The street racing here is usually conducted amongst different gangs- one of whi
ch rules this territory with an iron fist, challenging any to the streets any time,
anywhere. They're formally called the KTA, but most just refer to them as the p
eregrines- you know, code names and secretive meanings and all. More or less k
nown to run the streets, doing as they pleased- quite literally. Surprisingly, one
of their members used to be a task force cadet. But that was years ago, no one
realized-- 'till now.

steps ahead of even their own. They also race, but are practically
the reason why the kta are so elusive. Used to train alongside age
