There is a place that no one knows of. An island that is not on any map. Off the coast of Asia, it's no wonder this island is ignored. It offers nothing to humans. Nothing at all, yet the humans do still come. This island is a sanctuary for a rare animal: the tiger. And the humans have decided that poaching these tigers would be a great idea for profit. However, something is different about these tigers. On the mainland, tigers are known as solitary animals. But here, they have joined together to form a Clan, much like wolves have their packs. By doing so, the tigers are able to survive on this island, and fend of the ever increasing danger of the poachers. However, there are those opposed to this idea. They say that in this world, it is every tiger for themselves. Will they eventually come to their senses, or will their constant protests and actions be the end of their species on the island?

The island is quite large. Upon it lies the Clan Camp, a small canyon located on the northern side of the island. The King and Queen den is a cave. All other dens are either smaller caves or dug into the ground. In the center of the island is a freshwater lake. Covering most of the island is a forest, split occassionally by a clearing. The forest also has multiple freshwater streams running through it. On the western coast of the island is a beach. On the east side, a string of small mountains. And finally, the large field located on the southern side of the island. Prey animals on the island include deer, wild boar, rabbits, geese, and fish in the lake.

Aryella is a very strong willed and head strong individual. She is very passionate about fighting for her own ideas, and is not one who is known for being open to opposition. With this trait comes as very fiery temper. Though very smart witted she is quick to anger, and even quicker to react. Delicate is not an adjective that would ever be applicable to Aryella. She is a very large she-tiger. Aesthetically speaking there is not much that sets her apart from other tigers, and she is fine with that. Tigers were created to look the way they were, having a distinct coat colour or pattern does not gain favor in her eyes.

Mysterious.Hesitant.Untrusting... Koorzac was one of the many who fought the idea of living as a group for a very long time. If nothing else can be said of the large male, he values his life, and that solitary aspect allowed him to change his opinion even if only marginally. Koorzac does not go out of his way to do ... anything. He cooperates just enough to be accepted, but does not often associate/or open up to, or with others. He is not willing to create bonds with others, knowing they will ultimately be broken.

Koorzac was born off of the island. Like all tigers that make it into ad hood he was cast off from the rest of his family. He lived alone for many years successfully when suddenly in his 5th year he was stricken with an unknown illness that left him weak. This illness caused many problems from the still fairly young male. Hunting became an almost impossible task, forcing him to venture into the realm of humans and livestock. He was quickly discovered and injured by an angry farmer. Luck finally turn in his favor however as a small group of animal activist found him nearly dead - they saved his life with the prospect of rehabilitating him in a local zoo .. when it became very obvious that that plan would not work they released him on the island to observe his behavior.

kimiko kasumi
"please just call me kasumi. I don't like the first part of my name. it brings back too many memories and it just reminds me of my mother. i don't like thinking about her. however, tigers have been known to call me kimi. i don't like being called kimi either, so please don't call me that."
in the customs of her mother and generations before, kasumi was given two names. the two names may have had meaning together or two separate meanings. the first part of her name, kimiko, means 'empress child' or 'noble child'. the second part of her name, kasumi, means mist. the name together has no rhyme or reason, so it may be assumed that kimiko was used as a title as well as the first part of her name. 'kimi' as she mentioned is a nickname for kimiko meaning honorable or noble. this further reinforaces the theory that kimiko or kimi may have been titles as well as the first part to her name.

kasumi was born in the spring on a misty day. her life will be covered more in her history. seeing as it is autumn, we are about half a year away from her birth season, as her particular month and day were not recorded. so, she just will say she is five on the first day of spring.

three of her most noted traits are:
• reserved --> kasumi is extremely reserved. she doesn't put herself out there, perhaps from her sheltered history. she doesn't outwardly express her crush or interest in a tiger, which often results in sadness for her. she has a very quiet step and a very quiet voice. she holds everything in, and just doesn't like other knowing too much about her. she is basically, mysterious and very quiet about everything. she silently does anything needing to be done and doesn't really tell anyone she did it. she just likes to help out and then drop that it ever happened.

• loyal --> kasumi would go to the ends of the earth for her clan, and she would come back asking if it needs to be done again. a lot of tigers know of her loyalty and misuse it, which upsets kasumi. but her upbringing has taught her to do as she is told or to suffer the consequences. kasumi has tried to reserve her loyalty to the king, but she ends up doing other tiger's chores for them. it is how she was raised and how she will be. but she will also silently fight for her clan. she would fight to the death for her clan, whether the king knew of it or not. she likes to protect the pride of the clan.

kasumi was born to a royal pair of tigers in her old clan, one of the few that are formed. her birth was special, because she was the sole survivor, except for her mother. growing up, she was sheltered and learned everything she knew from her father. her mother was once again expecting cubs, but she died in childbirth along with kasumi's younger siblings. she then became her daddy's girl. she did everything with him. but this also means that she became just like her daddy. she became very protective very fast and developed some quirks on her own. she would do things without being told, then go the extra mile and do other things that were another's job. kasumi was always doing something, she was always busy. but at two years old, it was time for her father to pass, it seemed. the omegas and betas had been planning against him and the young heir. they didn't want a female to become the heir. so, the betas attacked her father while the two omegas were left to kill kasumi. seeing as the omegas were scraggly little things and they were easily run off. kasumi was injured badly, but she managed to make it away from the betas before they could finish her off. she knew her father was dead. over time, the wound did heal thanks to some lack of mobility and lots of cleaning. but it turned into a nasty scar. kasumi did find herself in the clan of coda relatively quickly, though.

kasumi has the amber-orange pelt of a bengal tiger. but it isn't a straight orange. no, underneath this orange cat's stomach, her chin, inner legs, under her tail, under her throat and leading to her upper cheeks is all stark white. but another reason this tigress isn't straight orange is because of the ebony stripes randomly adorning her body. most along her long, sleek body end as the white starts, but in her cheeks they continue until the bottom of her jaw. when this lovely lady opens her mouth, her canines are the color of a harvest moon from the tartar on them. her ears and paws are slightly small, and she is short but she is a female. when she opens her eyes, this girl has striking misty- blue eyes. it is believed that she got these from a white bengal tiger somewhere back in her genes, but they have been hereditary through each generation, courtesy of her father. another noticeable trait is the scar from a claw running from the end of her shoulder to her underbelly on her right side. she also has scars along her face and some on her haunches. when this tigress moves, she saunters around silently. her tail is long and curves up elegantly before it can touch the ground.

Castiel is quiet, supposedly this is from his low ranking position but it is rare for him to ever say anything. Castiel has a clever mind, a sense of responsibility, and an appreciation of the finer things of life. He is serious-minded and not inclined to make light of things even in little ways, and in his younger years has more mature interests than others his age. Others can rely on him; once he has given his word he will do his utmost to fulfil a responsibility. However, there is a tendency to be a little too independent in his thinking and it is difficult for him to accept the help of others when he should, friction could arise through others feeling that he is interfering with their rights and privileges, even though he is only trying to help. Although what has said makes him seem far too serious for his age he knows when to have fun, even if it involves dragging other people into his games.

Castiel was born into a small zoo that was situated on the coast of England, he was always pining to run around and escape the enclosure that he was to call home. After a lot of funding from the public and the zoo itself, Castiel was brought to the island where he grew up.

Castiel isn't exactly your average male, he is a little on the scrawny side meaning he is somewhat smaller and less bulky than the average male tiger. His fur is firey orange and his eyes a pale green in colour.
