Lightning Storm
10 Years old
Lightning Storm Herd
Feeling: Relaxed
With: Echo

Storm

Storm watches Echo, trying to figure out what she was trying to do. he knew mares could be confusing with their signals, especially if that particular mare was in heat or just in a bad mood. She seemed to look quite happy to see him so he kept up his ears forward. He currently didn't feel it was necessary to push her around since they were just meeting and getting to know each other and the smells. When he heard her bright and somewhat flirty tone he steps closer to her and itches her neck a bit before coming up with a reply. "It's nice to meet you too. I haven't come across anyone in a while and really enjoy having company again." he nickered to her then pulls at her mane gently, testing still to make sure she was welcoming him into her own space.

Cali Girl
5 Years old
Loner
Feeling: Excited and Alert
With: Wisteria

Cali

Cali follows along beside Wisteria, glad the taller mare also felt more comfortable with her. "I'm Cali Girl." She nickered then returns her attention back ahead to see where they were headed. It wasn't an area she'd searched around before and she thought she'd looked everywhere for grass or water. There just didn't seem to be anything around.

Ahead Cali saw a hole, or a hill of some sort, it was hard to see until Wisteria and she got closer. After a moment the shorter mare realized where they were, or at least what the area offered. she nibbled at the grass while she kept out of Wisteria's way, not wanting to bother her since it looked like she was busy doing something with the ditch. When the taller mare stepped away Cali perked her ears and lifted her head somewhat, watching Wisteria to make sure it was still alright she could go ahead. After a moment she stepped forward and slowly drank from the water. She kept her ears twitching around, listening to everything. It was nice that the water wasn't too loud so she was still able to listen around.

She hurried and finished after hearing Wisteria's words then steps to the side and nearly started inhaling all the green grass, though staying out of the older' mare's space, not wanting to take her food since she'd shown her the new area. She wasn't aware of any dangers since her senses were a bit dulled and she hadn't been used to smelling all that many predators so she didn't know what scents to be afraid of besides death and fresh meat..

As she continued to grass, pulling in what grass she could, avoiding eating any pebbles. She was still paying attention and ahead, or at least a ways off she saw another horse figure. She assumed it was probably just her brain playing sticks since she was so excited right now to be eating fresh strips of grass. The figure wasn't with anyone, which made her believe more it was her imagination, bu she also had been alone so maybe this horse was not in herd and was like herself, just looking for few horses to be with.

(I'll edit her history, if it still doesn't make sense to you, otherwise, she's now a brumby, as is Pico and his font is darker colour :))

Name
Forbidden Locket
Nickname
Locket
Age
Locket is 5 years old
Gender
Locket is a mare

Appearance
Locket, for starters, she's a Brumby, but looks a lot like an Arabian. her breeding of the unkown amount of breeds all had the Arabian line, and she was one of them who turned out to look alot like an arabian, crossed with many other breeds. Now, Ramiah is 16 hands high, and encase you don't know where a horse is measured from, it's from the ground to their wither, which is the part between the start of their back and their neck. Ramiah is a beautiful golden brown, yellow colour with a black stripe down the center of her back, called a dorsal stripe. She has a jet black mane and tail, and black legs, on her hind leg, she has a snow white sock. This kind of coat colour, excluding the white sock, is called Dun, You can also get buckskin, but it doesn't have a dorsal stripe. You can tell clearly which is which, by looking for a stripe. You can also get bay duns, or Dunskins, which means the horses mother may have been dun, but it's father was buckskin which makes a dunskin. She has no facial markings other than the black face which greys out towards her cheek then blends with her natural coat dun colour. She has the iridescent gene which means their coat shines even in winter, like the satin material.
Personality
Locket is a brave mare, she's fierce, she's not afraid of much... she hates every Mountain lion, their creamy yellow coats make them easy to see and if she spots one, she kills it. She won't stand for a herd who takes in cubs, or wolf pups thinking they'll protect them from other predators, because it's against horse nature, the only good predator, is a dead one. Locket is a little skittish when something sneaks up on her, mainly because of her past (read history) She still wants to go home, but never will. She's a loving little mare, Locket enjoys to help with anything she can. She, like all mares should, won't help a stallion fight another stallion. If her stallion loses, she may refuse to leave him and she may put up a fight to stay where she wishes, but she also won't help her stallion fight. She won't back him up, she won't attack a stallion unless under good cause and doing so willingly. Locket is actually kind and adoring, under her thick layer of stubbornness and aggression she can be the most lovingest thing ever, you need to make sure you know your trustable enough that she can trust you, you neeed to be a stallion who won't use her for foals, you must be one who cares, really cares.

