Over the past few years, members of the community have been discovering that they have powers that they can't explain. They only seem to truly show up during the half moon, waning and waxing. Some people have small, everyday abilities. Yet others can only feel true power two times a month. Some people, as the nature of mankind tends to be devious, realized they could use their powers for ill will. Others make it their mission to stop them.
