Fallenkit gasped for breath, "I know..." She collapsed, and started to restore her breath, "Your the rabbit next..." She kept gasping, and she stood, when she had her breath back. She heard Ravenstar, "Meeting soon." she padded over to her sister: Spottedwish, "Hi sis!"

Spottedwish

Spottedwish smiled, "Hi... Your gonna have to sit with Purpleflower." (Who wants to be Fallenkit's adoptive mother?) Spottedwish sat near the front of the clearing, waiting for the ceremony to be called.

Ravenstar

Ravenstar looked at Shadowbird in confusion, wondering what that was about. With a shrug he turned back to Hawksight and Crimsonfox. "There's a ceremony that I still need to have. We can all go out into the clearing and I'll start. You can see it while you're still with us." he mewed to Hawksight, then turned his attention to Crimsonfox. "Why don't you go and sit there? Me and Hawksight will join you in a minute. I just need to discuss something with Hawksight alone really quickly first." Hearing Purpleflower, he turned to look at her with a small smile. "I'm actually a little busy right now. I'm just about to call a clan meeting. Maybe a little after that though, alright?"

(Hey Animals, since Purpleflower is a queen and helps with the kits, and since Wishkit's mother died when she was only 3 moons old, could we say that Purpleflower has been her adoptive mother?)

(Sure! Why not?)

Purpleflower starts to feel better. After hearing Ravenstar's answer, she is starting to gain more confidence and a little more self-esteem. "After the Clan meeting it is!" she said happily. "Thanks Ravenstar! I will be waiting for you at the camp entrance afterwards!" She bows her head in respect to her leader and pads over to the clearing to pick a spot to sit. She decides to sit right up close to the Highrock and sits down, waiting for everyone else to catch up.

DapplePelt trotted over. She sat down and curled her tail around herself. She figured this meeting could be for a lot of things. She sat listened and waited.

FoxFace looked over his shoulder at the gathering cats. He slowly walked over sitting next to DapplePelt and a apprentice, Swiftpaw

Swiftpaw had rushed over as soon as he heard the meeting. He sat and shook excitedly.

AmberEyes woke from her nap. She yawned and stretched her stiff legs. She made her way over and sat down. She didn't care that her fur was all fussy and knotted.

CrimsonFox made his way to the clearing a sat near Purpleflower at the front, unsure what to say or do. His mind was jumbled in thoughts of when Hawksight's life will pass. He cleared his mind when his head began to pound.
FallenStorm yawned and sat in the back with disinterest. A gathering has yet to be called but everyone knew it was coming as they began flowing out of their dens

Wishkit

Wishkit got to her paws and walked towards the assembled cats. Sitting next to Purpleflower, she began to purr. "Hiya Purpleflower. Do you know what's going on? Is there a clan meeting? I didn't hear Ravenstar call one yet but there's a bunch of cats sitting here already as if there is going to be one." She babbled, then stopped to breath. She looked up at her adoptive mother with a smile, warmth in her gaze. She hardly remembered her birth mother. As far as she was concerned, Purpleflower really was her mother.

Wildberry

Wildberry woke with a yawn. Looking outside, she realized that it was getting late for her to still be sleeping. Getting to her paws, she quickly groomed herself then left the nursery. Looking around, she wondered why there were cats sitting near the Highrock, yet not Ravenstar. With a shrug she joined them silently, then looked around for her kits.

Leafkit

Leafkit nodded to Fallenkit. Trying to catch her breath, she walked over to Wildberry then sat down. Unlike usual, she was sitting still. It was a strange thing for Leafkit to not be fidgeting, but the game - as short as it was- had done a good job of tiring her out. Temporarily at least. She smiled at her mother then looked around for Blackkit.

Ravenstar

Ravenstar nodded to Purpleflower then bent to get Hawkfrost on his back. Before he left the medicine den there was something he had to ask Hawkfrost away from prying ears. "Hawkfrost... who do you think I should make deputy in your place?" The leader listened to the deputys answer. "Wise words from a wise cat. Thank you very much." he mewed earnestly, then carried the old cat out into the clearing. Setting him down beside Crimsonfox, the leader leaped onto the Highrock. Highrock was the ledge outside of his den, to the left of it's entrance. "Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey gather for a clan meeting." He mewed, although many cats were already there.

Nightpaw

Hearing the leader's words, Nightpaw joined the already assembled cats. He looked at the leader calmly, interest in his gaze. He wondered what it could be about, and got excited at the possibilites. Could it be... Could he expect to be made a warrior?