Locket has trust issues, she however is very trust worthy, she can be quite blunt and cruel, but that's only because she is angry with herself and takes it out on others, however, once she learns to love you, she'll never be mean, unless you want her to.. in otherwords, break your trust and you'll be hated forever. Locket is sensitive, and the slightest agitation can anger her. She hates going through forrests, and refuses, she prefers meadows and valleys where she can see everything.

History
Locket was born on Ranch property, but as a wild horse. There was one young girl maybe 16? who found, trained and broke Locket in at the age of 3, just the right age. At the age of four, the girl, who Locket knew as April, had trained her up brilliantly. April would lunge the pretty mare over jumps, but she was smart and knew not to jump the mare while riding until she was 6.

April soon went for a trail ride, they rode for hours on end, and at the end of the day, they headed back. Locket could sense something was wrong and didn't want to go through the trees. April, tried to calm Locket, and got her to walk on. Going through the trees, Locket refused again and reared up, April flew off her back and landed with a thud. Locket galloped off, she had no saddle, just a bridle. The mare felt the claws of a cougar dig into her back, the teeth ripping at her flesh. Locket fell to the ground, and was ripped apart, April stood up, brave as she was she through a rock at the cat, scaring it off. April, tears rolling down her face ran to her ruined mare, she knelt beside her, the rain pouring down, it was cold and dark. "Somebody please!!..... HELP ME!!!!" April would cry out loudly, though with little use, the girl pulled her coat off and wrapped it around the young mares neck, trying to stop the bleeding. For two long hours, she slept beside her mare, passed out mostly from the cold, till a light flashed in her eyes, her father had found her. He jumped off his horse and ran to her, picking her up and taking her to his horse. "Locket.. the lion got her daddy" April murmured but was placed beside her father and left the mare there. Once at the ranch house, Aprils father told his men to go see how bad the horse was. They returned and said she was too bad. Aprils father said "go back and put her down" they were going to go, but Rus said "She'll hear the shot" "She'll think it's thunder" Aprils father said harshly. "No she won't... Aprils smart, she sees things, little details, most people ignore" Rus frowned back.. "I won't let that horse suffer" Aprils father left with a gun and went to put Locket down. However, he couldn't, his baby girl loved the mare.

He got out to the mare, aimed the gun, but couldn't. The lion was watching, he aimed the gun at the cat and fired, the cat falling the ground. Rob grabbed Ramiah's reins and made her get up. Then slowly walked back to the Ranch. for 4 months, April didn't come out, too sick and cold. On the fourth month, April died of Ammonia. She said "Daddy... Let Forbidden Locket loose.. It's what I want Daddy... She'll be happy... She knows the wild... she was wild at one stage... please daddy..." Rob obeyed his Baby girl, and let loose the pretty Anglo Arabian. Though reluctant to leave, after a few hours, she was chased out. Locket never returned, she still has a few hard to notice scars, and you will only see them if your beside her. She's lived in the wild now for 5 months, and plans to stay.

She then returned to her herd, and met her brother again. She now never lets him leave her sight.

Herd Regulations
A stallion she is with, must be trustworthy and won't use her to make foals. She needs a brave stallion who will willingly protect her, however, if it will cost him his life, she'll step in and make him stop. She dislikes being lower than lead mare, and won't stand for being 'another mare'.
Herd
No, Locket is not in a herd, she's a lone mare, She's in heat and at her peek, which means it's at it's strongest, however in a few weeks that will fade, due to it being Autumn. She goes into season 3 times throughout, Spring, Summer and autumn, and only in parts of those threee times will she allow a stallion to cover her. Being at the peek of her season, means stallions will want her and will want to cover her before the winter and she goes out of heat. However, she does travel with her brother.

