power over the lands north, east, west, and south of ar
cadia's capital known as regnum. for one week, et princ
eps de torneamentum or the rulers tournament is held.
the contestants have been chosen by the current monar
ch with arcadia's best interest in mind. during this time
alliances will be made, truces will be broken, and the h
ouses will be put to the test by the council of regnum.

make the most money out of all the kingdoms. their
strategic position places them in the west center,
all roads lead here eventually. the back half of the
city sits on the ocean, the sides are surrounded by
a swamp that none dare to enter. the front is lush
green forests that never seem to change colors.
