him. His voice never really seems to hold much emotion and often just sounds like he's agitated. He's also known for criticizing and for not saying the kindest words. It's hard to get sympathy from this cat. He is a bit of a pouter and when he gets mad at a cat or feels like they need a lesson, he often gives them a nice little curse or some bad luck for the next couple of days. He expects to get the best kill from the pile and for others to show him respect. Everyone tends to do this too because they don't want to get cursed. He may even curse someone for no reason, a bit unpredictable. Darkbird often acts pretty calm though he can have fits and act spoil. He's not very good at expressing other emotions besides negative ones, so you must rely on his actions to tell you how he feels. Despite these bad qualities he's actually very caring and will go out of his way for just about anyone. He's a very hard worker and can give the right kind of pep talk when it's needed. He's also a pretty smart cat who can be pretty aware and can keep his cool in the worst of situations and is always able to forgive and accept a cat for who they really are. This is why he's very good at talking with the cats from the Darkforest. He can accept their flaws and the sins they committed. They understand that he understands, thus are happy to give him attention. He can stand up for himself and isn't one that's known for cowering. He has a bit of a rivalry with his sister and often you see the two creating a scene. Darkbird often prefers to be alone and space is very important to him, so no touchy! His sister is the only one who seems to be able to break that rule. Please just know that this cat has a very hard time expressing himself and easily gets embarrassed. He's a very kind cat at heart. He's just well...misunderstood.

..:: HISTORY ::..

Darkbird was born as a natural sourpuss. However, he still loved his family of course and enjoyed his time with them. He was born with his sister, Icebird and the two never played together but just simply sat next to each other and enjoy the company. However, Darkbird didn't realize his effect on his sister. She was an emotional cat who was likely going to have abilities that related to positive emotions. But due to her always hanging out with her brother, she became a cat who loves negative emotions and has changed from what she was suppose to be. This has left Darkbird with terrible guilt. However, he's pretty close with his sister, but the relationship is a bit odd and hard to explain. They always look for each others weaknesses and try to take advantage of the other. Icebird has talents that Darkbird hates to admit that he does not have, but he has things that she does not have, so the two rely on each other a lot.

Darkbird's mother died when he was about three moons-old and his father recently passed away from an illness that Darkbird had not been able to cure. Death is something that Darkbird does not really get gloomy about, so he's taking the recent death pretty well.

As an apprentice it was shown that his body was much too frail for him to become a warrior and all he did was get sick from all the exercise and tasks he had to do. It was clear that he could not become a warrior. This angered Darkbird a lot and he had threaten to curse everyone in his clan for eternity. However, after a certain dream with his mother, he accepted his fate and became the medicine cat apprentice of a she-cat named Duskleg. She also died from sickness. He wont admit this to anyone, but he misses his mentor terribly. Darkbird isn't one to show his grief, thus most of his clanmates thought he was heartless ad didn't care about Duskleg's passing. But one cat knew he did. It was Lightpaw. She apologized to him and told him that she understood how he felt. Darkbird being the rude cat he is told her to buzz off. But ever since then he has been thinking of her. The two then gradually became friends after many bickerments and lots of patience. Lightpaw is one of the few only cats Darkbird that can tolerate.

As of now, Darkbird has been the new medicine cat for the past two moons. He recently received an apprentice, Silentpaw.

Darkbird isn't known for liking many things. He certainly dislikes a lot of things though. Darkbird loves silence and space. He enjoys traveling around in Starclan and the Darkforest. His favorite food is fowl and he loves dabbling in morbid things like curses....that's about all he likes. Now for dislikes...He hates noise, cats invading his personal space, stupidity, happiness, mouse, fighting physically, positiveness, commenting on his two different colored eyes or his size, getting dirty, having to repeat himself or to explain anything in general, energetic cats, and much more.

Darkbird is very smart and is able to keep a cool head. He's very fast on his feet and is quite good. However he is not strong physically and it's not hard for him to get sick.

Icebird's special power has to do with negative energy. It's her life force. Icebird can detect negative energy such as hatred, violence, misery, etc. She absorbs it and uses it as her own energy. The more negative energy she has, the stronger and faster she is. She just needs to hang around someone who is feeling negative to feel refreshed. If she does not have enough negative energy, you will start to see the affects in a couple of days. Her personality will change and her body won't be able to support itself anymore. If she desires to, she can absorb all of your negative energy, freeing you of burden. But that's a disadvantage for her. She only absorbs all of someone's negative energy when she's in a fight. Yes, when she's fighting a cat she absorbs all of their aggression and such, leaving the cat confused and vulnerable. She can also share her negative energy, however that makes her quite exhausted. This isn't really her only power.