Name
Picos Final rise
Nickname
Pico (Pe-co)
Age
Age of 2
Gender
Stallion

Appearance
To start of with, Pico is a dark brown bay Brumby. His coat is called Overo/pinto which is the white markings upon his dark body. He has a big blaze over his face and a pink nose, He also wears two white stockings. Pico stands 16.2 Hands high and is taller than his sister he just often makes himself look smaller.
Personality
Pico is not yet fully Mature, and can be quite playful, He doesn't necessarily take everything seriously. He likes to muck around and he likes to joke about and flirt. Well, To be honest, you may as well call him Flirt, that's kinda the nick name his sister gave him when he was little, He got along so well With Locket, She and him were like magnets, For the moment he stays with her, but she getting older is beginning to make him stay away. She's teaching him to be mature and how to care for a herd, something their parents never got to teach him. So far he's going well, other than the occasional butterfly or something. You could say he was quite the colt, and for the moment, Locket says that because she is 5 and he is 2, that he is hers, just so that he can stay with her. So if she were to join a herd she'd force the stallion to allow him, and she'd get the stallion to help teach Pico how to properly care for a herd. In other words, he is not ready for his own herd yet, or leave Locket.
History
He doesn't have that much of a history, He was with his sister for a few months then she left and came back and he's been with her ever since.
Herd Regulations
Well, at the moment, he doesn't know how to look for. But when he does start, looking and knows how to care for a herd, he won't like mean mares, he won't like back stabbers, he won't like ones who never shut up. He would want ones who do like being quiet sometimes, respect him as much as he'll respect them and will be as loyal to him as he is to them.
Herd
No, he is with Locket at the moment.

    ••Echo Off The Walls••
    •Echo•
Echo smiled on the inside. Storm was very much a chamer. Or at least thats what she thought. Her tail flicked at the flies, as they were really bothering her. She looked up at him as he pulled at her mane. "Here it comes, the question!" she mumbled to herself. "Yes, I do to like the company as I have barley seen any horses since I escaped.....". Her reply was a short and fast one. Echo reached up and rested her head on his back. She felt quite safe near this huge stallion.

Lightning Storm
10 Years old
Lightning Storm Herd
Feeling: Relaxed
With: Echo

Storm

Storm keeps one ear turned toward Echo as she spoke, the other twitching around keeping alert. When she mentioned escaping he wondered what she might have escaped from. He knew there had been roundups before and knew of horses being let out because they had rare colors or sturdy breeding that was kept out in the wild, but he certainly was still curious to hear her story. Once she'd turned and rested her head on his back he turns somewhat and grooms her back and withers. Also seeing as she felt comfortable he went ahead and thought up a way to try and ask her politely what happened. "I understand this may not be the most decent question to ask and could very possibly bring up bad memories so I apologize.." He started, wanting to make sure she was okay so far. "What happened in your past? Where did you escape from and for what purpose did you need to escape?"

Forbidden Locket
Locket
5 years old
Mare
With; Pico
Feeling; cautious
Stallion; none
In heat; Yes
Pregnant; No
Foals; none

Locket grazed quietly beside her brother, whom was trotting around with his head held high. She couldn't help but smile as her younger brother pranced gracefully around the enclosed meadow. She looked to the small stream and slowly walked over towards it where she lowered her muzzle to the water and took several sips and one last long sip. Her ears flew back against her neck and she reared up backing up two or three steps landing with a thud as her brother jumped in the water in front of her, causing the water to splash up upon her face. Annoyed, Locket pinned her ears and violently struck the ground "You'll pay for that little brother!" She snorted and as he took off, Locket cantered after him. She broke into a gallop and sped up beside him, but as he sped up too, she pinned her ears and went faster. She got beside him and grabbed his mane before sliding to a stop and nipping at his mane ears and neck playfully. She'd never truly hurt her brother, she normally just played around with him. She knew she was capable of fooling him, because he was young, and didn't understand half the time.

After a while, she returned to grazing, Pico beside her pretending to watch for other horses, when really, she was the one watching, he wouldn't be able to hold of a stallion, nor would she, but she wouldn't go down without a fight, and a stallion at Pico's age would make Ramiah look easy to snake. Though Ramiah would just cause trouble if her brother was ditched and she'd make life miserable for the stallion whom snaked her, so basically she'd keep running off back to Pico, so really, you want her, you want Pico.

She nuzzled her brother happily and looked around for a minute making sure there were no other horses before looking to her bored brother. "What.. What do you want to do?" SHe asked softly, and as he answered her with 'run around' she huffed and shrugged. Before trotting silently beside her brother through the trees into the much larger, more see-able meadow, where she had a big feeling they would now be spotted. She huffed, whatever made her brother happy made her happy. SHe nipped him gently then cantered off, keeping an eye on Pico as he tended to gallop off.

