She walked out of the den and sighed for herself, looking around for someone she could talk to but didn't see enyone. Spotting Whitestar, she quickly walked up to his den but stopped outside it and waited for a moment. Maybe I shouldn't bother him, but I need to talk to someone.. And with that, she walked up to the opening of his den and looked inside, carefully taking a step inn. "Whitestar? I don't want to be a bother, but do you have a moment?" she asked, her voice was carefull and almost weak as she talked. She hoped he wasn't too tired or didn't want to be bothered before the ceremony, but with the nerves Littlepaw had, she had to talk to someone and Whitestar seemed to be the only one she wanted to talk to. He was a wise tom, kind also, but she hadn't really talked much to him without when she was started talking as a kit and when she got her apprentice name. She had to smile to herself when she though about when she got her apprentice name, how exited and happy she was and even more jumpy. She almost couldn't believe that she was good enough to become a warrior, also wondering what her name would be, hoping it would flow on her toung as Littlekit did to her. The little kit, the small, tiny one who was so small and weak that even it's father didn't believe she would make it to apprentice. She gave a silent sigh before she turned her focus back on the den and her hope that she could make her nerves calm down a bit, not wanting to be shaking under the ceremony.

xxxThere was a very small sigh that fell past the normally beaming young cat as she padded around camp. Earlier she hadn't heard her mentor speaking to her. It wasn't on purpose she had ignored the question. Though, just as she was about to give up and decide to go out on her own or possibly test herself on the different herbs, she spotted Mintfrost. Rushing over to her mentor with her usual smile, she hopped up and down excitedly. "Hello! How are you doing? Tonight is simply great, isn't it? Oh, it just feels lovely out here!" The female purred, her usual fast voice and squeaky tone in her voice. "Oops, I asked too many questions before you answered! My bad, Mintfrost!" It was normal for her to apologize for it, even though every cat in camp assured her there was no need to. It always helped her get a conversation started and to be honest, almost every cat seemed to like her.

GHhostkit stared at her paws. ''I know Eaglestrike.'' she said misreabelly. She hated getting caught. Besides, what was so bad about being outside when its late? ''Ive been through enough to be able to handle being out on my own.'' Ghostkit mumbled. She lashed her tail. She could'nt wait to be a apprentice, so then she could learn.. then be able to be outside of camp. The kits tail was still lashing as she thought about what was beyong that fallen tree.. so many places to go that she could'nt go to!It made her furious

The white she-cat looked over as she saw her pale apprentice come bounding over. She hadn't seen her all day and she was glad to of found her now. She listened as Sandpaw excitedly talked and smiled as she got a little carried away. She did indeed like the young cat, but she could get a little talkative every once in a while."Hello Sandpaw, Well to answer your questions, I'm doing just fine, and yes it is quite a lovely evening. Also I was going to ask you if you wanted to accompany me to gather some herbs, but looks as if Whitestar would like us to stay in camp for now."

Sweetfoot kept her gaze trained on the happenings in the center of the camp. Her pale green eyes drifted between the stranger and Whitestar, who didn't seem angry towards the trespasser. She was curious, and listened intently to their conversation. By the end of the interaction, Sweetfoot assumed that the chocolate brown and white she-cat would be staying for at least a little while, and that for some reason Honeywolf was angry at Redcloud for it. That last part wasn't too unusual, actually; Honeywolf tended to be grumpy a lot of the time. Sweetfoot decided, after Whitestar's warning to the camp to stay civilized with the new guest, that the stranger was no threat, and if she ended up being hostile then there would be two skilled warriors watching her.

Feeling more comfortable now, Sweetfoot relaxed and raised a paw to her muzzle. She licked the side of her paw before swiping it over her ear a few times, finally deciding on what to say to Squirrelpaw. "It will be dark before too long, Squirrelpaw. I don't think now is a good time for any training. Why don't you go eat some fresh kill? I'm sure you must be starving after your amazing hunt." Sweetfoot said, well, sweetly. "I promise I'll take you out first thing tomorrow morning for some battle training if I don't get stuck with a patrol first." She added sincerely, before giving the ginger apprentice an affection nuzzle to her ear.

Sweetfoot wasn't sure what she was going to do. She wasn't really hungry, and she had already groomed her fur once today. All there was left to do was sleep, but Sweetfoot felt as though it was still too early to crawl into her nest for the night. She glanced around the camp with her pastel green eyes.