Also due to her sharp senses with negative energy, she has a gruesome ability. She can tell when a cat is going to die between time time of the current day and five moons. Sometimes she knows when, how, and why, sometimes she doesn't. She knows so because the soul of a cat starts letting out negative vibes when it's time is coming close. There is the pre stage. When she knows the possibility of death is high, but can change it. Then theirs the destiny grasp, where the cat's destiny now leads to death and if you are able to save them, then a different cat will die on the same day to take their place. Keep in mind that she doesn't always know when a cat may die. Their fates can change very quickly and some souls don't give off the energy that reveals their death is coming up.

Being the sister of Darkbird, she also has a thing with spirits. However, she can't travel the realms like her brother does. She can only see spirits who wander around in the real world. So often when a cat passes away, she'll chat with their spirit until cat from Starclan or the Darkforest comes to get them.

So Icebird is a very powerful cat. The only way a cat has a chance of beating her is if they're very positive and filled with no negative emotions.

Icebird looks a lot like her brother, Darkbird, but there are some differences of course. First off, Icebird is a very beautiful cat, and she knows it too. Her fur is a pure white, white as snow. Her fur is also short like her brother's, but it looks right and is extremely soft to the touch. Good fur runs in the family, though sadly her fur makes hunting hard. Unlike her brother, she's pretty tall, but not too tall to look odd. She looks delicate, but if one examines her closely, you see that she has muscles. She is a very strong cat. One good whack from her could make yo see stars. Icebird is a Turkish Angora just like her brother, but unlike him, her eyes are a lovely blue. The more negative energy she has, the more mature the color is. If she doesn't have much negative energy then they become very light, like an ice blue. Her posture is often one that makes her look superior to you and she always seems smug and wears a cruel smile and mocking eyes.

Icebird is not a stable cat. She's a bit insane and unpredictable. She acts much like a fox. Very sly and sneaky, loves to give you silent jabs and to act passive aggressive. She's not a good cat and doesn't really mind it much anymore. She cherishes negative emotions, nightmares and feelings like misery are her best friends. She loves it when others make her feel terrible cause that means more energy. This cat acts happy a lot but she never is. It's more of a sadistic fake happiness from all of the energy she has. She'll purposefully make others mad or feel bad to absorb negative energy. She loves to fake innocence and act all cute and childish. Icebird is a very aware cat and her eyes miss nothing. If she can create chaos or making a situation worse, she usually will do it. She loves her brother, but it's kinda twisted. Often she looks for ways to take advantage of him and his kinder heart. She hangs around her brother a lot just to feel his negative energy. Also she and Darkbird have made a deal. She helps him locate cat's who can still be saved or gives him a heads up if someone is about to die. In return he lets her go in the medicine den and enjoy the negative emotions left by sick cats who had suffered there. Icebird doesn't do things for free. If you want a favor from her then you have to give her something in return. An eye for an eye. Sometimes she has her nice moments, but they're rare or are used for greater gain.She will never follow orders the exact way you want to so when you give her a task you just have to hope she'll carry it out the way you want her to. She can be painfully blunt and isn't one for sympathy. She can be a great cat to have on your side, just keep a careful eye on her though. Also this is not a cat you want as an enemy. Do NOT make this cat your enemy. Bad things will only happen. Keep in mind Icebird is a tragic character. Everything she acts is not the real her. You only see the real her when she does not have enough negative energy. The real her is a shy bashful cat who worries about everyone and hates being alone. But due to her power and obsession with negative energy, she has no choice but to throw away the real her and let the negative energy make the new her. Which is the cruel cat you see before you.

Icebird was born with her beloved brother, Darkbird. She was originally suppose to be a cat that got power from positive emotions, but due to hanging out with her brother who always had negative emotions she became a cat who gets her power from negative emotions. Her power of predicting death became known at the age of three moons. She kept crying about her mom going to die by throwing up lots of blood. Everyone thought she was just having bad dreams. But soon enough her mom did die, throwing up lots of blood from an illness.

As an apprentice Icebird was much worse then she is now. Loud and just a pure brat. There had been a cat she really liked. His name was Screechpaw. One day Icebird, or should I say Icepaw, had confess her loved to the tom. But he let her down, saying she was too mean. This hurt her a lot and she decided from that day on she would no longer take negative energy. She would be a good cat that Screechpaw would fall in love with. So that's what she did. About five days later she became a fragile little thing and Screechpaw did like her more. However on that fifth day she was so weak that she couldn't get up from her den. She had to get carried to the medicine den and get cared for. Her heart wasn't able to support the body without negative energy. Darkbird stayed with her to let her adsorb his negative energy. After that day it had been proven that Icepaw could not live unless she was filled with negative energy. She could not be the positive cat she had desired to be. Screechpaw lost interest in her once she went back into absorbing negative energy and told her that. She had it. She told the him that she didn't care what he thought anymore. This was who she was now.