Picos Final Rise
Pico
2 years old
stallion
With; Locket
Feeling; excited
Mares; none
Foals; none

Pico smiled softly as he scared his sister with a mere jump in the water. As he was chased though he freaked and bolted, bucking and bronc-ing as he went. As Locket stopped him, he turned into her and let him playfully nip him as he nipped her back. With that he knew she was going to go back to grazing, and within a few moments, they both were. He looked at her and immediately, without speaking any words she asked him the question and he smiled. "I dunno.. Run around?" He smiled, and as she gave into him, he smiled happily and followed closely beside her until they were in the open. Happily he took off at a sturdy gallop beside his sister at first though he took off even faster after a few moments and bucked several times.

Clandestine Secret of Wisteria

Wisteria nodded as the mare stated her name. In a way, it fit, so Wisteria commited the name to memory. Watching Cali suck up grass, she chuckled softly, though she approved in being quick. She herself grazed quickly, nipping neatly and efficiently at the blades of grass. She noted that Cali wasn't exactly looking out, but that was fine, she was on guard. The horse snorted softly, shaking out her mane as she munched quickly, enjoying the company. The area was quiet, and Wisteria liked that. It felt nice. The mare closed her eyes slightly, relaxing though her ears stayed perked, nostrils flared.

A sudden tense emotion made tender eyelids flash open, and cautious eyes peer out through half lidded eyes. Wisteria watched the other horse. She was surprised. Few came to this place, and as such, she was curious. She might not want a stallion, but lots of mares she only stayed with when necessary. Mares tended to get catty the more there were, especially if there were ranks involved. There was no politics involved right now, Wisteria mostly assumed a sort of leader, though yet defensive role. In some ways a leader, in some ways, following as well. The mare ate quietly, keeping an eye on the silhouette, cautious to a fault as her other ear swivelled round warily.

(Lol I think we need more stallions. XD )
Mostly just on rps now. XD

    ••Echo Off The Walls••
    •Echo•
Echo was taken back with his last question. She stomped a hoof, she felt wierd about telling him this. It was a thing she longed to forget. "Well..". she began, reluctant at first "Im am not pure wild as I come from a farm towards the east end of the human place. It was a special farm where they bred horses with the most colorful coats, used them for a sport only fancy humans like, Dressage. I grew up there and was taught how to do the sport. One day though, a huge storm came out from nowhere and tore apart what the humans kept the horses in. I escaped and don't regret any of it as humans are mean and hurtful." Echo felt attracted to this Storm as that was the only way she told him of her past. She wanted him to know this but coulded find a way to tell him. She was never the 'Always In Love Mare' and had always kept to herself.

[ Yeah... XD I'll work on making another one, but honestly it'd be fabulous if anyone else made one too!!! ^.^ ]

Lightning Storm
10 Years old
Lightning Storm Herd
Feeling: Calm
With: Echo

Storm

Felt her grow somewhat tense from his question and felt a little badly for asking it. As she began explaining her story, he also grew a bit tense, hoping these humans weren't still after Echo.. He relaxed soon near the end, just to keep her calm since it appeared that she was enjoying his company quite a bit. "Well I am glad your story has led you to me now." He nickered and grooms down her shoulder a bit. (Writer's block. I apologize. xP)

Cali Girl
5 Years old
Loner
Feeling: Curious
With: Wisteria

Cali

Cali heard Wisteria's quite chuckling and flicks her tail, not feeling self conscious really, just glad it was apparant she was grateful the taller mare had brought her here. Once Wisteria began grazing she told herself to be more on alert since it wouldn't be all that fair to Wisteria if she had to look out for the both of them. As she continued to graze, lipping up all the grass around her hooves before she'd take a few steps and continue grazing around the water hole.

Now that Wisteria's attention was also on this lone horse she assumed the horse to actually be there.. Even though Wisteria looked to be wary of the new horse Cali herself was rather excited. She held her head a bit higher, snorting out toward the stranger. She didn't yet regret the decision, but then realized Wisteria may not want company. She already knew she liked Wisteria, so she'd follow her current friend rather than ditching her for someone new if Wisteria decided to leave if the figure came toward them.

[ So the horse she sees is Dream, but idk where Pink (Color) is.. xP ]

Echo felt much better. Even though that story was not her favorite to tell. She was 'Ok' with sharing with Storm. As he tensed, she raised her head and looked around. Her ears pricked straight up and her eyes scaning around her. Echo calmed down a bit and returned to face Storm. She looked him in the eye, just before reaching up and nuzzling him.