Delilah had been about to answer Whitestar's question when Redcloud spoke instead, telling the tabby where she had been found and what she was doing there. Delilah shifted her gaze from the large tom and back to Whitestar, her ears flattening slightly as she assumed that she would be chased off or killed for stealing prey. She was, however, quite surprised when instead he called her a guest and said she could stay for a little while. She pricked her ears curiously, unaccustomed to being shown kindness. Previously, Delilah had always been an outcast. When she was a kittypet during her first few moons she was abused and neglected before being left on the street to die. After that, she'd tried to find a home in the alleyways of the city only to be shunned by the cats that had already lived her. For the past while she'd been barely able to sustain herself while trying to cling to the outskirts of the forests. It was only very recently that she had been forced farther into the forest in search of food that she'd stumbled on the FlightClan territory.

Delilah dipped her head gratefully before raising her head to meet Whitestar's green gaze once again. "Thank you." She said simply. It had been a while since the down trodden she-cat had had reason to utter those words, but she was immensely glad that she now had found a reason. After speaking her gratitude, Delilah couldn't help but over hear a word or two from Whitestar's conversation with Honeywolf and Redcloud. Basically, she assumed that the two were supposed to watch her. Delilah didn't mind that. Being scrutinized by a few was alright. It was, at least, much better than being stared at by an entire clan like what had transpired only moments before. The long haired, ragged she-cat turned to her sitters, wondering if they would tell her exactly where she was allowed to go in the camp, or if they would simply keep an eye on her.

He welcomed the comforting darkness of his den and the musky scents of generations and generations of Flightclan leaders mixed into the walls and bedding. Padding over to his trodden nest the tabby settled himself in a comforting curl and rested his head on his paws. Night was only a few hours away and he had to think of names for the new warriors to his clan. His ears perked up when he heard his name called softly from the entrance of his den. It sounded eerily like Littlepaw. What's she's doing here? Lifting his head the leader blinked his green eyes and shifted himself into a more presentable position. "Come in Littlepaw." he meowed softly, tail curling neatly around himself. Her scent was filled with excitement and touched with a bit of nervousness - which was to be expected, after all she's going to be given her warrior's name in a few hours time. The leader tried to soften his expression into one of reassurance and comfort, he wouldn't want to intimidate his soon-to-be warrior would he? "What is bothering you Littlepaw?" he asked softly.

She was bored out of her mind and on the borders of falling asleep on her paws. It seems like sleep always decides to catch up to you at the weirdest moments. Though the tension in camp had risen to unbearable levels ever since they brought Delilah back, Honeywolf was unaffected by the antagonism hanging thickly in the air. It was nothing she wasn't already used to. All through her life she had been regarded as the 'mad tom's daughter' she was not a warrior, but a cat with a possible disease of running mad just like her father. With a past that separated her from her clanmates, Honeywolf no longer cared about what cats thought about her - if they're mean to her, she acts meaner. Though the fact that she haven't slept for several nights could be partially the reason why she's feeling so out of it.

It wasn't until Whitestar beckoned to her and Redcloud did she snap awake. "What?" she gasped, barely able to contain her shock. Oh she was fine with Whitestar pardoning Delilah's offence, she was fine that he asked Redcloud to watch over her - heck she's totally fine if Whitestar decides to let a loner join the clan - but ask her to babysit the loner?! But before she could voice her protests, the silver tabby had already retreated into the safety of his own den leaving Redcloud, Delilah and Honeywolf with a gaping mouth.

As camp slowly returned to it's slow pace as cats tried their best to contain their interest in the new cat, the ginger she-cat collected herself and whipped around to face Delilah and Redcloud. "I. Blame. You." she hissed at the red tom, green optics narrowed into slits. For what reason? Honeywolf had no idea, for she was the one who found Delilah in the first place and she was also the one who made the decision to bring her back to camp - but screw all logic and sense because she was feeling cranky and irritated, Redcloud is and will be the cause of her ire for the rest of the day.

Thunderflame's eyes widened slightly at Whitestar's words. Though the silver tabby seem to be addressing no cat in particular and his tone casual, the warning behind his words were clear and... dangerous.

