project draugur was created by someone who looked at the world and de-
cided they did not like how things were coming along. too many good peo-
ple going down for things they didn't do, the actual horrid people getting off
with a slap of the wrist. this person pulled people who were once the top of
their trade, making promises that they will be able to make a good change
in the world. the only thing they had to do was die, become a draugur; a
ghost. of course, not literally; but on paper, they were all but alive. they
would lose the life they once had, no longer be able to see their love ones
but they would also be able to make the world a better place. it is unknown
when project draugur started or who actually started it; only that people
still receive a letter when a spot needs filled; giving only an address that is
the home base of project draugur and if they were willing to take a gamble.
