- xxxxxDon't worry, Ren. You will be just fine, Shiang is going to take care of me...You've taken such good care of all of the north, it's your turn to explore and see more of just who exactly is out there in the world. I know that you will be needed there, so make me proud. Like the everlasting waves of the ocean which her icy blue eyes stared out at longingly, the platinum blonde-headed girl could still hear her elder's voice and feel a soft pat on her back as though the wind was hugging her lithe frame. She began to think of her brother, a bender, and a good one at that. Why he wasn't chosen instead of her or perhaps even to have joined her, Ren didn't know, but one thing was for certain she felt lonely without him at her side.
At least she did have one little guy to give her company, an abnormally small, polar bear-dog pup named Ju. Oddly enough, Ju was so tiny that he could fit perfectly in a dark carrier that was no bigger than that of normal puppy. Although Ju had his preferences when it came to people, Ren had been the one to give him a home when nobody else had done so, therefore he happily stuck by her side most of the time. With a sharp bark as the boat came to a stop, Ren picked up the polar-dog pup in her hands and grabbed her things.
The girl met up with those from the southern water tribe and quietly followed by their side, it just felt so strange to her, all of this really did. More and more as they had walked, Ren noticed the difference between the place she called home and where they came from now. The more she thought, the more she held subconsciously tighter onto the tiny polar-dog pup. Yes, she was so thankful to have brought him. When they arrived at the meeting hall, Ren began to watch the mingling crowd of benders and healers. She wasn't one to mingle more or less talk to strangers. Just being there in the crowd made her anxious to say the least, so the timid girl stood there awkwardly.