Later as an apprentice she realized by her powers that a cat named Vinepaw was going to die from falling in an overflowing river. She decided she would save the cat. She was able to...but that was when she learned that if you save a cat that was suppose to die, another will take their place. Screechpaw died that same day.

Icebird is now a warrior and is living life one day at a time. She wants to die, but not go to Starclan or the Darkforest. She wants to die and either be reincarnated into the cat she was suppose to be or to die and become a wandering spirit on earth for all eternity. Her father recently passed away, not that she minds.

Branchpaw is still growing so he's pretty small. However, many call him adorable looking. Not handsome as he would desire. Just adorable. His voice is pretty cute too and he often listens to others with a tip head and wide eyes. He has short fur that is a whitish gray with black stripes all over his front side. However he doesn't really have any stripes on his back, but he does have them on his hind legs and tail. His eyes are a murky water green. His build has not yet been decided but he'll probably be of average height with a bit of a thin form.

Branchpaw is often considered a plain cutie. He has a lot of adorable habits that just melts other cat's hearts. He hates it when others comment on that though and will then try to act tough. It never works. Often it just makes him seem cuter. He's a positive cat who smiles and laughs a lot. He's pretty carefree and could be considered the comedian with his friends. He's never really serious but he gets motivated very easily which I guess could count as being serious in a way. He's very clumsy and goofy though. He also isn't the smartest cat and says a lot of things that just makes you shake your head, but he makes up for it with his supporting and somewhat understanding nature. He's not one to hide stuff and is always honest, sometimes reluctantly. But it's just that he hates lying and always feels terrible when he does. He's very caring of his friends, though sometimes he can be a little bit of a jerk. Also, he can be a bit of a teaser and prankster so be careful of that. He can have tantrums but often he gets over them pretty quick. When he sees a friend is sad he will do anything to cheer them up. He is also a very loyal friend to have. Keep him with you. He loves being with others and complains a lot if he feels lonely. He's also pretty good at forgiving or taking the hit for someone. He loves praise and if he doesn't get praised for a good deed you will see him moping around for the rest of the day.

Branchpaw's mother often worried about his as a kit due to his power. Sometimes the kit would accidentally teleport and she would have to find him. He also use to get beat up and made fun of a lot as a kit. However, he took it peacefully and would just smile. He was never mean or fought back. He just accepted it. The beatings weren't what was painful though, it was the words some of the kits would say. About his father. You see Branchpaw's father had the power of teleportation as well. A moon before Branchpaw was born, his father died. He died by accidentally sneezing. He sneezed and accidentally teleported on top of a tree on a very thin branch that broke under his weight and he fell to his death. His father had a one minute charge on his teleportation. Which was why he couldn't teleport to safety while he was falling. Branchpaw however, has proven to be able to teleport with the time limit of two seconds. Quite impressive. Anyways, so yes, the kits would make fun of Branchpaw, saying things like ''Are you going to sneeze?'' and such. Because of Branchpaw's nature though, he was left alone by the bullies at the age of five moons. He became an apprentice and is now just having fun. He hopes to become a warrior his father would be proud of. He was give the word branch in his name in honor of his father. He just think it's a sick joke though.

Branchpaw loves socializing and being with others. He likes sunbathing and cloudwatching, as well as playing with others. He dislikes others who constantly nag him, gloomy weather, and being called cute. Or other's talking about how his name has to do with his dad. That's how you get on his bad side.

Branchpaw is very quick. He has so far proven to be a great hunter and has amazing reflexes. Sometimes Branchpaw's lax nature is a hindrance and he's not the best fighter. He actually really dislikes violence.

He is a silver tabby with a black stripe following his spine going down to the end of his tail. His coat is mainly gray, with black spots and dashes. He has sandy colored splotches throughout his body, which is lean but muscled. He has a white underbelly, that reaches up between his eyes. His eyes seem to be a milky yellow, yet in shadows they can look light greenish. He is built for silently slipping through the forest, taking down victims in a flash. He is very agile and depends on speed more than muscle, but has that for a back-up. He is average size for his age. His ears are rounder than normal, and that helps him hear better. The underside of his tail is a nice silvery-grey color, like his front legs. He has strong hind legs, good for jumping great lengths and springing up onto his enemy. He is a very formidable opponent, with hardly any weak spots in his fighting. Apart from his dark personality, Smokespirit is a very handsome cat, but no one likes him.

