the associations between characters mean less than y
ou might think-- just because an agent is focused on o
ne reaper in particular doesn't mean they don't pursue
the others as well. ultimately it's six versus six and if f
or example an agent encountered a reaper that wasn't
their primary assignment, they'd still be tasked with d
etaining them. in addition, all six reapers are actively
involved in each project. though azazel is technically
in charge of the money laundering and financial aspec
t, they still accompany the others into the bank-- they
just don't have as specific a role in that circumstance.
this could mean they're just another gun to watch the
hostages so devil doesn't have to do it all alone, or thi
s means they could assist dante with procuring the val
uables as an extra set of hands. same for the getaway
