Echo
Once Echo was done crunching through the bones of her meal, she pushed herself back to her paws, a few laps at the damp grass cleaning up the blood from her pray. She then stretched her body, bowing til her chest touched the ground then slowly forward till her hips did the same. She shook out her pelt which had grown damp during her meal then trotted off in search of more food and water to slake her thirst.

She soon left the park and her nails clicked on the cement her tail held high and gay over her back, she was in a much better mood now that she had even the tiniest bit of food into her stomach. She trotted along, ignoring the cool breeze that pushed at her fur, picking up her pace she moved into a ground eating lope, her nose catching scents and dissecting them before disregarding them. Her ears and eyes doing the same but at a much lesser volume.

Ryder turned his gaze away from the two females in front of him and shook his head. From what he could tell, their only problem with him was the fact that he was a mutt. Not that he really cared what they thought, after all he just met them. The only one around here that he cared about was Rosie. Ever since they meet, she had been a good friend to him. So had Milah but from what he knew she had joined a pack or something. Walking down the sidewalk, he shook his head to get a fly out of his ear. "Stupid bugs." He muttered as he continued down the sidewalk. Since he wasn't paying attention, he ended up near the park without meaning to. Not that he cared, he was bored anyways.

(Sorry it took so long. I couldn't find my charger. Stupid thing was hiding in my dresser, which is weird since last I saw it it was in the living room. Again sorry.)

"Haha, neither do I, however, I have heard that there's one by the junkyard... I don't really wish to join being honest-I'm more independent than anything, and if I happen to find a romantic interest there, I don't think I'm prepared for pups yet. Oh sorry, I keep trailing off." Tania replied awkwardly. Maybe she had said too much, gone too far, crashed the thought of possibly having an alliance with another dog. Yes, she probably had ruined any chance of this happening-but there was nothing she could do now. Then she replied " Nah, don't worry about it! I'm probably the one getting too personal..."

Jessie nodded her head slowly as Tania spoke, her eyes flickering around at every noise, and as she finished her sentence with 'Oh sorry, I keep trailing off', the fae smiled and dipped her head. "No, it's fine. To be honest I'm not sure what use I would be for a pack, and I doubt I'm prepared to be a mother - either, so I guess being independent is where it's at for me, personally." Stifling a yawn, Jessie stretched her toes slightly and stood up, shaking off her fur. She wanted to stretch her legs, but at the same time didn't want to leave her only friendly company. At her reply the border collie shrugged and tilted her head slightly, "It's fine with me, anyway." She smiled, there wasn't really a personal (talking wise) limit with Jessie, as she could talk for hours and hours without getting insulted, it was just her personality. She stared at her paws for a brief moment before asking, somewhat awkwardly; "So...uh, want to go find some food or something? I doubt those burgers will last us for long."

Badger looked up over his shoulder at Juliette before returning his gaze to Mayu, Colt and Rue. He was filled with curiosity about which rank he and the others would be granted. The brute was almost certian that he would either be stuck with Guard or Hunter, but to be honest, the brute had no clue as to what rank he would be, all he knew of was that a rogue pack was slowly forming, dogs who claimed the entire abandoned city of New York as their own. This cause a knot to twist in the brute's stomach. He had heard about the ruthless pack, and knew that it would be difficult to keep his new pack, his new home safe from the dangers beyond the metal wired gate that sheltered the junkyard. The brute turned to face Juliette, before climbing his way up to her side.

"Juliette, if we're going to survive in this city, we'll need to stay strong and hope that dogs in this pack mate, making us bigger, and more of a threat to this rogue pack that rumors have been fluttering on about on the streets. They'll try to become the dictator to all the dogs, in packs or living on the streets. Also, Mayu, Colt, Rue and myself all need ranks."

The brute whispered to Juliette, making sure his voice was hushed so only the fea could hear his words. He moved his head to look down at the three other new recruits, knowing that it was probably best if they all stayed in the pack. He didn't want to have to face the rumored Outlaw pack if it was true of it's formation, knowing that if they had won total domination, the species of dog would perish. No puppy would be able to survive the brutal treatment.

Juliette smiled, pleased by the turn of events and dipped her head. Rising to her paws, she sprang down from the van and touched noses with Chase, who despite their differences was like a brother to her. Holly bounced up, body quivering with excitement. Juliette grinned down at her ruffled her head fur with one paw. "Now, why don't we set up a hunting patrol and celebrate?" She suggested, lifting her voice for all to hear. With a sweep of her gaze, she studied the pack thoughtfully then nodded to Badger, her new Beta. "Would you like to set up the patrols?" She asked, interested to see how well he handled his new duties. When it was just her, Chase, Julian, and Holly they had always sent out two, while one remained with Holly. Now she had a whole pack of dogs and another pup and the task of leading this fine bunch, while daunting, thrilled her.

Harleigh was trotting down the sidewalk of a quiet street. She looked around for anything interesting but all was fairly boring, with the exception of a cat leaping over a fence into the junk yard. Harleigh was starting to become bored of living on her own, thinking it might be nice to join a pack, when the familiar scent of another dog flooded her nose. She paused, one thin white paw lifted off the ground, much like a pointer dog. The fae's amber-golden eyes flickered around the narrow street quickly, scanning for any signs of other dogs. Then she spotted another fae. She was a large, strong-looking dog with grey, black, and tan fur, and pointy, angled ears. Harleigh put her foot down and started to walk slowly, glancing over every few steps to make sure it wasn't pack territory and the other dog wouldn't attack her.

Cobalt padded through the alley, his long pink tongue hanging out of the side of his mouth. He was relaxed, his fluffy silver tail held high and his crystal blue eyes bright and perky. The large brute made his way to the end of the alleyway where there were trash cans and stacks of cardboard piled up high. He leaped off a box onto the trash can and sat on top of it, wagging his tail and looking around. There wasn't really much to do.