ｄｅｓｃｒｉｐｔｉｏｎ ↠ Briarfall is a pretty, petite she-cat with an endearing nature.
She's rather small, and even a few male apprentice's outrank her in height. She has long, velvety brown fur with black, mackerel tabby markings brushed down her back, tail and head. She has a white tail tip, and a white underbelly. Briarfall's build is petite yet stocky; She's very strong for her size, but this fails in speed. She couldn't outrun a kitten. Briarfall has a long, winding tail that can curl right around her paws when she wants it to. An unusual feature for her size and her stature, yet a beautiful one nonetheless. When she holds it straight up, the long fur acts as a flag; Briarfall is in the house! Briarfall also has rather large claws for her size. No bigger than a normal warriors, hers appear large because she's smaller than usual. This adds to her fear factor; although who could really be scared of such a pretty girl? Overall, Briarfall is a small, pretty she-cat with a lot going for her in looks.
ｐｅｒｓｏｎａｌｉｔｙ ↠ Briarfall has a stubborn, endearing personality.
Briarfall is a very stubborn, quiet, and endearing she-cat. She's bull-headed; when Briarfall wants to do something (or doesn't want to do something), there is nothing you can do to stop her. She does what she wants to do. Briarfall is obedient; she will do what her leader asks her to, same with a patrol leader. However, if she is certain that her idea is better she will follow her idea. She refuses to be rebuked and put in place. This does come in handy, however, because Briarfall is very intuitive. She can read cats and situations very well, and if she doesn't like something or something scares her, even if a pack of dogs is in the opposite direction, she will go her way in order to not face the way she fears or is disturbed by.
Briarfall is quiet; while Briarfall is rather stubborn and not afraid to rebuke anyone against her motion, she's rather quiet when not provoked. She is calm and not very social; she prefers to stick to herself. That's just the way she is. This doesn't me she purposely avoids others; no. She loves interacting and socializing, but she tires of so much interaction. Briarfall never gets lonely; but she does sometimes want attention. She's very kind, and a brilliant listener. Briarfall never fails to be there when you need her.
Briarfall is endearing; overall, her stubbornness, quietness and kindness makes her really endearing. She's an easy cat to get close to and an easy cat to love. She will do anything for those she loves. Briarfall, although quiet, is very kind. She's always friends with the one no one wants to befriend. She adores making others happy and never thinks of herself. Despite her selfless nature, however, she's last to admit she's any good when it comes to cheering up and being friendly, which makes her all the more lovely.

Hello, I am Sapshade, MirageClan's deputy. I am a tom, if you couldn't
realize yourself (which I do find sad and if I must say, quite rude). I was named
Sapshade for my eyes and my pelt. You see, my eyes are the color of golden maple
sap, and my pelt looks like it was dipped in shadows. Many say I fit the bill for
deputy because of my strong build and kind heart, but they don't know half of the
story. I can be rude or harsh when I need to, but only when I need to. Cats never
fear approaching me, and when they do get into trouble, they fear me like i'm
their worst nightmare. I currently do not have a crush, nor a mate, but I do hope
for one.

Bravepaw is, as his name hints, a very brave young cat. He is confident and courageous, always eager to fight alongside his beloved siblings. A fierce young tomcat, he is well-known from his kithood when he would constantly sneak up on the warriors and attack them. He never backs down from a fight, but put him before a pretty she-cat and he becomes a total dork. Bravepaw is a notorious flirt, much like his father was at his age. He is keenly interested in the fairer sex. He can be a bit cocky and arrogant at times, but he is a genuinely sweet cat who loves helping others, even if it means cleaning the elder’s den. Silentecho is a loving, caring young she-cat who is devoted and loyal to those who earn her trust. She is very sweet and trusting, and because of this she is vulnerable and has been hurt numerous times. Despite her trusting nature, she is a force to be reckoned with. She is a grudge-holder, and if you anger her it is difficult to get back in her good graces. Once you have completely lost her trust, it isn’t likely she will forgive you. She is fiercely devoted to her loved ones. She is wary of tomcats and falling in love, mostly because she is afraid of being hurt. Due to being born a mute, many cats overlook her and this causes her to feel rather invisible at times. She is very quiet and gets slightly nervous around others, partially because she must communicate with them through telepathy which is a lot more personal than speaking aloud.

The mysterious Flamesong is one of Starclan’s most noble deputies as well as a well-known legend. Flamesong has a strong sense of right and wrong. It’s what led him to visit Mirage’s dream and urge her to become a clan leader; what caused him to go against Starclan’s wishes and give her the power to defeat Illusionstar, even though it would kill her a lot. Even as a kit, Flamesong was very mischievous. He was constantly sneaking out, defying his parents, mentor, and clanmates. He was a very troublesome young cat, and even now he often makes mistakes. Still, there is no cat as loyal and dedicated as Flamesong. On another note, Flamesong is also a bit of a flirt. He especially enjoys flirting with living cats.
