{ What I Appear to Be }

Breed - Mustang
Coloration - Paint, most of his body is white, with a few deep brown accents. These occur on his face and rump.
Mane & Tail - Rich Chocolate brown, borderline Black. His mane is split, half white
Eye Color - Again, a deep brown color
Body Build / Appearance - Rowen is a bit tall for a pure blood mustang, His measurements are 15.3 hh and 895 lbs. He's a bit of a "big boned" stallion with broad shoulders and a wide, tall stature, and a bit of a belly. His most memorable features on his body would have to be his thick neck and strong jaw.

Personality -Simply put, Rowen has a charming face, but don't let that fool you. He has the power to lure you in, using you until his need is fulfilled. For some unknown reason, he likes to use other horses and can usually get away with it too. He doesn't really have many "true" friends, as most of the horses who know him are scorn from whatever Rowen used them for. Rowen can often be seen walking alone; this is in part of his very independent and headstrong nature. On the flip side, Rowen rarely trusts others or lets them in. An observer may notice that Rowen seems to always be looking over his shoulder. Probably a good thing he has adapted into his tendencies, as he has created a few enemies in his relatively short lifetime. Rowen sees himself as upper class and so, almost always reflects an "I'm better than you" attitude, walking tall and proud with a smug grin on his face. He is rather cocky, over-confident and full of himself. His humor is quick, sarcastic and often hurtful. Although, Rowen is deep and brooding with a fiery temper that is easy to set off, earning him the nickname of "The Temperamental One". He is also rather intelligent, though his appearance may not lead you to believe that, but he uses this to his advantage. But most often than not, Rowen relies on brute force and muscle power.

Weaknesses - Rowen often gets caught up in his lies and gets them confused, his easily flared temper
Fears - Actually letting someone get close to him; He's lost a few horses that were dear to him, being played {that's his game}

Body Build / Appearance - Just like his half brother Rowen, Azur is more on the tall side for a mustang, His measurements are 15.4 hh and 910 lbs. Both brothers get this from their sire; however, Azur isn't as heavily built in the neck as Rowen. Azur's size is shown in his shoulders and thighs, a very solid and rugged stallion.

Personality - Azur is a laid back stallion. He normally doesn't participate in the spars for mares. He thinks they are rather pointless, brutish and just asking for injuries. He is very much the "strong, silent type", never having much to say other than a few words. Azur is rather a reserved stallion, never really needing or wanting the protection of a herd, he feels best when he is on his own.

Weaknesses - His shy nature. He prefers to be on his own, generally not much of a horse for companionship.

So who are you?
Well, my name is Shira pleased to meet you, uhh I think my name means 'song' or 'my song' im not quite sure but I was named it because I was pretty noisy as a foal because it was the only way I was noticed as I was a lot smaller then normal.

I have just turned 5 so now i'm trying to find a herd and settle down a bit, but I don't want the rest of my life to be boring and spent just grazing and producing foals, much as I do love them.
As you may have gathered I am a lone mare, I've been trying to avoid the plains for the last year but I've returned now and for now i'm still alone.


I've been told that my father was actually a 'Judas' horse used in roundups for leading wild horses into a corral, but obviously he must have not come back and ran away, which make me half thoroughbred, im quite proud of really, because it make me a bit slimmer and taller then the rest.
I am a bay roan, with a black mane and tail, it is a fairly common colour in wild horses however, my eyes are dark brown and I am 16.1hh.
Like I said before I am slimmer and taller then most other horses, especially pure mustangs.


I was born into a small family band, obviously it consisted of my father mother and another grullo mare. My mother was a sweet chestnut mare and my father was a large dark bay TB, as he was once a tame 'Judas horse' though he lost his way and soon found my mother, though both my parents were very young. Soon after I was born the grullo mare had her foal, a blue roan filly. We played and although we had disagreements we were good play mates and had fun together. When I was a year old a group of bachelors came, and snaked away my mother though no one else, I became quite depressed and I left the band a year later and I don't know anything of them since. So when I left I moved down the plains and away from most horses and lived in the pines for 3 years, although the place was infested with mountain lions and human livestock, I quite liked it, I've only been back for about a week and are still trying to get my bearings.

I don't have a mate or a crush, in fact ive never really made contact with any stallions except my father. I do want foals someday though I think they are so sweet and I don't like to brag but I think id be a good mother.

So what are you?
If you must know then I guess ill have to tell you.... im Aiyana. its a native American name meaning 'forever flowering' or 'forever growing' or blooming whatever, I don't really like the name personally.

Well Im only 2, so I am a bit inexperienced and Im not ready to breed from yet, though I don't really want foals or anything stupid like that. Im proud to be a loner and not having any annoying stallions tie me down.

