- The faint sound of seagulls dragged Kiala into consciousness, it had to be morning, she could feel it. They should be arriving to Beifong City in a matter of hours. The petite female sat up on the bed gently rubbing her heavy eyes, sleeping on a boat was exhausting, with everything shifting around you it was hard to be at ease. She finally stood up and made the bed before walking over to the vanity. As she ran a brush through her snow white hair the importance of the day finally hit her. Today was the start of a new chapter, a beginning of secured peace for the nations.
She styled her hair in the traditional half up style of the Water Nation and put on her crown. Today called for formal attire, well to be fair almost everyday called for formal attire in the life of a royal. But today she would be meeting with the future leaders of the other nations so it required more formal attire than normal. She put on a dark blue necklace and earnings then pulled out a box from underneath the bed. Inside there was a traditional blue dress, the dress itself was usually worn by the queen when dealing with royal affairs. Considering she would be representing their nation alone her parents had this one made for her. She changed into the dress and sat back on the bed closing her eyes, falling into a state of meditation. From now on her life would take a turn, she would have to live with the other nations and work with them as a whole, the fire nation included. To be honest if she were more selfish she would have preferred to stay in the South Pole and have her sister take her place. She knew she was fit to rule, and that her people needed her now more than ever, so in the name of peace she would have to set those fears aside.
The ship began to shake as it approached land. The princess got up and made sure she looked alright before heading to the deck. She was greeted by hot winds, well hot compared to the ones from the poles. She went over to the group on the deck that had formed greeting Tarkik, Ren, and Reo. She directed her gaze over to the docks of Beifong City, the boat soon came to a halt and the breeze stopped. Revealing a rather warm climate, nothing close to what they were used to. "Its rather... humid" she mumbled. Once the ship was fully docked they were each given a slip that contained the directions to their homes. While they attended the meeting the men would deliver their personal items to their homes. She began to lead the group off the ship and started making their way into the city. It was rather odd to see an empty city, but fascinating at the same time. At the center of the downtown there was a fountain with a statue of Avatar Aang, Katara, Sokka, Toph, and Fire Lord Zuko. The kids that saved the world by working as one. Behind that there was a long structure with large stairs leading up to it. That had to be the meeting hall. She turned around looking at her Lieutenant, Healer, and Historian. "Before we go in there I would like to tell all of you what a privilege it is to have you with me during this journey. I know we all have different thoughts about this, but we are here to secure peace for our people and we are representing them every day that we are here and we can't forget that, based on how the docks looked I think we are the last ones to arrive" she said giving them a little smile before heading up the steps of the meeting hall. She walked in and let the rest of her people walk in before bowing to the others in the room, she diligently made her way over to the seats that were clearly marked for the Water Nation and took her place next.
One by one each one of the leaders was called up to recite the pledge, after they were all free to interact with each other. Kiala personally didn't know exactly who to go up to so she just stayed by her tribe.

- Nol was up at the crack of dawn diligently packing and securing his books and plants. He wanted to make sure nothing got ruined by the people that would be taking their things into their homes. He was pretty excited about getting his own home, he couldn't wait to fill it up with plants. He had heard rumors that they had made each district resemble the region where they came from and that the Air district had really tall homes. Hopefully this would mean that the roof and decks would be perfect for gardens. There were so many possibilities that started to rush through his mind. He looked over at his little willow tree sapling, a rush of emotions came over him as he remembered the bittersweet memory of his father. He took the tree and secured it basically making it fool proof so it could get to his house safely.
Once the ship came to a halt he looked at his plants one last time before going up to the deck. Zeru, Kiya, and Jamyang were already there, he was probably stuck with his plants longer then he thought. He followed the group into the city, when they walked through the gates he looked up in amazement. All this was built for them? Now that was absolutely crazy. He followed into a long house that was in the center of the downtown area. Inside were the fire nation and the earth kingdom, he nervously took a seat. The room was awfully silent. He looked around the room and spotted Tikki, he could barely recognize her she had grown so much. Well to be fair the last time they had seen each other was when they were 12. He wondered if she was able to recognize him too. It wasn't long until the Water Tribe entered.
He stared in awe as the leader walked in, her hair was purely white. So it wasn't a made up story made by his parents but was it all true? He had so many questions in his mind. After the leaders were done pledging and they were free to move, he wanted to go up to the water tribe princess but he was a too intimidated too. If everything was true then she was able to blood bend and pissing her off was probably not a good idea. Instead he nervously approached Tikki still hoping that she would atleast recognize him. "Hey Tikki, long time no see"
