Akeldama padded through the forest, leaping over fallen logs, spying the great blackened forest ahead. Her old territory lay there, rotting away as she frolicked in her new home with joy. She was happy to have pushed to scoundrels away, her excitement making her paws itch to run. Obliging, she ran through the green forest, running through streams, and over rocks, her black fur shining against the morning sun. Suddenly, she heard a noise and she spun around, quickly, but silently stalking towards it. It was a wolf, and she snarled. Leaping forward, she lunged at the wolf and bit into its side.