From all I know I am a pure mustang. And I am fairly small at the moment because im 14.2hh but luckily im still growing ill probably make it to 15hh. Hopefully.
As for my appearance, im dark bay with a big blaze, 2 stockings, a sock and a coronet. I quite like the way I look, to some extent I mean im not the most feminine looking as I don't care if im plastered in mud etc.
I think im about average for muscle etc, I know im not vey sleak but I am strong and I have loads of stamina.


My life so far.... its been fairly boring to be honest, there's not much to tell. I was born to a herd of 5 mares, my mother was nice though she wasn't the lead mare, the lead was this beautiful palomino mare, anyway the band stallion, my dad, was very good a his job and he liked to snake mares a lot, he was a black stallion with a blaze and white legs like me, I like to think im a lot like him, my mum was a bay mare. When I became a yearling I wanted to explore and have my own adventures, I was always an independent curious foal, so when I turned 2 I left and I haven't looked back.

I never really want to have a mate or a crush, or foals for that matte, I don't think any stallion will ever stand out for me... even if they did im not exactly the beautiful golden mare every stallion wants neither am I very pleasant to talk to, ill probably bite your ear of.

History:
Off Course was born into a large herd of dark colored horses. His mother was a large chestnut mare and his father also had a deep chestnut coat. All the other mares in the herd had some kind of bay or black coats. That year when all the foals where born, you could find the black, bay, and chestnut foals playing along in the herd. But there was also a odd light colored coat colt in the bunch, that later grew into a rare cremello stallion. The other horses were all shocked by his different and odd colored coat. The foals and mares in the herd all called him an "outsider". Soon after Off Course was born his mother stopped nursing and caring for him, she was sure she had mixed up her foal or something. At three days old Off Course was alone, his herd had left him that day alone in a meadow. Before they left a black mare walked over to the young colt and told him he was "Off Course" and didn't belong. As the days went on Off Course found himself alone in the same meadow, he tired to pick at the grass. But he needed a mother to care for him. After four days alone in the meadow, a small herd of horses came to the meadow. The herd inculded a dapple gray stallion, a buckskin mare with a black colt, and a blue roan mare. The blue roan spotted Off Course first, she was an older mare who had just lost her foal. She quickly adopted the foal as her own and raised him into a beautiful stallion. At almost three years of age he left his family to start his own.
Personality:
Off Course is a very out going stallion, he loves to be around other horses. He is a very quick learner and likes to try new things, but he also trys to stay on the safer side of life. He can be a little high strong when it comes to his mares, he isn't afraid to fight for them. He has been known for stealing only the best mares, and picking the pretty ones. He snakes mares whenever given the chance. When it comes to his family he is a very sweet and caring stallion, he would lay down his life for anyone of them. He is also a great listener and doesn't mind just graze along side another stallion that isn't trying to take mares. Off Course can be a calm horse to a crazy wild stallion all in one day.
Likes:
Off Course loves his female horses, he is a hot shot kind of stallion. He also likes to lay in the cool grass during the summer when it is to hot to worry about running and fighting. His favorite thing to do when its warm out is to swim and jump around in the clear water of a river or pond.
Dislikes:
Off Course hates know it all horses!! Horses that talk to much about boring stuff really bug him. He also dislikes mares that don't care for their young. He also has a secret fear of snakes, they make him jump around like a loose chicken.

ranking- Leader of a herd
breed- Caspian is a mutt, as some horses call him. He's stocky, with short legs and a wide girth. Calm brown eyes top a large, wide face, allowing him to see fairly far. He suspects he is of Clydesdale descent, with some working horse mixed in there somewhere.
looks- Caspian is huge. Massive. Any way you want to put it, he is larger then your average horse. Many may call his fur plain, and that is mostly true. It's a brown/black color, with white feathering and a white blaze down his face. He has a classic black mane, though. LIke said before, his eyes are brown.
personality- He is a natural born leader, that's for sure. He loves to give orders and have them listened to. It gives him a sense of hightened imortance that he didn't have when he was younger. Besides that, he is actually fairly quiet. Thinking before acting is very important for him- even if other horses do not posess this trait. His tendency to think hard sometimes is overshadowed by the need to make a descision quickly, which he is terrible at.
relationships- His 'sister' is Star. He currently has no mates.

She doesn't like the attention that it gives her, but she has gotten used to it. She's small and slim, like her breed standard. Long ears and a hightened sense of things going on around her.
personality- Star is more of a 'watch and listen' type of mare. She doesn't like to draw attention to herself, has low self-respect, and likes to help others with problems. Admitting she has problems of her own would be like admitting to a murder for her. Honestly, she tends to avoid herself, if that is even possible.
