What happens when a small group of nefarious miscreants are sen
tenced to community service? It's not as simple as you thought th-
ough because these ne'er-do-wells are equipped with hyper-dange
rous supernatural powers capable of leveling entire cities if they
wanted. What's stopping them from teaming up and taking over t-
he world? Well, it's complicated. They have their own reasons. Or
maybe they just can't stand one another. Either way, right now, th
at's the only thing going for their handlers. That's right, as part of
the little "rehabilitation" program funded by the government, the
se social outcasts are assigned handlers who keep them in line. E-
very now and then, they are given assignments and they can rang-
e from search-and-rescue missions to working at the local soup ki
tchen. Their teamwork will make them, or break them.

Many don't stay long because of the sheer pressure of working with the inmates, but we'll see how things unravel.
