Before the god could even take her arm another presence came up behind the goddess and was helping Kusuriko to his feet with Alkmini gently grasping his injured arm. Hopefully not injured for long though as Alkmini cradled the limb enveloping it within her aura, even though it was light she'd always been told that her aura was cool to the touch. Feeling eyes on her the goddess glanced up and just for a moment caught the familiar's verdant gaze, used to fading into the background Alkmini felt a little unsettled being stared at and immediately shifted her gaze forwards. Even if she felt a little flustered the moon goddess refused to show it, how was she supposed to be a goddess if she let one boy staring get to her? Running one hand down her skirt to smooth it down Alkmini took a breath to centre herself pushing down those swirling feelings into some dark corner of her mind that she herself rarely visited.
Shaking her head in response to the familiar's question Alkmini could only hope that there was a nurses office in the arena itself because the last thing she needed was to turn up to her first exam soaking wet and looking like a drowned ghost. For her first impression in front of all her classmates to be that of an ill-prepared child was something Alkmini couldn't even imagine. Smiling politely Alkmini easily masked her worry, "I'm sure there'll be a sign somewhere to help us." she added reassuring not only them but herself as well. Letting the anxious babbling of the familiar and the quiet monotone of the god wash over her, figuring out his familiar partner would be the least of their worries right now. Would the god of death really be able to participate in this first exam? Would she? How much of her power was she willing to siphon off for this god she barely knew? Even before she finished her sentence Alkmini knew she'd help as much as she could, even without all her power Alkmini was confident in her abilities in a fight.
As they moved out of the room the trio was once again brought to a halt when yet another familiar approached them, shorter with straight brown hair she carried herself with confidence which was something the moon goddess appreciated. As she spoke Alkmini knew that this wasn't a conversation meant for her, but at least one of their problems had been sorted. Well, Kusu's problem had been sorted. Alkmini still didn't know who Hibiki was or what kind of familiar he'd be and considering how long she was spending healing the god of death, glancing over at the familiar once again Alkmini wondered "Do you know who you'll be paired with?" she asked the familiar, perhaps if it was someone she already knew she'd at least be able to give him some basic visual cues to look for. Moving out of the main arena area Alkmini allowed her glow to fade and looked up at the dark god "Are you feeling any better?" she asked, being covered head to toe the goddess had no visual cues as to whether she'd done enough for him.

Was this just how gods were? Béla wondered briefly as the god of war seemed to not even acknowledge his presence, though maybe he just hadn't seen him. With his heels on Béla was still a little shorter than the god of war and though his aura was intense the familiar didn't feel all that intimidated. How the god snapped at Béla for daring to intrude on them was brash, perhaps it was something about being a god that they all seemed to have huge distinct personalities. Luckily though it seemed at least one of the gods was willing to shift away from the conflict and answer his question. Shorter and blonde the familiar was glad he at least had some sense, though his snide comments weren't promising and seemed to piss off the other god even further. They both seemed to know this Masa though! God of the sea huh? That was exciting, Béla had never met this many gods in one place before and all of them would one day take over very important roles, he just hoped he could help his partner in all that they did. Eyes sparkling with excitement Béla nodded, "I'd be very grateful for the help!" he admitted looking between the two, "I'm Béla," he added with a huge grin. So the taller one was the god of war, which surface wise made sense with his combative nature while in contrast, Hisao seemed quieter in his snark and the familiar couldn't place him in terms of what he was the god of.
Immediately Béla began to look around for blue hair, a trait that made sense for the god of the sea, and in his search, the familiar almost missed Kaichi shouldering past Hisao. Only taking a step forward Béla already had an arm out to steady the blonde god and once Béla was sure that the god was alright he took a step back and removed his arm from the god's space. Part of what he'd been taught as a familiar was to always be a help to the gods and never expect anything from it. Taking another look around Béla still couldn't seem to find a head of blue hair, perhaps Masa wasn't here yet, which was strange seeing as everyone else seemed to be here already. Glancing back at the god Béla smiled "I don't see anyone who looks like the sea god, but maybe we can still find your familiar?" he suggested rubbing the back of his head, "I don't know many names or faces but I'll help however I can." he assured the god. Getting to know the other familiars would be really nice for Béla who'd left behind his family and friends to come here and take the next steps in his journey to becoming a god's familiar.