"I can see why Starclan chose him as leader." Thunderflame chuckled nervously, yellow eyes closing slightly. "He can be terrifying even without raising his voice." The warrior turned to look at the small group at the center of camp, watching as Honeywolf glare daggers at Redcloud, Redcloud being himself and the loner.. well out of place. "Guess that means she's staying then." the tabby meowed softly, a hint of curiosity touching his voice. It seems the loner caught the attention of Whitestar and managed to get on his good side - lucky for her for the last loner wasn't treated this nicely. I wouldn't be surprise if she becomes our new clanmate... His nose scrunched up a little when the foreign scent wafted over. Though it'll have to take some times to get used to her scent...

Thunderflame turned back to his companion with a smile on his face, his tail curling and twisting on the ground. "That's great news! Congratulations!" he purred, honestly happy for Snowdrift and the apprentices. "You make me jealous." the tom teased lightly, a chuckle rumbling from his chest. "I can't wait until Shadowpaw gets her warrior's name as well, perhaps then I'll finally be able to experience the same kind of joy that's on your face." His yellow eyes had a faraway look as he glanced to the side, fantasizing the day when he can proudly chant out his apprentice's new name. "Oh.. that's ok.. I'll have to keep my senses open for her then." he meowed softly, eyes glancing around camp again to search for any sign of Shadowpaw.

SNOWDRIFT

Snowdrift blinked her pale blue eyes, returning her gaze back to Thunderflame with an amused expression. She chuckled at his comment about Whitestar and she couldn't help but mentally agree with the tom. Whitestar, in no doubt, could be quite frightening. She now wondered how the loner felt, after having been addressed by the leader. Just the thought of Whitestar talking in his usual serious tone sent shivers down her spine. The slender white she-cat turned her head to look back at the loner after Thunderflame spoke, and she nodded her head in agreement. "I guess she is." She answered, glancing towards Honeywolf, purring with amusement when she noticed the she-cat glaring at Redcloud. "Poor Redcloud, wonder what he did to annoy Honeywolf?" She teased, looking back at Thunderflame. Snowdrift unwrapped her tail from around her paws, ears pinning against her head as her forepaws slid forward across the ground until she was in a lying position. Her hind legs tucked underneath her slender body and forepaws stretched out in front of her. She raised her head, ears remaining pricked as Thunderflame congratulated her. "Thanks." She meowed, grinning at Thunderflame's next comment. "Jealous, really Thunderflame?" She laughed, but she understood completely what Thunderflame meant. All mentors wanted their apprentices to become warriors, there was nothing that could make a mentor prouder than to see their apprentice become a warrior. Snowdrift herself felt exceptionally proud and excited for her own apprentice, the thought of him finally becoming a warrior forcing a large smile to spread across her muzzle and the fur along her spine to rise with excitement.

BEARFANG

He had woken late, very late. But Bearfang could only blame the fact that he had been on the moonhigh patrol, when he had returned to camp he had felt exhausted and had managed to sleep through most of the day. Much to his own surprise. But Bearfang knew he was a deep sleeper and knew his clan-mates found it quite difficult to wake the tom when he was sleeping. Bearfang shook the thought off, silently emerging from the warriors den, opening not to gain the attention of his fellow clan-mates. He didn't want to be seen as the tom who was lazy and slept in whilst the rest of the clan attended to their duties of hunting and patrolling. As the large brown tabby tom exited the warriors den, and unknown scent invaded his sense and instantly his claws unsheathed and his short fur began to bristle. He looked around camp frantically, only to realise the scent belonged to a loner who stood with Redcloud and Honeywolf. He immediately assumed Whitestar had spoken to the loner seeing the clan wasn't seeming as hostile towards the loner as he thought they would. As he looked around camp he noticed several clan-mates glance towards the loner curiously, and he had to admit, he was quite curious himself. Being the confident tom he was he bounded over to go join Redcloud, Honeywolf and the loner, silently hoping he wasn't interrupting anything important. "Hello Honeywolf, Redcloud!" He meowed. "Who may this be?" He asked, inclining his head towards the loner before offering her a warm smile.

