Mayu watched as the little one bounced around happily, before the male stopped the pup. She watched the two, a smile on her face. Pups were always so cute, brightening up anyone's day was a breeze for them.
As the pup suddenly mentioned her though, Mayu cocked a ear, curious. The little one must have had better senses then she'd realised. Then again, she wasn't exactly the most inconspicious, with her large size, though she usually travelled along so silently she was like a wraith, almost. Small as the pup was, Mayu had some respect for the little one.
Seeing the brute react defensively, Mayu was surprised. He must have been not from the streets long, then. Mayu was well known in these parts, seeing as she had queer ways. She never harmed a fly. Unless, of course, the fly was biting her. Then she'd kill it. But who wouldn't? At any rate, there were many more aggressive dogs out here then Mayu, so the fae stared at him curiously, wondering where he came from. Finally deciding an answer was due to calm his nerves, she gave him a polite nod. "Good afternoon. My name is Mayu, and I wish for nothing. I was merely passing through when I saw the little one." At that, she gave Holly a polite bow. "Such little rays of sunshine are hard to come by nowadays, so I stopped to watch. I apologise if that bothered you, but I meant no harm." Her voice was clear and confident, and she smiled briefly as she then watched Holly. "So what are both your names?" She asked in return.
The brute in front of her was a large, golden brute, about the same size as Mayu herself, and a large part of her mass was dense fur. He was actually muscled, which May admired. It was hard to stay strong in these parts, so building up mass meant one was powerful and resourceful. He was protective as well, so May made sure not to make any moves towards the pup. He had blue eyes though, piercing ones that met her own assured ones suspiciously. The pup also had blue eyes, but hers were softer, more frightened by the brute's reaction then anything, her coat splashed with colour. May smiled. She was cute. Pups never failed to win at least a little of May's attention, no matter how much she detached herself from others.
