name: June
age: Five
gender: Mare
herd: None (for the time being)
personality: You can truly say that June is the kind of horse who would never hurt a fly. From the age of even a few months, she did her best to keep everyone within her heard happy, even though they would never take a youngin seriously. As she grew older, her role in the harem was to watch other the little ones and she gladly kept with it. June does her best to avoid all confrontation and arguments. She loves to talk and be around others.
brief history: June was relinquished from her heard at the age of four. A new stallion had snaked most of the mares yet left herself and her mother alone. They both wandered around the outback until one day her mother was bitten by a red bellied black snake. Since a cure was unthinkable she ended up passing away a few hours later. Ever since that tragedy June has distanced herself from the tall grass and risks being out on open land. Recently she came about an abandoned foal and his doing her best to take care of him.
appearance: June is your average height and stocky mare, having built a bit of muscle from walking up steep hills most of her day. Her color is a dark flaxen.. Coat almost maroon and her mane and tail a light blonde. The sun beating down on her back has caused just a few spots of lighter hair to appear along her spinal area.
foals: She hasn't had her own but considers Tank to be her first
    • Tank

Image

name: Tank
age: 6 Months
gender: Colt
herd: With June
personality: Tank is very curious and will stick his nose into anything unless June scolds him. He becomes very shy around other horses and will do his best to keep from talking to them. Tank usually burns out of energy quicker than every foal and will nap in some of the most random places.
brief history: Tank was born prematurely and his mother showed no emotion towards him since she was unwilling to raise a weak foal. One of the other mares in the herd took him under her wing and nursed him up until he was ready to be weaned. During A severe dust storm, the herd was separated and Tank ran for cover between rocks that could just fit him. A few hours later when he emerged he was alone, and barely knowing how to survive. That's when June found him and became his surrogate mother.
appearance: Tank is tiny for being half a year old and that's due to his premature birth or even possibly being part domestic pony. He is a light strawberry roan that is unfortunately prone to sunburn. He has a bit of feathering near his hooves and near the base of his tail.

Oh baby, you can find me in the back of
a Ford truck tailgate.

Sittin' 'round watchin' all these
pretty
things, gettin' down in that
Georgia clay.

And I'll find peace at the
bottom
of a real tall
cold drink, chillin' to some
Skynyrd or some

Lets get this

it's
my kind of party.

Echo looked the stallion in the eye. Her tail flicking the flies away as well as spreding her heat scent. "I would love to be a mare in your herd!" Nuzzling her stallion, Echo felt at peace. No more stupid bachelors chasing her around. Though she could not say it did pass the time and was fun, sometimes. Echo wondered where this 'Oasis' was and wondered when they would make the trip.

Locket slid to a stop and would have chased the horse off, though being a mare she shook out her mane and pushed her brother back a few steps before looking to the mare a moment with a tilt of her head she whinnied back gently before walking closer, her brother following closely. "Hi.. umm.... I'm Forbidden Locket, call me Locket... This is Picos final Rise, call him-"

Horse by Siddhi, on Flickr

Name: Masked Ball
Age: 5 years
Gender: Female
Herd: She doesn't care...any one of them.
Personality: Masked Ball is snappy and non-negotionable, meaning her ears are pinned back almost 24/7. She is charming and sweet to the males (sucking up to them, naturally) but expresses her domiance upon other females, desperately trying to climb the social ladder within the group. She's a great one for sarcasm, often using it in the heat of the moment, and is known to get easily irritated if people don't listen for what she has to say, often raising her voice. She'll never go into physical combat, though she's more than prepared to fight someone verbally, perhaps with a nip or two if someone is really irritating her and getting on her nerves. Highly-strung, she's unlikely to settle for any old stallion which comes across her path and can be insanely jealous, often switching herds when she feels like it. She's prepared to have a fight with anyone and anything to get what she wants in life, which is a successful stallion and a safe home, preferably to the lead mare of said home, where she can boss the other mares around. Masked Ball is a female who is insecure, and needs to dominate the females around her to feel happy. She'd suit the kind of reckless stallion.
Brief History: Masked Ball was brought up with a mother who was insanely jealous, snappy and non-negotionable....sounds familiar? Her mother was very controlling, and nipped her young daughter regularly, which would eventually turn her into what she was - a controller, someone who wants things exactly as she imagines. When she was big enough to survive by herself, she eventually ran away, tailing other herds for safety. When she was mature, she found herself in a herd once more, but following a fight with another stallion, she ended up a loner. If she spots a stallion who looks handsome and powerful, she'll become a part of his herd. If he isn't, she'll dump him as soon as she can.
Appearance: Masked Ball is a grey female, with a sandy-blonde mane and tail. Her eyes are a normal, dark honey brown, and the areas around her muzzle and eyes are slightly darker than the rest of her hide. The texture on her fur is coarse, and her sides and legs are often speckled with mud and debris. There is no outward signs of her fiery nature, and she uses her appearance to try and get into herds to dominate the females there.
Foals: None

Hope this is alright! I can add more if you want. ^^

Lightning Storm
10 Years old
Lightning Storm Herd
Feeling: Relaxed
With: Echo

Storm

Storm nickered happily then nips her forelock before pushing her on gently. "Let's start moving now. It's a very nice area and I would hate to loose it just because I was gone a few weeks.." He told her as he began moving his own feet in the direction he knew to be his land. The oasis was a sigh to behold and he would certainly fight to get the land back if he had lost it. There was plenty of space for two herds, however if space got crowded one would have to give in.

Cali Girl
5 Years old
Loner
Feeling: Curious
With: Wisteria and Dream

Cali

Cali flicks her tail around as the horse started walking toward them. She turned her attention to Wisteria a moment to see if there were any commands or instruction from her. When she saw the other mare was somewhat curious as well she whinnied back to the horse and snorts out again, feeling a bit anxious now. "Are we going to stay here?" She asked Wisteria and stamps her hind foot once before she waled around in a tight circle, letting out her excitement a little bit since standing in one spot while full of energy and nervousness was difficult for her.

Clandestine Secret of Wisteria

As Cali trotted in a circle out of nervousness, Wisteria took a step back, wanting to get out now. She shook her head to Cali's question, before turning and trotting away. She didn't want to stay longer than necessary, and if that other horse really wanted company, she could follow. The bay mare trotted away, simply wanting to move. "Do you want to head to anywhere?" She asked Cali inquisitively, not having a destination in mind.

Cali

Cali returns her attention to Wisteria after the mare mentioned they'd be moving on now. She was fine with that as the excitement of the new horse being around was quickly making her more panic-y and nervous. Once she noticed the older mare was heading out she stunk near her flank, looking around for a direction that looked appealing. Everything around looked dull, though Wisteria seemed to know where there was nice grass so she shook her head and snorts out a bit of dust. " "I'm following you. She nickered, turning her gaze to the lone mare a moment, realizing she'd forgotten about the horse for a few moments as she'd begun thinking about grazing again. Of course always being on the move was part of the life of finding food, but she thought it might actually be nice to find a place they could relax and know there was good food around.

Clandestine Secret of Wisteria

Wisteria trotted slowly, awaiting Cali's answer as she moved along the plains. When Cali responded, she nodded gently, looking around for a place to go. Seeing as she was just randomly moving for the sake of moving, Wisteria picked a random direction and moved a little faster, ears perked forward. Sensing Cali at her side made Wisteria feel just a little more at ease. She flicked her ears, relaxing.