((Taiyo, the last bit of your Honeywolf post made me laugh so hard. xD I love that Redcloud has ended up spending his 'bonding' time with two she-cats who both appear to dislike him. x3 Snaketail is open, if anyone wants to go near that rage and angst. Redcloud hesitated momentarily as Whitestar beckoned him away from the new guest, his pelt prickling from all the hostile glares that were directed towards the small group. 'Moving a few tail-lengths away from her won't make any difference than if I remained next to her.' The mental chiding shifted the large paws into motion, and he paused next to Honeywolf as Whitestar murmured quick instructions. Dipping his head in acknowledgement, the large warrior turned back to the loner. His jaws parted to speak, but before he could utter a sound three scathing words hissed through the air. "I. Blame. You." A sigh threatened to escape from his still open mouth, but instead he just clicked it shut. Closing his eyes, the tom counted to three before facing the raging she-cat.

Leveling his mossy gaze on her, he purposely tipped his head just slightly in a subtle reminder of just how large he was. As murky green met emerald and held in a stare off, Redcloud no longer shifted his paws. The russet tom stood stock still, his face impassive, as the tip of his tail flicked behind him; the only indication of just how irritated he was. As the silence stretched out, he raised an eyebrow and asked, "Are you quite done? Or should I expect more of a temper tantrum to be thrown?" Taking a single step closer to Honeywolf, the distance between the two seemed to shrink with that small movement. He was intentionally invading her personal space, almost daring her to continue, to rip into him again. Even the most patient of cats had a limit, and Redcloud found he was fast approaching his. A flick of his ear was all the greeting that Bearfang got as the red warrior refused to let his gaze waver from Honeywolf's accusing glare. To break the palpable tension between the she-cat and tom would be an admittance of defeat, which wasn't something the senior feline was about to do.

The skinny tom's fur fluffed up defensively the second the loner came into sights. Black ears fell against his white skull as he stood. It was an automatic change in position, no clan cat wanted to be caught lazying about with a potential threat present. "Looks like Redcloud and Honeywolf went hunting, and all they brought back was a scrap of crowfood." There was a sharp edge as his voice bordered on a hiss. He shifted closer to his petite companion, moving ahead of her just slightly. The loner appeared to be starving and weak, but that could just make her more desperate. If she decided to lash out, there was a large possibility that she would target a smaller opponent because of her state. And the two apprentices made perfect targets in that scenario.

It had been absolute moons since something this excited had stirred up camp, and the golden she-cat was almost quivering with just how thrilled she was. Talking about prey, borders, apprentices, and who liked who could only be entertaining for so long, but this new cat made for juicy conversation. She started to approach Redcloud and Delilah, but stopped in her tracks as Honeywolf turned her sharp tongue and undying anger on her brother. Opting not to get involved with the soon-to-be scene, the pale warrior took a sharp turn and swung by the fresh-kill pile. Triangle ears swiveled backwards as her back turned on the group of three as she attempt to continue listening while feigning disinterest.

Her jaws closed around the limp body of a sparrow and she padded back to an edge of camp where she would be out of the way, but just so happened to be close enough to watch what was going on between her brother and their clanmate. So much drama in just one day after suns of boredom seemed almost too good to be true. A pleased smirk turned on the she-cat muzzle as she bit into her piece of prey, a self-satisfied purr tickling the back of her throat.

Bristling from her tail tip all the way to her nose, murder shone in Snaketail's icy optics. Teeth gnashed down, grinding together, as she listened to her leader welcome the prey-stealing wretch as a guest. How could he allow an outsider to stay in their camp? To eat their prey? To receive the benefits of their hard work? Dirt rose up in between the unsheathed claws as they dug furrows into the soft earth where she stood. Every outsider, no matter if they were kittypet, loner, or rogue, was to be blamed and found guilty for Snaketail's misfortune. They were all the same, and none could be forgiven. If they weren't born clan, then they weren't welcome in the flame point's eyes. Few cats in the clan were brave enough to remind her of the fact that she was born into Flightclan, but stumbled upon them after leaving her birth clan behind. The ones who did bring it up were met by a flash of claws and an assurance that she was still clanborn, and still raised in the way of the warrior code.

A hiss, low and furious, crept from her snarled muzzle as she forced herself to turn away. It took even more will power to force herself into actual motion, bee-lining it for the furthest corner in camp away from Delilah. It was in the shadows she settled herself; her white pelt staining a dull gray from the lack of light. The only thing keeping the young warrior in check was the threat from Whitestar that still hung in the air, and Delilah's two babysitters. Snaketail knew better than to fight with either of the seasoned warriors because fury could never match experience. 'Just you wait, you mangy piece of crowfood. You better watch your tail if you ever set foot outside of Flightclan territory. Whitestar's words won't protect you beyond our borders.'
